Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 2,350 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50ā€ flat screen HDTV in living room with new flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Enjoy two Master Bedrooms with King beds, double vanities in the bathrooms, and spectacular views. Two Queen beds in the third bedroom, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.



There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi, and state-of-the-art fitness center. There is also a 12th floor indoor tennis court.



For Large Groups we also have another 3br unit on the same floor and 2br units throughout the complex.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1-10 nights is $60, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $210, 62-91 nights is $310, 92+ nights is $410. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed a relaxing family vacation. There were a few things that needed to be fixed that we brought to their attention, so Iā€™m certain they took care of it after we left. It didnā€™t change our visit, just things we thought they should know. Overall, a lovely condo in a great location!

This condo was not cleaned properly for our arrival. The furniture and shelf that held coffee cups and wine glasses was very dusty. The wine refrigerator did not work. We had to replace several lightbulbs in the master bathroom to be able to use it. We also had to put batteries in the tv remote. The balcony needs a good cleaning too! This is a very roomy condo and the location is perfect. I will not be booking this room again strictly because it was not clean.

Property is nicely decorated and the view is Awsome. Parking garage is tight for a large vehicle. The ice maker had an issue and management had to run drying fans for 5 days of our stay which was very annoying.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed all of our stays at Phoenix IX. The seating was great, the cookware was nice and non-stick, and there were great views! There were a few minor details that did not at all detract from the trip, but may help the owner to improve the experience even more! There were only 4 coffee mugs, the television had difficulty operating (also so many controllers!), two lights in the guest rooms were blinking, and one cabinet under the bar sink was broken. Like I said, this did not detract at all from our trip. I would definitely stay again!

Stunning property, must stay!

Pictures do not do this property justice! I was thinking the living room view wouldā€™ve been exaggerated online, it was not. The most spectacular view from inside and from the large balcony. The beds were comfy and the 3.5 bathrooms were a great convenience for 7 of us (5 of us female)! There were actually enough seats for our family with bonus of recliners which was so nice! There were a few issues but they were taken care of right away. If you have a large family and you want some space this is for you! Oh, huge perk was the ice maker, awesome for keeping up with the coolers in the heat or for fishing! Only drawback was on the beach you could not use canopies unless you were in the back of the white poles ( behind chairs that you pay for) but we shouldā€™ve checked the rules, even with this by an umbrella and stay here!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has so much potential but just like past resident reviews it definitely needs a deep cleaning/dusting and some of the living room furniture is old and worn. This shouldn't be an on going problem considering the price you have to pay.The fridge still leaks water(we had to put towels down on the floor) and the A/C temp is hard to adjust to the right settings. One part of the condo is freezing cold and the other side is hot. There were not enough chairs on the balcony to accommodate us all at the same time.Didn't bother to reach out to management because these issues have already been addressed quite a few times in the past. Now the good part. My family of 8 loved the views from this condo and it was super spacious We would LOVE to stay again if housekeeping and maintenance problems are taking care of.The check in- check out process was super easy. We couldn't of asked for a better location.

Property was not clean floors dirty and stove greasy and pots and pans were not in good shape the electrical sockets most didnā€™t work and air conditioner was very hard to regulate cold on one side and hot on the other and fridge leaked water on floors other than that we loved the lay out of the condo
