Beautiful home, just steps to the Beach!! Spacious deck for your outside enjoyment. Large living room features 50” flat smart screen TV with plenty of seating space for family and friends. Large Master bedroom has king bed with plenty of room to add a crib, a private bathroom and beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy the sea breeze and sound of the ocean! Second bedroom has queen bed and a twin bed with an additional full hall bathroom. Kitchen just renovated with dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and all necessary supplies to make it feel like home. Off street parking for 2 cars, outside shower, gas grill included. Use of Beach Tags included (4). Excellent location with walking distance to Ice Cream shops, deli’s, grocery store, Wawa and many great restaurants to include The Cellar, The Cove, and many more. Walk to tennis courts and mini golf. Atlantic City casinos are just a short ride. Also if you are a golfer, bring your clubs and play at the 18 hole Brigantine Golf Links!

Lovely, Clean and Close to Beach

The house was sparkling clean and check in was simple. It’s a block to beach access, and even on perfect weekend days it wasn’t crowded. Kim was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommended!!!

Great Beach House

Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We forgot an item at the house and they even helped to return it! The house is larger than the pictures show and a short walk to the beach. Very clean and well maintained house. Would highly recommend for a small family getaway.

Wonderful!

We loved staying at Kim’s home! The house was extremely clean when we arrived and Kim was very responsive. The location is close to the beach and Kim had extra beach supplies if needed. The enclosed front deck area was perfect for toddlers, morning coffee, and happy hour. Thank you so much Kim! We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to book 2024!

The Perfect Property!

An absolutely beautiful property, inside and out. Super close to beach access. The house has everything you need for the perfect stay; kitchen supplies, extra pillows and blankets, beach tags, outside dining area and seating, and many other amenities. Kim is very responsive. It’s obvious by the details and care she has put into the property that she is attentive and caring. Would happily book with her again!

A gem in Brigantine!

We had a wonderful time during our August 2019 stay in Brigantine. This clean and spacious house was the right pick for our family vacation... the rooms are large, the comfort of 2.5 bathrooms, lots of lighting, and central A/C. We made use of the front deck, enjoying dinners and wine in the evenings. We had our morning tea in the upstairs porch. The kitchen is slightly dated but offers all the essentials. Communication with the owner was a breeze, and she was more than accommodating when we faced two small issues during our stay. Some extra highlights of this property: -Half a block from beach entrance -4 beach tags -parking for 2 cars -outdoor shower -large screen TVs -wii console + games -5 minute drive to Acme supermarket, Rite Aid, CVS, bagels, pizza, Chinese takeout, ice cream parlors We give our experience 5 out of 5 stars and would love to return in the near future!

Family Brigantine Vacation

We stayed at Kim's place the last week in June and so far this has been the best rental we have stayed at in Brigantine! This was the first rental that was so clean my wife did not have to pull out the Lysol wipes as soon as we walked through the door. The house is immaculately appointed and beautiful from top to bottom for a beach vacation. We have two children 6 and 3 and the newly renovated attic loft was a perfect space for the kids to relax! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The living room was also spacious and had comfortable couches. The front deck area was fenced in which was extremely convenient for our 3 year old as we didn't have to worry about her running into the street. The neighbors were extremely friendly and our son made new friends with the other children in the area. The beach is clean and a short walk with beach tags included in the rental. Two parking spots in the rear alley were perfect and provided worry free parking. Kim was very responsive and a gracious and understanding host! I am extremely impressed with this unit and look forward to renting again in the future! Five stars all around .

Keller’s home on Brigantine Beach

My husband and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The Home is beautifully remodeled like a new home with new carpeting throughout, fresh paint, new countertops, appliances , and more. Huge cozy living room with plenty of seating and a well equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are super comfortable after a day at the beach just a block away. For my husband and I it was convenient to each have our own bathroom. This has been our favorite of all the many Brig;antine rentals we have stayed at over the years. Kim, we look forward to returning again. Thanks for sharing your home. Regina

Another Great Vacation

Had a beautiful week in brigantine with my husband, daughter and her friend. This is a great place to stay with more than enough space and an ideal location to the beach, restaurants and the cove. Looking forward to next year!

Perfect place for our family of 4

Kim responded to my request to book and all questions there after very quickly. The house was clean, uncluttered and as pictured. About a half block from the beach! If you rent with little kids consider renting a cart and/or stroller, once on the beach it’s a long walk to the ocean. Plenty of room to spread out and social distance during this covid time. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, plates, glasses etc. Smart TVs in every room with Roku (instructions included) and easy access to login to Netflix, Hulu etc.The central air worked great in addition to ceiling fans in each room. A few blocks walk/drive to lots of restaurants, grocery store, dollar store, Wawa, Ice Cream shoppes and bakery. Overall, great rental for my husband and two children under 5. We would return.

Beach Block Beauty!

Great week away with my husband, daughter and her friend. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to the Cove, Atlantic City and Ocean City (teens needed to go on rides). Property owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. I will absolutely rent again!

Great shore house

We fully enjoyed our Brigantine vacation! Close proximity to the beach, quiet, and very family oriented. The house’s clean and simple decor provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The owner is very easy to reach for any questions. Truly a great shore house!

Very clean and accommodating rental right next to the beach

My stay at this rental was great. it easily accommodated me and my family for a week. And if we needed anything the owner was easy to get a hold of. I'd recommend this rental to anyone who wants to be close to beach. Its the closet thing to beach without actually being on the beach

Lovely spacious house, beautiful street, beautiful endless beach

This is my second time staying in Kim's beach house. It's very welcoming, reflecting the owners pride of ownership, with comfortable attractive thoughtfully chosen furniture, great mattresses in pretty bedrooms, flattering mirrors, ceiling fans, well stocked kitchen, and decks with comfortable chairs looking out on a wonderful island view. I love the south end of Brigantine with its endless uncrowded white beaches and little numbered streets of beautifully kept pastel-colored shore homes. Perfect Jersey Shore vacation - could not be better.

WONDERFUL VACATION!

This house was delightful to stay in for the week. I just wish it was longer. Weather perfect as well as location. Nice quiet neighborhood and owners were very friendly and likable. We will certainly return. Thank you!
