Deb’s house was perfect for us. She was very responsive and super nice. We were next door to cousins so it made for a beautiful stay. We got lucky with the best weather too.

This is an updated home with ample parking and a garage for storing bikes. Everything was clean and the location is ideal for walkability. A very comfortable home for a family and an excellent host.

Central Location

Had a great stay in this very walkable Beach Haven location. The accommodations were comfortable and convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and Bay Village.

Fantastic location!

Easy walk to shops, restaurants, amusements and mini golf. Short drive to beach if you’ve got lots to carry, otherwise a short walk.

Second stay

We booked this property last year and decided to book it again this year! Amazing location, close to the beach, and a beautiful, clean and well kept home. Can’t wait to stay again!

The location of the property was perfect as indicated. However, when we came to the property, it had a horrible smell of fish. We bought things to mask the sent but it only lasted for a little while. The owner did offer to reimburse me for the fabreze. The property was smaller than expected. The owner did enter the property one time unannounced, scaring one of my teenage guests. The air conditioning also seemed to shut off in some of the rooms in the middle of the night unexpectedly making it very difficult to sleep.

We're so glad you enjoyed the location—being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything Beach Haven has to offer is one of our favorite things about the home. We're sorry the odor upon your arrival affected your stay. A previous guest had prepared a fish boil, and despite the home being professionally cleaned before your check-in, some odors can occasionally linger. We offered to reimburse you for the Febreze you purchased and have since taken additional steps to ensure the home is fresh for future guests. Regarding the air conditioning, all of the units were replaced about a year ago. They are newer, energy-efficient models with economy settings that automatically cycle on and off to maintain a comfortable temperature while conserving energy. It could have been on that setting. We also wanted to clarify that we live about an hour and a half away and work full-time during the week, so we are typically only at the property on Saturdays after our professional cleaning team has finished preparing the home for incoming guests. We were sorry to hear that someone unexpectedly came to the door, as that was not us, and we hope it did not detract from your vacation. I'm curious to who it was. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make each guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you for choosing our home, and we wish you and your family all the best.

Great getaway

We had such a nice week in Beach Haven! The house was in a great location, easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the amusement park. Checkin was smooth, and communication with the host was not an issue.

Clean, cheerful calming decor. Kitchen was fully equipped. Showers were powerful.The front porch was great for my morning coffee.location was the best. So walkable to everywhere. Debbie the host was very responsive to any concerns. Would highly recommend this rental

Wonderful Week

The house felt like home. Very clean, great front porch. The location is excellent, quick walk to beach, attractions, restaurants, and even a pharmacy and grocery store. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Debby's house! It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a leisurely stay at the beach. The house had plenty of street parking, was close to many convenient spots (Chicken or the Egg, Ben & Jerry's, Pizza, Fantasy Island) and of course was within a 7 min. walk to the beach. Highly recommend the house and would definitely stay again!

Amazing- Deb is the best!

Great communication throughout. We didn't have essentials because we were coming from out of town but Deb went and got them for us. She is very sweet and the place is amazing. 10/10

Fantastic Location

This house is the perfect location to everything we typically do in LBI: Fantasy Island, the Chegg, ice cream, mini golf, beach, Bay Village, Schooners Wharf...the list goes on and all walkable! It was clean, the decor puts you in beach mode, and the remodel updates were well appointed. The reason for 4 stars is with five adults and no children, the twin beds were tough on our backs. If the mattresses were better, it wouldn't have been as jarring on the three of us who slept in twins. Also, the couch in the living room needs to be replaced as it wasn't comfortable to sit on, so there was always one or more of us relegated to the dining room table. If you're a family with just two parents and children, this house seriously could not be beat - especially for the price given the location! With all adults in our party, though, 80% of the house worked for us but that other 20% was noticeable. I would still highly recommend!

Thank you and we ordered a new sleeper sofa''it takes 3 month and be arriving in the springtime...even though that one was not that old and sleeper sofas are expensive but the back pillows were getting squishy...lol. We will also get some new twins but we need more twins because usually it 2 adults and kids and kids friends so having twins is easier to rent. But thank you for you review. We always aim to please.

Best Location!

What a great week our family of four had. Plenty of sleeping space, clean house and absolutely the best location. We were able to walk everywhere, including restaurants, beach and amusement park.

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Deborah’s home!! I was pleasantly surprised when we got there, as I didn’t think the photos did it justice. Very quaint, and the living room/dining room/kitchen area was great for hanging out and chatting, whether eating or relaxing. Check in was effortless and the house was well cleaned. There are actually 4 bedrooms (beds for 7), if someone doesn’t mind walking through another bedroom, which was just fine for us! All in all, a great stay!! Thank you, Deborah!

Beautiful home, perfect location

We came back to beach haven as a family after 6 years of not being back. We chose this place based on location and we’re very pleasantly surprised with the home as well! It was so clean and had everything we needed. Location-wise this home is perfect. So close to everything

Great location for family

We stayed with my elderly parents and teen son. The location was great - down block from Fantasy island and not far from beach. Front porch was great for rainy days . I did find it a little noisy with traffic from Main Street and would probably want to stay further ok bayside or beachside but overall we were happy with house .

Great location

This was a great home to stay for the week, I loved that I could walk to get coffee and bagels each day. Plenty of room and very clean. Thanks for the experience

We love our home. It brings us back to a much simpler life but we have all of the modern day conveniences. Everything is in walking distance. You can bring your bicycles and ride all over. Store, restaurants, shops, beach, bay, Fantasy Island, Bay Village. You never need your car.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are only 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. Park your car and walk or ride your bicycle everywhere. Beach Haven has a bike lane too. We are 2 blocks from Fantasy Island and Bay Village and we have the most restaurants and bars in walking distance. You can rent Jets ski's and go on boat rides which is just a few blocks away.
