When the community was built, this was the model! Enjoy this beautiful WATERFRONT, three level, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath town home in the community of Bethany Marina, just minutes from Bethany Beach. This property has a boat slip on the Indian River bay which can hold up to a 28' boat, with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean. The pool is beautiful and the entire community has water everywhere you look. If you're feeling adventurous, grab one of the kayaks and go for a cruise on the bay. In June, July, and August the check-in is 2:00pm, check-out 10:00am. All other months might have a more flexible schedule.

The owner takes great care of his property and does everything possible to keep the house in great shape. This 4 BR, 3.5 BA townhouse is only 2 miles to the beach and offers a slew of fantastic amenities. The beds are as follows: 3rd floor- (1) kings, (1) queen, (1) single, 1st floor- bunkbeds (single/single)

** Please note... In June, July and August, we do NOT rent for partial weeks. There is a seven night minimum term required during the summer. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. The house DOES NOT come with sheets, towels, or other linens. You can bring them with you or rent them from Coastal Beach Services, a local company that delivers and picks up a variety of essentials for your beach stay. Yearly Fam vacation with the kids

Really really beautiful property, very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the kayaks, Bicycle rides and views of the bay. Would love to stay there next year!

Oceanview Marina Unit 70

The unit is in a beautiful location and the cleaning service does a good job with the things for which they are responsible. However the way the unit was described and marketed did not live up to our expectations. Here are a few things we were disappointed with: • Ants were found near the fireplace. • Pillows that were provided were very soiled. Glad we brought our own. • Very few clothes hangers (wire) were provided in the closets. Just need basic plastic hangers. • Clothes were left in the bedroom drawers by previous renters. • Food was left in the kitchen cabinets by previous renters. • Gas grill was not cleaned. Filthy and greasy with leftover food particles. • Soda cans and toys were found in sofa cushions. • Dining room chair legs/cushions were wobbly and dangerously loose. • Hair was found in the bathtubs. “Extra Clean” is not accurate….beware

Upon arriving to the property, the comforters and pillows were stained. One of the mattress pads had a blood stain and there wasn’t one on every bed as we were told would be provided. There was obvious debris on the floors, the refrigerator had not been cleaned as stated and dishes, while in the “clean rack” were still sitting there. The windows were caked with whatever splashed on them. Do not look too closely at anything, like baseboards and floors, it is not appealing. While we did not notify the property manager the day of arrival, we did the next day on our 8 hr drive back home because staying there was just not an option. Even if we had contacted them, were we expected to stand around while they called in a cleaning crew and went and shopped for suitable bedding? That is not really convenient to the rentee paying $4500 for a week, why not just clean it to begin with? When contacting them, they required a phone call to explain everything that was already sent via email. And they disputed our observations. And yes, while according to contract terms, they did not have to refund us any of our money, ethically, it would have been the right thing to do. Perhaps not the full amount but some portion thereof since the property was not accurately described and did not meet the expectations that they set themselves. Their response to us is that there is not enough time in between renting week to week to clean the bedding and the unit to a decent standard. Really?

Obviously, there are always two sides to every story. Clearly, there is more to this one as the property has almost a 5 star rating and the vast majority of people who take the time to write a review have a very positive experience. When a renter arrives at a property, he/she needs to communicate if there is an issue PRIOR to leaving and then expecting a full refund. While the house meets the cleaning expectations of 99% of normal people, this person was in the 1% that think they are going to a full service Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. I was at the house two hours prior to their arrival and AFTER the cleaning service left. It was very clean and would have been fine for those not expecting the Four Seasons. The guest also failed to write in their review that one of their relatives decided they wanted to rent a larger house to accommodate their family and left. We are very reasonable people and always try to bend over backwards to help but in this case, the guests simply left without talking to us first and then expected us to refund their money.

Would definitely come again

There were a few minor issues but the property manager was excellent and came and took care of most things quickly. There is king, queen and three twins which is not clear on listing. There were some cleaning company issues that hopefully will be resolved now that the manager is aware.

great two weeks Ocean View

The Marina is really a beautiful location. Views of the water surround you. Lovely sunsets. If you have a boat, what could be better to have own place to dock one. The locations is easy to get to on bike or by car to beach. Grocery store and liquor stores so handy. Great seafood place and hardware store just a mile away. The owner was very responsive. We had a wonderful time .

Wonderful location, fantastic house

Our family of 5 just stayed here for a week and the house was fantastic. There's water all around and beautiful views. We enjoyed the kayaks and balconies. Neighbors are friendly. It's also just a short ride to Bethany and we didn't experience much traffic, even during July. It's overall a quiet and beautiful location. I wish we didn't have to leave!

Excellent experience

We really had a great time staying here. We needed a place that was dog-friendly and this placed had everything we needed! Four adults, three dogs... the place was clean for the most part, there were some ants, but some vinegar and water did the trick, and we did have a throw rug that smelled like cat urine, however we placed it out on the back patio for the two weeks we were there and the problem was solved. Other than that, the place was very clean, the bed in the master suite was extremely comfortable, washer and dryer were a life saver, we really had a wonderful time. John, the owner, was great to work with. we would highly recommend!

Beautiful views on the water ,nice friendly neighbor hood.

We have a small 22 foot boat that we had right out side the door in the slip.. Ramp was a little tricky ( not steep enough)but was right there. We had a great time on the water. Just need to be careful at low tide . we also went down the assawomen canal at 3miles perhour ,but it was amazing.

Everything was great here...communication with John the owner was great. We had internet and TV issues (apparently the line was cut outside by landscapers?) And he went out of his way to not disrupt our stay with getting it repaired.

We brought our dogs along this time and very much enjoyed our vacation. The unit could’ve been a little cleaner and occasionally saw ants in the kitchen and livingroom, but overall we were pleased.

Family Reunion

The property was the perfect place to unwind. Great activities with the paddleboard and kayaks. Plenty of room for all to enjoy. Neighbors were friendly. Great location that you could go to Bethany, Rehoboth, or Ocean City. Waking up to boats and water every day was tranquility.

It worked well for us

This Memorial Day weekend was rainy and cold. The townhouse was warm and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking implements. We couldn't make use of the three very nice balconies and water access due to the weather. There were two drawbacks (besides the weather.) This townhouse has three floors, so we were constantly going up and down stairs. Not goof for the older guests and the many suitcases. And, to my surprise, linens and towels and all papers goods were not supplies. This was duly noted in the contract which could only be seen after you said you wanted to stay there. The contract had to be download and there on page two was the "no linens or paper products" listing. Thank goodness the host noted this in his email to me. We ended up renting linen and towels, costing an additional $100+. Evidently this "no linens" situation is common in this resort area but it was new to me and a significant disappointment.
