Unit 705E very outdated!!!
Let me just start by saying I’ve been going to Rocky Point for almost 20 years. I absolutely love the place.
However, this is our first time staying at the Sonoran Spa we’ve always seen the Sonoran in Spa and it always appears that the grounds are very well kept and seemingly nice so we decided to try it out. The resort itself absolutely has the view that everyone goes down there for especially the condo We rented 705E. Now that being said, the check in was a breeze, but as soon as we got to the room, the second we open the door. It was very clear that this condo is extremely outdated. For example, the black leather couch was so worn out, that you could not comfortably sit on it. Not to mention in between the cracks of the couch was just full of disgusting garbage in the main living room the big screen TV did not work we called maintenance numerous times and after waiting for almost 3 1/2 hours He gets the TV working on an antenna that only has one English channel. Of course when you’re paying for a room you expect everything to work now moving into the master bedroom. The curtains were so small that they did not cover the windows so obviously, as soon as the sun comes up, it’s right in your face. And of course, it doesn’t stop there the master bed was so worn out that they put a foam topper on it but the linens is really well got me so old and worn out and stained disgusting. Needless to say I won’t be staying in this condo again unless it’s completely refreshed…
