Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with gym equipment, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store, Colin's Cantina Restaurant, and Day Spa Cito Spa on site! Great family atmosphere!

Great condo!

Location was great. Ground floor right in front of the pool. Easy access to the beach. Condo has everything you might need. Even an ice chest, chairs beach towels for your use.. Very nice accommodations, comfy beds.. Will definitely stay again.

Great Family Environment.

This property has all the things you visit Rocky Point for conveniently located. The master bed was super comfortable. Lots of extras… like beach chairs, ice chest, pool noodles.

Exactly what we needed!

This property is great! It was exactly what we were looking for! The unit manager was great as well. They were able to accommodate a last minute adjustment without any hesitation! My family and I frequent Rocky Point and we would definitely stay in this unit again!!

Clean and Comfortable

The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, table and glassware. The beds and linens were very comfortable and plush. Having one of the unheated pools within 40 feet of the back door was convenient and we loved having a ceiling fan on the patio for warmer afternoon hours. There is no filtered water/ice in the unit which is apparently common within that particular resort but the convenience store around the corner made it easy to stock up. We had lunch at Colin's one day and it was very good. Having the heated pool not too far away with the swim-up bar was a nice option too and we enjoyed the more laid back vibe since we usually stay at Las Palomas.

Nice condo. Clean overall. Farther from water than indicated from photos. Still not a bad experience. Would do again. Great communication with manager.

A great room in a great location

A beautifully decorated room on the ground floor of a beautiful resort, with a view of the pools and the sea. Being on the ground floor means you can walk straight out the back patio door to the pool / beach, and also means you have a larger shaded patio. Very nice. We'll be back.

Best spot @ Princesa!

Corner unit. Very nicely decorated. The patio is huge with comfortable furniture. One of the resports 3 pools is just out the door. I appreciate that clients are able to checkin directly vs going to the receptionist area..makes for a quick in and out by using the code. Will come again!

Best vacation

As soon as I walked in I was amazed it was very clean beds were very comfortable, the view was beautiful. Very family oriented workers were very friendly. The food at the restaurant in the resort was delicious from breakfast to dinner. Everyone there made you feel like home. Most importantly security was out at all hours of the night. Overall I rate my stay a 5 ⭐️ Will return for sure to book at this resort again La Princesa

Great Location-Clean Condo

We love staying at places that are very clean and organized, this place was an example of that! The condo is ground level and was super easy for us to get to the beach with the kids. The rooms were clean and fairly updated. Owner was great to work with and super easy.

Princessa condo

Very well supplied with everything we needed. A pretty view of the lovely property but at far end away from the water but an easy walk. We did have very much difficulty with the front door. Although the digital lock worked just fine the latch “stuck”…… More than stuck. We couldn’t get it to open on most occasions even trying the suggestions on our instructions from owner. If the condo had not been on the ground floor we would have been locked out. We did manage to get in after about 15 try’s but didn’t trust the door to open after that so we just used the patio sliding door for the remainder of the week. The door knob needs to be replaced/fixed. Otherwise it was great

Dispute unresolved with property owner

The property owner is accusing us of breaking a mirror on the property that we did not break. And the charge is conveniently equal to our security deposit. They sent a picture of a broken mirror and I know with 100% certainty we did not break anything. I assumed maybe I missed seeing the mirror was broken when we arrived because I never shut the closet door that was open when we arrived. The property owner said, “they think that’s funny” because they never told what room it was in. I responded this way because it’s the only thing I could think of that would have prevented me from seeing the damage they are accusing us of - I am not even sure what room it was in and the property manager has not responded to answer that question. I would like to know if VRBO does an audit of property owners who accuse people of damage that we dispute? It seems like it’s an easy way for them to accuse people of damage we did not do to keep our deposit after we have left the country. I am so adamant about this because we did zero damage to this property we are 50+ year old vacationers who would own up to damage. We even took out the trash before we left never ate here and only used the room to sleep and shower in so to be accused of breaking a mirror that we know with 100% certainty that we did not do is very shady. Can VRBO help me get my security deposit back? I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU TJS

Nice location and clean

This property was fairly new and modern and very clean. The only thing that was somewhat unpleasant was that the towels were so new and hadn't yet been washed before putting them on the towel rack, so they left little fuzz after I used them. Other than that, the location and the place itself was very nice.
