Lovely Villa Close to Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable, well-equipped, clean and dog-friendly (which we really appreciate). Best of all, the villa is just a short, very pleasant walk to the beach. We hope to stay again in the future.

Family Trip for the Fourth

Loved everything about this location - shaded in the summer heat, great backyard view, and very spacious, well maintained space indoors. Fantastic space!

Getaway

Villa was just as described on listing and more. Tastefully decorated, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedding, everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions at Amelia Island. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely return!!

Great Spot!

We loved this house and it was in a great location with a beautiful view. The only thing we felt like we were missing was a full size mirror as we visited the island for a wedding.

Lovely place, great location

My husband and I stayed here with my parents for Thanksgiving. It was convenient to get to downtown Fernandina beach and to the restaurants on the Omni property. The walk to the beach is short (though hilly!), and everything was accessible for my folks. Great spot!

Sincere thanks for your 5-star review! We are happy to hear both you and your parents were able to enjoy Thanksgiving at our scenic villa. Being one level, it is certainly more accessible than most properties on the resort and with it's location, you can more quickly walk to the boutiques, restaurants, and spa in the main hotel and nearby resort shopping village. The walk to the beach is so picturesque, although slightly hilly as you noted. Thanks again for being our guest and we hope you all will return to be our guests again very soon.

Labor day weekend

Loved our stay at this villa and will definitely want to come back! The villa was clean and very well taken care of. Loved how peaceful and quiet the area is and enjoyed the bike trails and short distance to the beach.

Well done renovations!

Nice quiet area. Quick 5 min or less to beach. Property was very clean and had nice updates! Directions and communication were detailed 😀. Would stay here again!

Peaceful and Private

Charmed by the Lagoon

We loved our stay at the Lagoon Villas. The accommodations were quiet and comfortable and the King bed was firm enough that we didn’t get back aches. We especially loved the expansive windows looking out to the beautiful lagoon and watching the many varieties of birds and turtles. The Villa felt very private and was an easy walk to the beach. Staying inside The Plantation was delightful, a true garden paradise!

Moss in the oaks

My wife and I were in Fernandina for a wedding with friends and everyone was pleased with the comfort and convenience of the accommodations. Had a very memorable time with family in a very relaxed atmosphere that was a big part of our stay this time. We had other family members staying on the property , so it was like a home away from home.

Host company was great… Amenities… need some easy to fix updating in tableware ( only a few mismatched old mugs, plastic glasses very tired, flatware was like diner quality… too much random artwork just nailed here and there, and a cohesive style lacking, even in the area rugs… clean, clean, clean, which is fabulous, but i didn’t get a warm feeling to cozy up and enjoy the BEST location and outdoor vista…Easy fixes and it will be perfect!

Excellent Condo

The condo is clean, well furnished, quiet, and has all of the necessary items for a great vacation. No need for us to contact the owner, as we didn't have any issues. It is handy to have parking right outside of the condo. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Amelia Island.

Weekend trip

Overall we had a great stay and loved our spacious the unit was with my small kids. The beach was close by. Wish there were more dining options that were walkable but that had nothing to do with the vacation home. It was updated and clean and I have no complaints about the condo or the property manager. I recommend.
