Enjoy this tastefully decorated 4 Bedroom, 1 upper and 1 lower living room, 4 1/2 bath home with flat screen televisions, free high speed wireless internet access, gas fireplace, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a private elevator to all levels and handicap accessible shower in the 2nd Floor Bedroom. Relax on 1 of 2 front decks with water views or 2 smaller decks attached to each of the master suites on the 2nd and 3rd Floors. There is off street parking for 2 cars. You are within walking distance of several local restaurants, the Promenade and many events hosted by SIC on JFK Boulevard. Enjoy Movie or Dance Night at the Band Shell or you can hop a ride on the SIC Jitney which travels the whole island. There is a newly built playground, bike rental, local shops and Fish Alley. Relax and unwind in this amazing, comfortable and clean home. LAYOUT: GROUND LEVEL/FIRST FLOOR- Family Room, Flat Screen TV, Sofa (fold out queen bed) & Love Seat with access to back yard. Lovely, inviting home!

The home and it's location just a block and a half from the beach were perfect for our group. We were there the week before school was out so we had some cooler weather, but even that was refreshing being from Arizona. Sea Isle City is a very welcoming place and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you!

This house is even way better than the pictures it was beautiful so clean very close to everything best location our family of 10 had more than enough room the neighbors were great and we can’t wait to book again .

What a Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely had an amazing vacation, and much of it had to do with Linda’s home. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. And the location was perfect for my family! We would love to stay here again!

Great property, good location, and super reliable host-very easy to get in touch with. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable furniture/beds, self check in. Only suggestion, replace the double bed with a queen :)

Lovely stay in Sea Isle

The first thing we noticed was how clean the house looked and smelled. That made us feel comfortable right away. Many great amenities (even a beach wagon, which was a pleasant surprise). We appreciated all of Linda’s helpful notes and tips, and the welcome basket was a sweet touch.

Perfect location

This house was perfect in every way…. The home was immaculate and very nice furniture throughout the house! The porch and backyard sitting area was very comfortable and very relaxing! The elevator was a plus for my elderly mother! The owners are very friendly and helpful! Definitely would rent this home again!

Fabulous Beach Vacation

Better than the pics!!! I cannot say enough praise about the entire experience. Owners were very responsive, home was perfect with every amenity you could possibly need. Beds and sofa were super comfy and the elevator was a tremendous help bringing up heavy stuff and helping with senior family members. I will always remember this summer vacation and all the memories we made in this fabulous beach home!!!

Sea Isle City Vacation

The home is extremely well maintained and our stay was exceptional. The elevator is a great addition to have when bringing in groceries etc. The property is centrally located with stores, groceries and restaurants convenient for either walking or driving. The beach is a short walk away and the home furnishings and amenities provided are just what we were looking for in a shore rental. The owners are great to deal with and communications were great. I would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Fabulous!

This is a perfect rental for a beach vacation! The home is clean, decorated beautifully, and everything you need for your down the shore adventure! The elevator is awesome with grandma and grandpa getting older. The living room sofa looks brand new and accommodates the entire gang items in the kitchen, or at your fingertips for all your cooking needs, and all the bedrooms are beautiful with comfy beds, we will definitely consider coming back

Linda and Joe were awesome to work with any questions we may have had. Response time was quick. Their home is amazing. We throughly enjoyed our visit. The decorations in the house were quite impressive. Everything was perfectly picked out and with the Theme of the house. We already booked our next trip at their home. Thanks again for having us.

Welcome to your new home away from home!

Incredible property! Everything about this rental is perfection - communication with the owner, cleanliness, the layout, location, amenities, and decor. We walked in the door and immediately fell in love! The owners have every possible accommodation covered - beyond comfortable furniture, kitchen was stocked, plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the amazing bay and ocean views. And a very quick walk to the beach or to center of town restaurants. First rental property in over 15 years of renting that felt like “home”! Already looking forward to returning! Thank you Depman’s for making our stay so wonderful!

Comfort and attention to detail in a dream location

The photos of this property are fantastic, but the actual house is even more beautiful. Even better are all of the fine details that the owners have attended to. It's beautifully decorated, and the kitchen has just about every possible utensil, dish, or cooking tool you might want. We were delighted by the "bonus area" in the garage, which also included a mini-fridge. Beds and bathrooms are all great, and three ensuites are another bonus. Finally, the elevator made move-in so much easier and were a must for my mother who uses a walker. The neighborhood is nice and close to just about anything you would need: walk to the bakery and short drive to the supermarket and CVS. Linda was a gracious host and maintained contact with us throughout. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

70th birthday family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this spectacular home! The decor was beachy and the owners left us a welcome gift! Perfectly located on the island on a quiet street with a light to cross to the beach. Nice restaurants to walk to, grocery and liquor stores only a short drive away. Easy to get to Wildwood and Cape May to the south and Ocean City to the north. The house was so well equipped in every room but especially the kitchen. TVs all over but we rarely had time to watch. The garage is set up like a casual bar and the guys played beer pong down there. The 4 little kids lived in the electric recliners and often napped there while watching Paw Patrol. They also loved sleeping in one room with the bunk bed and trundle. 12 beach badges were provided which is a great savings. The elevator was a deciding factor in choosing this VRBO listing. The owner answered any questions very quickly via text. (We never did use the iron... LOL) I would definitely stay there again...or live there full time! Thank you so much for your hospitality and a few Jersey tomatoes, too.

Bright, Clean, Delightful End of Summer Stay

Linda’s home was airy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The elevator was great for my elderly mother. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Linda was very responsive and thoughtful; she even left some goodies for my daughter whose 4th birthday we celebrated during the trip. Easy walk to the beach/promenade. Highly recommend!

Ideal for families

Clean, spacious, quiet and cozy inside; very well maintained property. Easy walk to the beach. Also good restaurants and grocery/shopping nearby. This home is a step up from the typical NJ shore condo rental and well worth it. It is ideal for families with young children, as the property is safe, clean, and just a nice place to spend time in, while also being accessible to activities and not far from the likes of Ocean City to the north and Cape May to the south for even more activities. Incidentally, too, the neighbors tended to be pretty nice.

What a lovely vacation week we had. By far, this home exceeded our expectations. The decor is beautiful and cozy. Linda and Joe go above and beyond to give their guests a perfect vacation. Location is my favorite when staying in Sea Isle - We will definitely return !

My husband and I had always dreamed of owning a beach home and in 2017 that dream became a reality! After raising 4 wonderful childen, who then blessed us with several grandchildren, we were given the opportunity to purchase this home. We have rented it out during the summer months and have been able to meet and share our home with many amazing families! We are so happy that we can do this so that others can experience the warm and relaxing vibes that only the Jersey shore can provide!

This property was 8 years old when we bought it and it was in excellent condition, had an elevator and was never rented out to the pubic. We had viewed many properties and this particular house felt like home. We were very blessed to have found this jem! 2022 We recently redorated (Fresh Paint throughout the interior, New Window Treatments, New Patio outback, Several New Windows, LV hardwoods in all bedrooms, New Couch in 3rd Fl. LR).
