If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable home with spectacular mountain views, look no further! The focus of the main level is to bring everyone together - open concept custom kitchen, dining table for 14, natural stone gas fireplace, 25’ vaulted ceilings and windows covering the entire wall offer spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Breckenridge ski area. Imagine your family gather in the bright and airy great room, for a game or a meal around the custom dinning table for 14. The table is lit by a huge real antler chandelier. Or have fun in the family room downstairs, with pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard, 2 comfy couches and TV with live channels. Cook a delicious meal in the modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the hot tub on the south facing deck overlooking the Ten Mile Range. In the evening share stories around the massive gas stone fireplace. When you need some privacy or a nap, there is plenty of space to spread out.
On the main level, together with the kitchen and great room, you will also find 2 bedrooms, each with queen bed and a connected with Jack and Jill bathroom. This level also has a half bath accessible from the hallway. You can walk out on a large south-facing deck with the private hot tub, table, and a grill. This entire level is accessible with no stairs whatsoever.
The upper floor is dedicated to two owner's suites and a loft. The suites are huge, each furnished with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, TV, walking closet, en-suite 5 piece bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. Both suites offer vaulted ceilings. We have 3rd sleeper sofa in the loft. The bedroom on the right has a Romeo and Juliet balcony which opens to the great room.
On the lower level, you will find another two bedrooms and a game room. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other one has a bunk bed, twin over full. Each of them has its own en-suite bathroom. In the game room, there is a sitting area wit a pull out couch and a TV, pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard.

There is also a little gym room.

Free Internet throughout the house.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. This is an exception to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

There is a garage for two cars and up to 5 vehicles can be parked in front of the garage and in the driveway. Please do not park on the road, as it is not allowed. A fine can be issued by the County if more than 5 cars are outside or parked on the road at any time.
The house is located a short 7-minute drive to Main Street or the Gondola. It's a scenic drive with a few really nice opportunities to take pictures of the town of Breckenridge and the Ski Area along the way. If you prefer not to drive, there is a bus stop like a minute away. The bus is free and will take you to Main Street or all the way to the Gondola. Summit Stage - Boreas Pass Loop - Clubhouse stop.
It's a peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood, yet just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. One of the best deals in Breckenridge. Everything you need for your next family gateway.
If you are visiting during summer, there are a couple of hiking trails right around the house. One trail leads all the way to town and the other to the top of Baldy Mountain. Both offer plenty of opportunities to take beautiful pictures.
In the winter, a snow removal company will clear the driveway of snow after significant snowfall (generally 4" or more). To maintain safe access, guests should periodically expect to clear lighter amounts of snow from walkways and the driveway. Even with proper snow management, walkways and the driveway will be slippery in spots at times. We are located in over 10,000 feet above sea level. We find the drive relatively easy for the elevation, but coming prepared with the correct vehicle and good tires is a must.

Deck. It's a picture-perfect spot with sweeping views of Rocky Mountains. Watch the stars from the hot tub, breath mountain air, and listen to the quiet. The yard is not fenced so moose frequently wander through in the mornings. A fox may want to join you for breakfast on the deck. Please do not feed him!

Getting Around. There is a bus stop close to the home, turn left on top of the driveway, walk for one minute and you will see it on the left side. Summit Stage, Boreas Pass Loop, Clubhouse bus stop. The bus will take you to town, gondola and the transfer station if you wish to hop on a bus to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Frisco or Copper Mountain.

Please note: the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Noise can carry in the thin mountain air, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum to not disrupt the community. No outdoor music or loud noise please. Quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
