Host was very responsive, house was exactly what are group needed, one master bedroom for our married coue, and 3 quest rooms for everyone to have a separate room. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast before hitting the roads.

Overall it was a great location and slept everyone comfortably. Does need some updating to the inside and sone things need to be fixed on the exterior, but we did enjoy our stay very much!! Melissa (property manager) was great with communication and super sweet!!

We had a great time. Cabin was clean but needed some updates. HVAC did not work it had window air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. So you heard ac running all night trying to sleep. If HVAC was fixed I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback on the cabin! We do appreciate your business and just wanted to confirm that new Ac unit is being installed. We had to wait on the company's schedule to work us in. Installing the window units was in an effort to help keep the home cool for enjoyment while we waited. Thank you for giving us a return trip to check this out. The house was okay- more outdated than expected. Location being so close to Catalochee ski resort was great and convenient. Living area & TV was a bit small for a large group of 10. Overall, three stars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was some maintenance needed, but they were working on it while we were there. It was a very nice house with location central to most places we wanted to go. I really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the cows in the evening/early morning.

Overall nice

Furniture was a little outdated. Beds definitely need new mattresses. Ceilings fan did not work in one of the bedrooms and the tv did not work in one of the bedrooms. Steps are in need of repair. They have loose boards. Location was great. Over all we would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our vacation stay. The cabin was absolutely perfect! Hot tub and the fireplace made our stay absolutely awesome during the 6” snowfall! We enjoyed the close proximity to Cataloochie Ski Resort. Beds were all very comfortable and the gas grill made it great too! The resident elk family was so interesting to view everyday as they made their way down to the pasture for their nightly bedding down. Just a great experience! We will stay here again!

Needs maintenance on exterior railings, need repair or replacement. Our 4 year old brought us ant traps, good news he did not get sick.We couled not use hot tub.

Had a Great Time!

Spacious, clean for the most part, we had a great time, equipped with just about everything we needed (plates, pots/pans, etc.)A few small incidences:The ice maker in the freezer was falling apart and frost bittenThere was no sand on the shuffleboard table so we couldn't really playThere is definitely an animal living in the walls, I kept hearing it from the master bathroomOne of the blankets was covered in dog hairAnt problemI am only mentioning those for future reference, you can't fix what you don't know is broken. Overall, great experience. Thank you!!

In my opinion, if this beautifully-built house had been furnished and maintained accordingly, it would have justified the market rent advertised, and maybe even the additional fees of 48% of the rental cost. It wasn't, and it didn't. Shamefully neglected. Poor value.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was a cake walk, the rental how ever is not the same as in the pictures or the description. There are reviews from over a year ago and the same issues are still there. The birds in the wall in the master bathroom, the missing chairs at the table (they are broken in the garage, why not get rid of them?)the roku does not work , the hot tub does not work correctly, and the jacuzzi tub absolutely does not work at all. The pictures on the advertisement are not even the same color as the house now.....

Got bit by something

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived to our location, it was beautiful from the outside. We go inside to slim jim wrappers laying around an someone elses shoes in another room. Had Cobb webb's in the corners an a little dusty. Dishwasher didnt work an dryer took 3 hours to dry 1 load of clothing. The pool table sticks were messed up an we couldn't play. The hot tub didnt work, so we didnt get to enjoy it. When we checked out, everyone had been bitten by something. We have no idea what, but something. I will not book this place again.
