Our beach front ocean view property overlooks Crescent Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Our "home away from home" in Siesta Key has views we dream about and is serene inside with cool, calm colors and updated spaces, appliances, and furniture. Within Siesta Dunes, we are specifically located in building 2, unit 203. The grounds offer tremendous landscaping and green space. Amenities include tennis, pickleball, salt water heated swimming pool, hot tub, and an oversized deck with gazebo and many gas grills. Stay here for private beachfront access and walk right out to the beautiful white sands of Crescent Beach - “Voted #1 beach in United States numerous times by the Travel Channel - the sunsets are unbelievable!”

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were absolutely stunning — we enjoyed watching the sunrise right from the balcony each morning. The condo itself was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that the space is very well taken care of. Everything felt fresh and updated, from the modern kitchen to the comfortable furnishings, which made it feel like a true home away from home.Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond, very helpful with any questions, and made check-in and check-out simple and stress-free.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had, and we would happily return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Kim was very helpful and provided a bevy of information and recommendations for our stay. The Dunes is a beautiful property that is well maintained including the pool and private beach area. Moreover her condo is located in a great spot with wonderful views and easy access to the pool and beach. The unit is in beautiful condition and has so many amenities to make you feel truly at home. It’s stocked with so many extras that you typically get with a vacation rental!

Beach Escape for 3

The condo was ultra clean and had everything we needed (except food) for our weeklong stay. We made a quick trip to the store after check-in to pick up food for the week. The kitchen was well equipped for meals, cooking and cleanup. Condiments, salt/pepper etc. were provided. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Towels/linens and blankets were provided. Since my wife and I were traveling with my wife's sister, the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom setup worked out well. The living area made us feel at home and I admit to falling asleep in the motorized recliner more than once after a busy day. The Siesta Dunes property grounds/pool are beautiful and everything is well maintained. Beach lounge chairs are free to use. We also appreciated the beach amenities provided (towels, beach umbrella, frisbees, wagon etc.) by the property owner. Kim (the condo owner) was in touch via email and text message with helpful information and instructions before we arrived. In addition, we all appreciated the "how to" info/notes provided pertaining to the operation of everything from the parking gate and door locks to the coffee pot, thermostat and TVs. Tips on sights to see and best restaurants were also helpful. We spent time on the beach relaxing, shopping/dining in Siesta Key Village and early morning "shelling" at "the point". For 2 to 3 days, we spent time seeing sights (museums, shops etc.) in Sarasota and near Venice beach. I can't wait to come back!

The attention to detail by the hosts was spot on, from information about the condo and the area to the cleanliness to the furnishings/decorations to the items provided to make the stay easy and completely stress free! Amazing Condo in Siesta Key

We have stayed at this complex for the past 10 years, but this was the first time we stayed in this condo. This unit has been our favorite one so far and the owner was so great to deal with. I highly suggest booking this unit if you are deciding to stay at Siesta Dunes.

Paradise

Siesta Dunes has been a place of peace and restoration for my husband and I over the past 6 years. This was one of the best units we’ve stayed in at Seista Dunes. The owner, Kim, is responsive, thoughtful, and literally provides you with everything you need during your stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and exceptional to say the least. We were concerned about the hurricane damage and the staff has already worked so hard to bring things back to normal it was quite impressive!! We can’t wait to return.

Had a great week staying in Sesta Key. The condo is very nice and well maintained. The location is really good with easy access to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kim was incredibly thoughtful with stocking with a number of amenities (for example, a cooler and umbrella to take to the beach). The pool, courtyard, screened-in patio and being right on the beach just really made this one of the best vacations we've had in a long time. When the condo ran out of something, Kim was super responsive and made sure we could access what we needed right away. We can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful condo in a wonderful area, with all of the amenities! It was so nice to enjoy breakfast and lunch on the lanai patio overlooking the pool and beach. The sunsets were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place!

This is a GREAT place, clean, well stocked and nicely decorated…and what a gorgeous setting. The pool and gulf view from the balcony was so nice, but especially at sunset. Kim was very kind and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Siesta Dunes Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Siesta Dunes! The location was great, the beach was amazing and the resort and property where we stayed were in great shape. There were lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and we really enjoyed the shelling on the beach. The unit owner and staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. We will definitely return to this location and resort again.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The condo is well laid out, super clean (we are picky), convenient to beach, pool, restaurants etc. The owner, Kim, is so sweet, very responsive and does a great job of giving you all the information you need to make the most of your vacation! I would give our stay a 10 star if I could. Can’t wait to go back next year! :)

Lovely vacation in a beautiful place

This condo was one of our favorite places to stay. Fresh and calm colors. We instantly relaxed and were ready for chill time. The complex looked really clean and very well cared for. Perfect for kids and or beach time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation spot

Property is beautiful and well maintained . Unit was clean, updated and VERY well stocked with more than we could have hoped for. We loved our morning coffee on the screened in porch. Beach is beautiful and the sand is like powdered sugar. I highly recommend this particular unit as it is ocean and pool view. The owner is fast to respond and very nice. We had a wonderful Siesta Key vacation and would definitely return.

The condo was everything as stated and even more. Upon entering we immediately felt at home.

The condo is absolutely the best. From the well appointed living room to the functional and well stocked kitchen to the bedrooms everything was as described. Working with the owner was so easy. She responded to our correspondence immediately . We look forward to spending time there again next winter❤️

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key since 1980, and we decided to purchase this condo in Siesta Dunes (our most favorite place on earth) in 1984. We treat our condo as if it is our own home, with care and attention. We value the fact that most of our guests are repeat renters and stay in our condo year after year. We sure value and appreciate them!

The kitchen was recently updated (all new cabinetry, counter tops, and appliances), as were the cabinets, counter tops, and mirrors in both bathrooms. All bed coverings are new as well. The furniture in the eating area and family room are all new within the last few years.
Best thing about this unit? The view, the view, the view!
