This villa is listed as 1900 square feet of spacious living. It has 2 1/2 baths with 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. The bedrooms include one king in the master bedroom, first floor, one queen with bunk beds in the second bedroom upstairs, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. We also have a queen and full sleeper in the great room. The great room has its own 65-inch Smart HD TV, and all other bedrooms also have HD TVs. The kitchen has lovely pecan cabinets with granite countertops and nice appliances. It is fully stocked with essentials for cooking. Amenities include washer/dryer, hair dryer, all linens, outside grill, and some beach gear. The deck has ample space for seating, views of the Robert Trent golf course and steps away from one of four pools in Queens Grant. There are three golf courses in Palmetto Dunes, as well as two restaurants and a general store. The Palmetto Dunes Homeowners Association requires renters to have a parking pass for each vehicle. The cost is $25 each, but we will provide one for the listed renter. We rent Saturday to Saturday in increments of 7+ days, June through August. We rent a minimum of 4 nights September through May. The beach is a 4-minute car ride, or 8 minutes on bikes. (We suggest you lock your bikes) Also, new regulations require e-bikes to be no faster than 750W. You can be stopped and fined if you bring high powered e-bikes with you. They have parking for cars and bike racks, unless you'd prefer to walk the short distance. Once there, you can visit the cabana bar/grill beachfront for refreshments or rent umbrellas/chairs from the beach patrol. At the end of the day, sit back and gaze at the stars and beautiful trees with a relaxing beverage. Then, plan your next wonderful adventure for tomorrow. The villa is close to all restaurants, shopping, Shelter Cove Harbor, and various recreational activities that have made Hilton Head Island one of the top vacation destinations in the United States.

Great stay

Great villa for our vacation. Central to everything and plenty of space for our family. Leonna was so easy to work with as we had a small issue with the door lock, but it was minor. If you are looking for a nice spacious place to stay in HHI, not too deep into the island, this place has it. Very nice vacation.

We LOVED the condo! Plenty of room for three couples and even extra beds for future grandchildren! Great communication and no issues. We loved where the condo was situated in Queens Grant. So convenient. The living area was so spacious with plenty of seating. We will be back!

We had a nice relaxing trip! The condo was just as described, plenty of space, pool within steps of back deck! Leonna was great to work with and responded immediately when there was a small issue that needed fixing! Definitely would recommend this home! Thanks again!!

Great location to pool

This property is great for families with little kids. The bunk room was perfect for my daughter/son-in-law and their 3 kids. Kids are 6-5-2. The pool location couldnā€™t be any better it was right off the back deck. I could swim with grandkids until Grammy would yell over that dinner was ready. Inside the villa had everything you needed. With bigger family and little kids dining in was easier than going out. I highly recommend this villa. We will surely try to book it again next year for another 2 weeks.

Absolutely loved this property! A short walk to the beach and the pool right in the backyard. It was the perfect location for a family vacation and the owners were extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great location, cozy and comfortable stay in a nice home

My family and I (7 adults and 2 kids) drove in from IL at the end of June for a summer family week long get away. This property is located in a quiet, residential area in Palmetto Dunes. The neighborhood is safe, clean and located near everything you could possibly need. Easy access to the beach either by bike (5-7 mins) or walk (15 mins). We rented bikes which were conveniently delivered to our doorstep and reasonably priced. There is a fantastic General Store in the neighborhood that has everything you need which we visited daily and is a short walking distance away (5 mins). There is also a nice community pool which was never overcrowded and conveniently located steps away from the back deck. The back deck also overlooked a beautiful golf course. Since we were visiting during high peak COVID, we didn't feel comfortable going to any restaurants so we chose to cook and eat our meals at the property. The home itself was clean and the kitchen was pretty much stocked with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. Thereā€™s also a big supply of towels for everyone. The owner was very helpful, friendly and available for any issues/concerns. The owner was very organized and provided the renters a binder filled with tons of helpful tourist information. We would recommend this property if you ever want to visit Hilton Head.

Excellent property

My family (3 adults and 3 children under 7) stayed at this property in June 2020. The check in process was seamless and the villa was ready at check in time. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone and my children really enjoyed the bunk beds. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen appliances were all in good order and the washer and dryer really came in handy to wash sand and water soaked clothes. I have stayed on the island a total of 5 times and this was the most well stocked kitchen I have seen! We did not struggle to find the pots/pans/utensils we needed to make meals and the gas grill worked great. The couches and TV in the main area were very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The deck off the back of the villa had a big table and plenty of chairs for everyone to sit. One of the best parts of this property is the location. The pool is right off the deck, making it easy to go back and forth or keep an eye on older children. The beach was a short bike ride away. Palmetto Dunes is an excellent community with plenty of bike paths to enjoy and many beach accesses throughout the community. The General Store was very close to this villa and offered a good supply of necessary items. My kids also loved stopping there for ice cream on the way back from the beach. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The owner/manager checked in several times during our stay and always responded quickly to our questions. As always, HHI did not disappoint us and this villa made it a very comfortable vacation for us!

Excellent Stay

Took my family to Hilton Head on vacation and stayed at this property for a week. The property was clean and well kept on arrival. No issues with any of the appliances and all the accommodations of home were available for my family to prepare and enjoy meals together or huddle around the TV for movie. The pool along with the beach only a short walk away were a hit. Additionally, the golf courses a short walk away were immaculate and beautiful to play. Thoroughly enjoyed the island, the views, the house and amenities available in the area. As an added bonus to all adding up to a great week, the property manager checked in several times to make sure all was going well so that was reassuring. Highly recommend this house for large family's or groups looking for great time, great house in a beautiful area.

Haven of Rest

The property I acquired, was easy to obtain. Online photos as well as the simple conversations between owners/ rental agencies were a breeze!! Fully detailed, step by step, instructions were adequately supplied as well. I would highly recommend this unit for family, friends, or Both!!!! Peaceful setting, privacy, hospitality

The condo was set back from the street so it was very private and quiet. The back deck has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. Morning coffee was very peaceful on the deck. The bedrooms are nice sized and the master suite is large with sliding doors to the patio. All amenities were supplied. Pool/beach toys were provided. The condo was clean and spacious. Leonna was a great host. Anything we asked about, she answered promptly. She also recommended a bike rental place that delivered our bikes and picked them up with no issues. The condo is a bike ride to the beach, general store, Big Jim's BBQ restaurant and The Dunes Restaurant. It's also close to bike to the Shelter Cove Marina using the underpass. We had an overall amazing vacation. There were 8 of us that stayed at the condo and the space was more than adequate. All of the above made our first vacation in Hilton Head full of wonderful memories.
