•Parking: There are 2 parking spaces in the tandem garage. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.

•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
•Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
