This special place has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Large Bayfront Patio, Steps to the Boardwalk and Bay Beach, a Gas Fireplace, a BBQ on the Patio, and Sleeps up to 8 People.

Gaze out across the water from this uniquely-designed lower-level suite. This residence showcases all updated fixtures, kitchen and bathrooms. Creative design features throughout clean lines contrasted by varying motifs, bursts of color, flowing indoor-to-outdoor spaces, and a covered BBQ dining patio.

This home will check off every box when looking for the perfect vacation getaway!

The patio is the perfect place to be anytime of day or night. Enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, socializing with friends, dinner, sunset moments and so much more. The convenience of walking distance to town is wonderful, where Marine Ave. offers shops, restaurants + sweet treats (the famous frozen bananas at Dad's is a MUST)

This Beach House offers a remodeled and equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with laundry), and 3 bedrooms. A CalKing Master with en-suite bathroom, a Second Bedroom with a CalKing and a 3rd Bedroom with 2 sets of Twin bunks. Tile and Wood floors throughout. It is the lower lever of a duplex and has ground floor access (no stairs) Walk right out to your private patio onto the boardwalk. Lounge and Dining Outdoor Furniture is there to relax from Sun Up to Sun Down.

We look forward to hosting you and your family where we know you will make many amazing memories that will be cherished for years to come. This beachfront home is beautiful and very well appointed! The gorgeous kitchen, smart TV and large Bayfront patio are perfection! Ideally situated right off of Marine, close to all the restaurants and shops the island has to offer. Nikki is a very responsive and kind host. She and her family went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and amazing. Would come back again and again and again!

Perfect Balboa Island Vacation

We love this property! It is the perfect setting for a Balboa Island vacation. It has direct beach access steps from the large, comfortable patio with amazing views of the bay and Newport peninsula. There are sand and water toys galore, including 4 stand up paddleboards and a kayak. It comfortably sleeps our family and includes private access to a washer and dryer, which is essential with our young kids. The host is wonderful, and super responsive and accommodating. This was our third stay at this property and we can't wait to come back again soon!

On the boardwalk

At the end of the main drive into and out of town, super location near market, restaurants and frozen bananas. This lower-level unit is a nice 3bd,2ba unit with good sized kitchen, dining table and large sofa in the living room. But the real living space is the deck, seating for 4-6 on a sofa plus a dining table, watching all the people walk by watching you watch them watch you. Upper unit has smaller deck, first floor was bigger ... it was fun

Great spot!

We had a great family vacation at this house. Is a convenient location and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio with comfortable furniture and umbrellas which made it great anytime of day to sit and watch the boats, people, sunrises, sunsets, etc

Great family vacation rental!

We love this property on Balboa Island! This is our second time staying here and it continues to be perfect for our family of six. The location on the island can't be beat and the beach related amenities great. Our kids spent hours on the beach playing with the sand toys and paddles boards while the adults had perfect views from the comfortable patio. The property manager is amazing and was super responsive before and throughout the stay. We can't wait to come back for another stay.

Nice but. . .

The place is fine but having never stayed on Balboa island before I would def rethink staying so proximate to a traffic of people walking by, neighbors (BBQ smoke, kids, etc.) above, next door and virtually everywhere), and with adults who may need "room" around the 2 king beds. Place is "tight" and def needs a refresh especially for the price we paid.

Visiting our college age kids

We went to visit our twins who are in college for their Birthday weekend. This house was perfect! Greeted with a beautiful view and a bottle of wine. They have all the things you need including sup which I love. We enjoyed the patio and the kitchen. Owner was super responsive and let us check in early as well.

Great Patio and comfortable beds!

Our stay was great! Had all the kitchen items needed, lots of toys and boards for the kids. Best patio, large and comfortable for visiting. Only downsides was upstairs guests were so loud till late in the right running back and fourth, no stereo downstairs that works, TV was only option and garage was taken when we got there. Otherwise it was great, might be hot in the summer months though.

A Great Family Vacation on Balboa Island

We had a great stay at this property. The patio on the board walk had comfortable seating and dining options. There were a ton of beach toys, chairs, paddle boards, and other water toys that we enjoyed thoroughly on the bay beach directly in front of the house. Our kids enjoyed all the seashells on the beach as well as seeing crabs, sand dollars, star fish, sea lions, and other marine life. The location is ideal for enjoying all the island has to offer as well as a short walk to the ferry to enjoy the Fun Zone and peninsula activities. The house was clean and spacious for our family and our kids loved the bunk bed room! We had a couple plumbing issues at the beginning of our stay, but the property manager, Nikki, was extremely responsive and made sure the issues were fixed in a timely manner. She even continued to check in with us after everything was resolved to make sure the rest of our stay continued to go smoothly. We're definitely planning on returning in the future!

Family vacation

Property was fabulous - could not have a better vacation. We have stayed on the island for years but this is the best house we’ve rented. Nikki is a wonderful host and so responsive. The house had everything we needed and we loved our stay!

Relaxing getaway

We loved sitting outside watch the boats go by and enjoying the nice weather. The house has paddle boards to use. It was fun being able to access the water every easily. The house looks like it was recently remodeled. Everything worked great!
