At the heart of nature, you will appreciate the charm of this modern villa designed for 2-6 people. Carefully decorated and comfortably arranged, it has a well equipped kitchen and open on a large living room. 2 large windows open onto the terrace with outdoor furniture and a private pool of 32m2 with superb views of the sea and the Cretan countryside. Enjoy unlimited free WiFi access, flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player. A staircase can reach below 2 bedrooms with closet, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The 3rd bedroom is located in the mezzanine above the living room and has its own bathroom.
Located on a plot of 10000 m2 closed and secure, the house shares the entrance of the property with the villa Penelope. It is located behind and separated by trees, preserving the privacy of each villa. At only 7 minutes by car, is the resort of Almyrida, you will find beautiful beaches and numerous entertainment and restaurants. The fortified nice of Chania is 35 minutes drive and seduce you with its beauty and its many shops. It is the ideal starting point to visit western Crete, countryside, villages and fantastic coastline.

Ein Wort: Wundervoll! Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Ein toller Pool, schöner Aussenbereich, absolute Ruhe und einmalige Aussicht. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall. Mehr geht nicht.Ich denke wir kommen wieder!

Very privat and quiet. The pool was absolutely wonderful and during our stay (11 days) it was cleaned two times.The house was very clean an with beautiful details nicely decorated. There was a big amount of towels vor uns. The kitchen was well equipped. For me, with my back and shoulder pain, the beds vere an little bit to hard, but I was able to help myself with the many pillows, we had in the house. So nightsleep was goodThe other Persons had no problems with sleeping harder.... It's individualThe owners of the house are extremely friendly and helpful!!! Every WhatsApp was immediately answered. We are really thankful for this great holiday. The is view is extraordinary!!!!

Fabulous View

Villa Hermes is beautifully situated in the hills behind the tiny village of Kambia. Beatrice & Olivier were there to welcome us when we arrived and show us around the villa & pool area. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for peace & quiet in Crete, we had a wonderful time!

Amazing will stay again

Lovely villa amazing views. Easy drive to all local villages including supermarkets. Bit of a hairy drive but easy after the first few goes! Brilliant hosts would give 10/10

Beautiful mountain retreat!

Very beautiful home with gorgeous view. Very clean and well maintained. Property managers were excellent communicators and made sure we had everything we need. If you’re visiting Crete with friends and family this is the place to be.

Peaceful and private get-away.....

Everything was so easy! We made this lovely home our home for a week. It was pretty convenient for day trips to explore the island. Communication with Beatrice great and they were both so helpful. I was the primary driver and learned to take those mountain curves with care and fun! We loved our stay!

Peace and beauty

We stayed in this lovely villa for 2 weeks September 2023. The most striking feature is the fabulous view down to the sea which the layout of the villa and its 2 large terraces accommodates perfectly. The swimming pool is perfect and kept spotless by Olivier. The villa itself is chic and well- equipped, the beds comfortable and it is meticulously clean. One bedroom is a mezzanine above the kitchen area but was comfortable and private enough. The le Maitres are delightful, efficient, helpful and friendly. They met us from the main road junction on the evening we arrived, to guide us up the hill behind Almyrida. It is about 10-15 minutes from that attractive seaside village by car. Many good eating places. Chania is about 40 minutes away and has an enchanting port area. The driving up to the villa is perhaps not for the faint- hearted, the drops into the gorge below are striking and the road barriers more aspirational than actual - although the keen drivers amongst our party relished the challenge. It is only for that reason that I give 4 rather than 5 stars to the location. It is a very beautiful place and blissfully quiet.

Vacances en famille

Nous étions 5 dont 4 jeunes entre 26 et 28 ans, la villa Hermès est fantastique, bien située au calme avec une vue de rêve sur mer et montagne. Très bien équipée, extrêmement agréable à vivre. Nous avons profité de la piscine jour et nuit. Béatrice et Olivier nous ont accueillis avec tellement de gentillesse, nous n'oublierons pas le panier garni de bienvenue pour notre repas nous qui arrivions le soir. Villa avec vue splendide

Sur les hauteurs et à l'écart de l'agitation et de la foule, maison très confortable, bien conçue et très bien équipée. Magnifique vue sur la mer, belle piscine, grandes terrasses. Un séjour parfait, un accueil très sympathique de nos hôtes qui sont à l'écoute et disponibles. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location.

Wundervolle und entspannte Tage in Kambiá genossen. Die Anreise ist - wenn man Deutsche Verhältnisse gewohnt ist - etwas abenteuerlich. Die Gastgeber waren hervorragend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool wurde zwischenzeitlich mehrfach gereinigt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Beautiful Villa in a stunning location

Villa was amazing, well equipped with essentials like loo roll, Oil, cleaning products etc that, in our experience, you don’t normally get in Greek villas - plus some generous welcome gifts of wine, beer, cheese , fruit and fresh tomatoes! Very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, large pool with views to die for, and peace and quiet other than the odd goat bell! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beatrice’s Villa, communication was great and the fantastic weather was a bonus! The road to the Villa is pretty scary at times (especially in the dark) but well worth the drive up the mountain to get to the property!! Merci beaucoup Beatrice et Oliver, votre villa est magnifique!

Wir waren für 10 Tage im Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Der Pool war sauber und wurde auch zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, wir wurden spät Abends noch von Ihnen begrüßt. Werden den Urlaub so schnell nicht vergessen. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke für Alles

Der absolut perfekte Urlaub

Béatrice und Olivier hatten uns nach unserer spätabendlichen Ankunft persönlich in Almyrida abgeholt, weil unser Mietwagen kein Navi hatte und wir die Villa nachts nicht finden konnten. Im Kühlschrank lag ein Welcome-Paket und so blieb es den ganzen Urlaub lang: beim geringsten Problem (wie z.B. plötzlicher TV-Ausfall) waren unsere Gastgeber sofort hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle für die herzliche Aufnahme und Betreuung bedanken. Die Villa Hermes erfüllte sämtliche unserer Erwartungen und die tolle Aussicht vom Pool aus wird uns auf jeden Fall in Erinnerung bleiben genauso wie alles Andere: Das war einer der erholsamsten Urlaube ever! Fantastisk Bolig

we have had a wonderful holiday, in a fantastic house. It was very clean and tidy. Our hosts were sweet and friendly and they did everything to make sure everything was in order. Even when we asked for extra cleaning of the pool, due to sandstorm, they came right away. We can warmly recommend this house where the hosts are very helpful. Kind regards Dorte

Quiet and relaxing with spectacular views

We stayed for a week in this lovely villa. It is very peaceful and relaxing there with an amazing view. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. You definitely need a car if you want to go to shops/tavernas etc and be warned the last little stretch of road is pretty challenging !
