Visit this waterfront townhouse with beautiful in-ground pool directly on the salt-water Bass River inlet to Nantucket Sound. It has two levels with a deck and patio directly overlooking the lawn, pool, marina and water. Enjoy wide, spectacular water views from every window and every bed! Picture the perfect day: coffee on the deck while boats pass by. Then, bike from your door to West Dennis or Yarmouth beaches. Next, kayak right from the property for miles, exploring beautiful coves around the large inlet. When you return, grill dinner on the patio, also overlooking the pool and water. At sunset, drinks on the deck as the boats return. Tomorrow, do it all again! Modern, beautifully decorated with large windows and skylights. The home has meticulously maintained grounds with lush lawn to the water's edge, Wi-Fi, cable TV on each level and parking right outside your door--not that you'll need your car!

Condo on Bass River with pool

Great to wake up and come upstairs every day to sunrise or early morning sun over the river. We kayaked several times to West Dennis beach right from the house. Two bathrooms handy! We absolutely love the couple who oversees/manages the condos and the pool. They are great with kids too. Tips: bring all linens, even bath mat. Bring cleaning supplies, sponge, dish soap, bar soap, as they don’t provide all daily essentials. Bring oil, spices, your favorite knife to make cooking easier. The kitchen is adequate even though small refrigerator and kitchenette style. Microwave is handy, and there is a toaster, coffee pot. But bring sugar. BBQ also super! It is also good to realize ahead of time that the entire place is 600 square feet only. We had 3 there, sleeping downstairs only. Upstairs is quite small so I cannot imagine space enough to open up sofa bed in upstairs living room. Overall, such a great week with swimming in the pool one of our favorite things we did. Thanks

The home was everything it was advertised to be and more. Extremely well maintained.

We arrived Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. Location is convenient to the entire Cape. No more than a hour drive to everywhere. Views from the upper deck are stunning. Pool is clean and heated. I will be returning soon.

Delightful gem!

We found the unit very comfortable for the 2 of us, all the amenities that we had expected. Been coming to the Cape for many years and this was convenient to everything! Hope to come back again soon!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 girls, ages 5 and 8. It was the perfect size for our family and definitely met our needs. The furniture and appliances were outdated, but all worked well. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. My girls enjoyed the pool and we loved the view! The location of this townhouse was perfect for us. Most of the attractions and restaurants we visited were within a 20 minute drive (1 day we drove up to Provincetown for Whale Watching which was an hour - but I highly recommend making that trip!) Corporation Beach was our favorite in Dennis. We did the Pirate Adventure and ferry to Nantucket out of Hyannis. We played 2 games of mini golf and our kids also loved the inflatable park! Many restaurants close by, some within walking distance. We had a perfect week and would love to vacation in Cape Cod again one day, and we would definitely inquire to rent this unit again if we do!

Lovely townhouse with great view of Bass River

My husband and I spent a very enjoyable week in this lovely, bright, cheery townhouse with a fantastic view of the river. Always lots going on, river-wise.....great fun to watch and an in spiration to go out and do your own thing! Everything was spotless, the beds were super-comfortable, the small refrigerator was quite adequate for our needs. Kayak rentals nearby on Swan River. Great thrift shops in town. It was very hot the week we stayed and the AC did a fine job keeping us cool and happy. Michele, the owner, was extremely friendly and eager to help in any way. Next summer we hope to return, maybe do a day trip to Nantucket and a boat trip to Monomoy Island. Friendly people at the pool to chat with. Central ice machine appreciated. Lovely landscaped grounds. Very interesting narrated boat ride on the Bass River. We did all our own cooking, so I can't comment on any restaurants, sorry. Next year we can even invite a friend who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Very very nice to have two bathrooms, especially one handy to the bedroom. If you're over 65, you'll understand!

location, location, location!

My husband and I stayed for a week in August. Everything was perfect - location, views, accommodations...I was afraid the small refrigerator would not work for us, but it was fine...We made it work. We did little cooking there, anyways, because there are so many wonderful restaurants close by. We also had great places to ride our bicycles while enjoying our New England surroundings. We would love to rent again next summer!

Great Place to spend our vacation

My wife and I stayed here for a week this past summer and really enjoyed it. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Every morning I had my coffee watching the sun rise over the river and watch the river traffic come and go. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. also the owner Michele, Was a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful View & Very Convenient

Nice clean property with a beautiful view. We had perfect weather and enjoyed the pool most days. So close to everything, easy access to beaches, restaurants. We spend alot of time in Dennis and Harwich when we go to the Cape, and this location was perfect. It has AC, but used infrequently as we were lucky to have gorgeous breezes of the Bass River. Appreciated 2 bathrooms! Easy and prompt communication with the owner, Michele. Hope to visit again :)

Nice townhouse complex, friendly folks.

We had a lovely time in Dennis, and the townhouse rental fit the bill pretty well for our family. The view of the Bass River was beautiful! We so enjoyed our evenings on the deck, sipping wine and watching the river flow. The only downside was the enter/exit arrangement to the complex, right off of the busy bridge, but it's OK once you realize you have to proceed with caution. Dennis/Yarmouth is perfectly located to maximize visiting all points of interest on the Cape - nothing is too far away, and so much is a quick car ride to get to. All in all, a great stay.

Cozy and comfortable apartment with beautiful view

My husband and I and our 5 months old baby stayed in this cozy townhouse for a week. Apartment was quiet, comfortable and in walking distance of the beach, grocery shops, farmer market and of course creamery. It also had a beautiful view of the Bass River. As it was the first time that we were traveling with our baby, I had millions of questions and landlady was extremely informative and patiently answered all my questions. We would love to go back there again.

Lovely Unit

The views every day were great and really made you feel like you were not just staying in someone else's home, but that you were really away on a vacation. A nice place to stay.

I stayed here with my daughter and husband and it worked out just fine. The property was clean, inside and out. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool very much-she is 7. The pool attendant/manager was very friendly and helpful. I felt the place fit our needs very well for a quick trip to the cape. It is situated near everything. Even though it is off a main road, I did not hear traffic. I did not hear my neighbors in the other unit either. Convenient location. If you are looking for a central location this was good. It was lovely to wake up to the view of the Bass River each day. Internet connection can be found if sitting on the upper deck, but not inside. Air conditioning on both floors worked great, a slight odor from the unit which is probably due to being old and needing a filter or something-really not that bad. No odor in place if left off. Again, not bad. Activities: ZooAquarium is a nice place, petting zoo in back. In Brewster- MudFlat Mania-loads of fun and the staff are very willing to spend time talking to the kids. After, my daughter spent an hour at the indoor tank where a staff member told her all about each sea creature. Very relaxed and friendly people who like their work. Restaurants-Kettle n Hearth was very tasty. Some different items I did not expect-some organic. Pan Cake Man-we got up early and beat the lines, tasty and nice people. We thought the seafood was more expensive than it needed to be. Some restaurants are within walking distance. The Merchantile store, on the corner, is a quaint shop which my daughter went to a few times. It has penny candy, souvenirs, and more... very friendly. Overall a nice place, with a lovely view.
