Beachfront Condo on Costa Azul Beach in Los Cabos Mexico

Beachfront condo on the ground level with a large patio with views to the sea, only steps to the 2 pools and beach with palapas and lounge chairs. San Jose is a quaint Mexican town with Art walks, organic foods, shopping, tequila tasting, farmers markets, marina/fishing. And, a short drive to Cabo san Lucas. You’ll be able to walk to Zippers surf beach and many restaurants. Horseback ride and ride ultra lites out on the beach. 24 hour security. Very safe. City bus into Cabo or San Jose. Uber friendly.Enjoy all the amenities of home including satellite TV, wireless internet and Bluetooth speaker. The property also has newer furnishings. Nice linens, towels, everything you need in the kitchen plus soaps, shampoo etc. Maps and suggestions are in the condo. You will want to return year after year! Access to washer and dryer in the building. Summer is the only time homeowners or HOA can do any repairs or remodeling. July 1st to October31st there is a possibilityof noise. You are welcome to reach out to me before booking during these times.

Nice location, walking distance to nice breakfast and dinner restaurants. short UBER ride to San Jose del Cabo. Quiet pools, security walking the premises.

Little Taste of Paradise

We loved the condo, and enjoyed the Mexican decor. It was the most well stocked of any vacation rental we've had, with plenty of towels. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and right next to the ocean. Becky, our host, was responsive to emails and very helpful with questions. Just a couple of suggestions to enhance the experience: Put new sheets on the bed, sharpen the steak knives in the block, add a washer/dryer (there is room in the hall)

Perfect location

Becky’s condo was perfect for my family. It was our first time visiting Cabo and we felt safe during our stay. The condo is close to surf spots and stores are less than half a mile away.

Great location

The condo is right on the beach and the landscaping is beautiful. The location is perfect - close to the beach and many stores. The condo had everything we needed. The downtown area is accessible by Uber for just a few dollars and there is so much to do there. Becky was a great host and even helped me find a dentist when I lost a filling. Loved our time in San Jose Del Cabo!

Another wonderful stay at La Jolla!

La Jolla is a beautiful property to stay at. No worries grabbing a chair at the 2 pools or the beach for a day filled with sun and lounging. Becky's condo has all the amenities that you could need for your stay. Great location between the two pools. The bed was super comfy and the fact that toiletries were supplied was much appreciated as we travelled without checked luggage so we only needed to purchase our sunscreen and we were off to enjoy the sun. Becky is a super responsive host answering our questions promptly. I will definitely try to rebook again as this was one of my favourite la jolla condos.

Little Slice of Heaven

Wow!!! We could not be happier with Becky's beautiful condo! Tremendous security, impeccable grounds and landscaping, and most of all this amazing condo right in between the 2 pools and with the perfect view of the morning sunrise! There's everything you'll need...just bring your groceries and favorite beverages and you are all set! Lots of awesome places to eat with-in a short walk on the beach! Great location

Great location on a beautiful stretch of beach. Nice walk over to Zippers/Pescadito (and Acapulquito when the tide is right). Bus stops right on highway in front of complex which makes getting to San Lucas and San Jose super convenient. Complex grounds were beautifully maintained, and peaceful/quiet. Condo was equipped with plenty of all the necessities (towels/kitchenware/etc..). Because of where the unit is situated in the building, there isn't a ton of natural light inside - but 1) that means it stays a bit cooler during the day, and 2) the beach is *right* there. =) If you like to sleep with the windows open and are a light sleeper, you might hear some highway noise in the bedroom... but it's really not bad!

San Jose Del Cabo

We stayed a week at this property enjoying the pool, the patio, and the lovely art work adorning the walls. Wonderful restaurants, great food and staff, not too far form La Jolla. The other residents could not have been nicer. The ocean waves crashing add a soothing sound to the relaxed time on the patio. Cannot wait to return to San Jose del Cabo!

Cozy condo with an amazing patio and view. Convenient location.

We stayed during Christmas break, check-in was seamless and security was right there checking in on us to make sure we knew where to go. The condo is extremely well stocked with everything you need, and most importantly, very clean. The beach is right there, and very beautiful. We loved hanging out on the lounger on the patio. Bus stop is right in front, on the road, we took the bus everywhere, they come every 10 minutes. Drinking water was a nice plus. Highway traffic can be loud in the bedroom, but you don't hear it anywhere else. We would stay here again for sure.

Host very helpful, clean condo with everything you need (serioously). Quick bus ride to d town. Pool well heated - which is a big deal for us - condo has floats. Would stay here agian if re-visiting the area.

Very welcoming!

We loved the condo and having beach and pool access. The kitchen was well stocked and the outside lounger was awesome. The beach out front wasn’t good for swimming, but good for surfers (Zippers); however, there were many swimmable beaches a short drive away (Palmilla and Santa Maria being our favorites). The only items missing were tp and dish soap, which could easily be picked up from LaComer, if you know ahead of time. My husband, 17-month old, and I had a really nice stay!
