This tastefully-furnished, peaceful, beachfront condo is located on the tip of Baja California at Costa Azul Beach. It is a third floor condo with ocean and pool views and a fabulous palm tree court yard around pool. It is only one mile from the charming town of San Jose Del Cabo and has many restaurants nearby, as well as a large grocery store one mile away. This home also features a full kitchen and High speed Internet .
This is a non-smoking unit.
A deposit of 50% is required to reserve, and is refundable up to 14 days before arrival. The balance is payable upon arrival. A $400 damage security deposit may also be required.The rate per night is $130

The view is incredible, the pool is wonderful, and the people who stay at this complex are a pleasure to converse with. There are plenty of food options, walking distance, and even more with a short Uber ride. The host is very attentive and great to communicate with. A beautiful garden surrounds the buildings and if you’re a surfer, it’s a definite plus. The accommodations were comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. We would love to come back.

Room with a view

This property has a wonderful view of the pacific, creamy white sand and pool. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable for a week.

Unbeatable Location! Literally on the beach.

The location is second to none. Uber was super fast and affordable to get to any local destinations. Plenty of access to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views and location

The owner was very easy to communicate with, the location is fantastic and the views are amazing. The property is exactly as advertised with respect to the beach and pool. The only negative we found, were a number of dishes, cutlery and glasses were put away dirty. But after a quick wash up, our stay was very relaxing. We saw whales from the balcony, and met some very friendly people.

Relaxing

This was the relaxing trip we were hoping for. Woke up rested every morning to the beautiful sunrise. Pool area and grounds very well maintained. Best bed I’ve had in a rental! Tim was helpful and easy to contact if you have questions.

Nice week in Cabo

This place is very much as depicted: quiet, scenic, right on the beach. It has a private feel but is walking distance to a few good bars/restaurants and close enough to grocery stores. Tim is a good owner, excellent communication. If I had one suggestion it would be to update furnishings/beddings, but overall an excellent place and good value. Property and pool are very well maintained.

Great location, great view

Great location, right on the beach, perfect if you like to surf, which I did, The view from the balcony is right at the break. The bed very comfortable. Good supply of beach chairs and umbrellas. Tim is very easy to communicate with. You will need to bring your own soap.

Quiet condo on an excellent beach

Quiet and well maintained condo and grounds on the best part of the San Jose del Cabo beach. Tim was very responsive to our questions and check in was easy. Portions of the adjacent highway are a bit scary to walk but Uber is excellent. Would recommend Habaneros Sardina and La Osteria for excellent dinners and Pezgallo for breakfast. La Comer is the place to shop for groceries wine etc. Would definitely stay again

Nice condo on the beach

Great location. You can’t get any closer to the beach. Well equipped and clean condo ideal for a couple. Minutes from central San Jose. We did both Uber and had a rental car both of which were easy. Complex is laid back, nicely landscaped, with security guard at night. Great communication with Tim the owner.

Couldn't Be Any Better!

This small, private complex was perfect. Truly a hidden gem in San Jose de Cabo. Many of the owners were on the property, along with their guests. They were very friendly and helpful. The property is perfectly situated away from the large hotels. The expansive beach was unpopulated, with great swimming, walking, surfing, lots of whale watching, beautiful sunrises. It is walking distance to beach bars, and a quick inexpensive Uber into town to amazing restaurants and shopping. The unit had everything we needed for quick meals and snacks. There were even beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We enjoyed the balcony with coffee and the sunrise in the morning, and cocktails at night. The pool area was perfect, with plenty of space to relax and visit. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. Tim was very responsive and helpful. He had great insight and suggestions for our stay. We definitely will be back!

The Frequent Visitor

I have had the pleasure of staying twice in 2008 and look forward to my next trip. I highly recommend this unit over the others in the complex. It has a fabulous view of both the court yard and the beach. The interior of this unit has been updated throughout to include the air conditioning. This unit is very well kept. As a matter of fact, my first visit was in July and the second was over Christmas and within that time period the owner repainted the interior and purchased a new King size bed with all new linens. The complex itself is in a great area. It is just far enough from Downtown Cabo to give you that "vacation home feel". It is near the toll road providing a straight shot to the airport. There a couple of great bars and restaurants as well as a full size grocery store all within walking distance as well. Trust me; you will really enjoy your stay. I surely do!

Very nice complex, right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises. Beach is flat and then closer to water has quite an incline. Condo sufficient for 2 people, you do have to walk up 3 flights of steps. The cutlery and utensils could be updated. The bed was awesome! A/c worked very well, you get a nice breeze through patio as well. There is a lot of road noise as you are right along the main highway. The store is about a 1/2hr walk on busy highway with uneven or no sidewalk. Is a little scary to walk along. Uber works fine and there is a bus stop outside building which you can also use and it works fine. Some nice restaurants in beach in front and behind coral baja. We enjoyed our stay, just a few minor updates would make it fabulous.

San José del Cabo condo was perfect!!!

I've done several VRBO's and this property and its owner Tim were above all others!!! Why? Simple: Property was EXACTLY as advertised & photographed and owner(Tim) was available throughout and quickly responded when I needed an answer (Nothing wrong just needed some extra TLC on where to park & what to do when leaving) Wish he could teach a class to the other clowns trying to run their VRBO's....

Beach vacation

Location is great for a quiet getaway. Beach and pool right there. Condo had everything you need and host has great communication. Our only comment is that they could use a better cleaner, under bed, furniture and ceiling fans were full of dust, And had likely not been cleaned in sometime and the whole place could use an update. Having said that, we have no allergies and we made it worked although we borrowed a mop and did some basic cleaning. No problem recommending this property and I am sure the owner will be responsive to its needs.

Couldn’t ask for anything better

Was more than I could hope for. Not a bad price. Over looking a beautiful surf spot, sunrises over the ocean. Friendly neighbors, Tim was quick to respond. Everything I needed for cooking, beach time, internet, right there. Walking distance from restaurants, surfboard rental shop. Love it, will come back

Excellent Week!

We had a great week at Costa Azul. The condo was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Tim was always prompt and check in was easy. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxed atmosphere at the condo and being just steps from the beach. We made use of the bus and Uber to get around so having a car was not needed. I would recommend this condo if you want a quiet vacation away from the Cabo San Lucas crowds.

Beautiful, Clean and Quiet spot

The place was very nice and relaxing. The beach was awesome with some waves while the water was as warm as the pool! There are 2 restaurants in walking distance that are really good and a huge grocery store called La Comer that’s a half mile walk away. The area was very clean and the neighbors were very nice. Tim (the owner) always kept in touch while always was on top of any questions you had. The smaller town called San Jose del Cabo is a 7 minute Uber ride and it is much better than Cabo San Lucas. It is not as packed, much better restaurants and many small to medium sized bars were you can grab a beer. Overall it was a welcoming area and I will be back.
