Magnificent condo on the beach in Mykonos Resort in San Jose del Cabo

Modern and very cozy 1 bedroom condo at Mykonos on the beach of San Jose del Cabo. Queen-sized bed on an ample bedroom with TV and a brand new sofa bed in the living room in front of a modern 55" Smart TV. Includes AC, laundry center and purified water system under the sink. High speed Wi-Fi Internet and phone line to call long distance. New fridge and renovated dining table with new cushioned chairs. Kitchen with many gadgets, including a coffee grinder, toaster, coffee machine, blender, juice maker and an outside bbq electric grill.

Recently renovated with brand new elevator and located on this popular beachfront development that includes tennis court, gym, 3 pools and 2 spas, 24 hr security and BBQ area on a unique location.
Walking distance to Mega supermarket and restaurants. An Oxxo (like 7eleven) is 1 block away. Whale season is from December to March, watch them from the balcony. Turtle release season is from August to November. Fish all year or enjoy one day golfing in any of the 14 golf courses in Los Cabos. There is a zip line a couple of minutes drive from the condo. So many things to do and so little time, or simply just relax on our warm weather throughout the year.

Minimum rent is 6 days and 5 nights. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable and fun!

Mykonos is a beautiful property, we enjoyed the gym and the pools every day. The condo had all we needed in terms of supplies and comfort to spend 8 days on the beach and explore San Jose del Cabo!

We had a great time at the Mykonos Resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed other than groceries. You can buy a huge jug of water for 60 pesos at the office. We never had a problem getting chairs at the pool. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. And the people there are so friendly. It is a great place to stay and watch the sunrise every morning. Our favourite part of the day. Erika had two bottles of wine as a welcome gift. We will definitely come back.

This is an excellent place to relax and rest with beautiful sunrises while having coffee on the deck. Condo is fully equipped and clean. Pools, hot tub and spa whirlpool are well kept and very enjoyable. Beach is right at your doorstep. I'd recommend this stay for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Hosts are exceptional. Be sure to walk down to Zippers on the beach down the way!

Mykonos Spring Break 2025

Mykonos Bay Resort is wonderful. The property has many things do and the beach is just steps away. This was my fourth time staying at the resort and it’s still as nice as the first time I stayed here. Thank you Erica and Jose for your hospitality. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Very nice location

This is a great place to stay ,it's on the beach and within walking distance to several great restaurants and the grocery store. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped with everything that you would need. I hope to stay here again.

Fantastic Sunrises!

This property is beautiful and maintained well. Everyone is friendly and helpful, we loved our gateman! Always helped us with getting a taxi. Our host, Erika and JL were lovely, they responded to our every need and had goodies for us at arrival.

Overall amazing experience the property was in amazing shape and right on the ocean was a plus, the pools were always cleaned and beautiful views from the condo balcony. Great location with lots of places within walking distance. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. From the beginning, communication with both the owner and property management was unpleasant and unprofessional. They were dismissive when we tried to address legitimate concerns.One of the most disturbing moments came when an inappropriate and unnecessary comment was made about a personal item that had been accidentally left behind. This level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable and made the entire experience uncomfortable.The property itself had several issues. The back door did not have a lock, and when we asked if it could be fixed, we were told it wasn’t necessary because it was on the second floor—an unacceptable response for a basic safety concern.As for the condo itself, it’s fine but certainly nothing special. It provides only the most basic amenities and doesn’t feel like a place designed for comfort or relaxation. The lighting is harsh, overall, the unit feels like it needs a serious upgrade to meet the standards expected of a vacation rental.Guests are also required to wash all dishes by hand, as there is no dishwasher in the unit. The trash can is extremely small, about the size of one you might find in a bathroom, and I had to purchase my own trash bags because none were provided If you don’t mind poor communication, lack of security, and being treated disrespectfully, then this rental might work for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend finding another place

Communication: We pride ourselves on prompt, friendly responses and aim to resolve concerns quickly. If any messages felt off, please know that was never our intent—happy to review specifics offline. The personal item: We only mentioned it helpfully, as we’d found it post-checkout and wanted to reunite you with it promptly. No judgment intended, just standard lost-and-found protocol. Security: The back door (a secondary balcony access on the secure 2nd floor) uses a sturdy latch and is consistently safe, as confirmed by our maintenance team and past guests. We’ve added clearer info to our listing for peace of mind. Amenities: Our cozy condo offers modern basics like AC, WiFi, beach proximity, and stunning views—many guests rave about the value and relaxation it provides. We note the hand-wash dishes and small trash bin in our house rules upfront (provided bags included), as it’s a compact space designed for short stays. That said, we were disappointed to discover unwashed dishes, full trash left behind, cigarette burns on the outdoor table, and a lingering smoke odor upon your checkout. These violated our clear no-smoking policy and prepped requirements—issues we’re addressing here rather than shielding behind every possible minor defect—leading to extra deep cleaning and, unfortunately, the next guests canceling (a $600 loss for us). We had to repair the table and air out thoroughly to welcome others. We wish your group smooth travels ahead and invite future guests to enjoy our spotless, well-loved condo—check our 50 five-star reviews for the full picture!

Nice clean place, but noisy

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Mykonos property and grounds are nice. Pools were great for kids. The location of this unit though is on the end and had a lot of road noise as well as noise from the giant compressor right next to it coming out of the back of the Krystal grand. Erika was lovely at check in. View was beautiful. But I probably wouldn’t book again just because of the noise. It was great for our budget conscious trip! But something to be aware of.

Heaven on Earth

Jose Luis was the perfect host. The property is stunning. In close proximity to anything you want to do. The condo itself is clean, spacious, and comes equipped with EVERYTHING you need. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We hope to be able to stay here again during our next trip!

Home away from home

Very comfortable and the place is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The place was sparkling clean. Kitchen has EVERYTHING. The grounds are beautiful and the complex staff and security are helpful and friendly. The host are wonderful and are quick to respond to needs and communications.

This was exactly what we were looking for! The weather was perfect. The beach was amazing. The grounds were immaculate. The view was incredible. The room condo was beyond perfect. And the hosts, E and JL were extremely accomodating and very communicative/responsive. 5 stars all the way!

Great Location!

My son and I stayed at this fantastic Mykonos one bedroom condo for a week during Spring break. It had everything we needed for the week including a pullout sofa in the main living area. Beautiful deck facing the three pools and the ocean. Nice and quiet, very well maintained property and safe and secure. We had great communication with the owner was very quick to answer our questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook here again! B.Fernie Vancouver BC

Clean and Comfortable Condo

While visiting San Jose del Cabo for a wedding we were so thankful to have this clean and comfortable condo to stay in. 201B had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was well equipped and the purified water system was a bonus. The bed was very comfy. The grounds and pools at Mykonos Resort are well maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Thank you for the Mexican wine Erika and Jose Luis, you are wonderful hosts.

Perfect for family vacation/work abroad

This property was PERFECT for our first attempt to split working and entertaining our two year old. Lightning fast WiFi allowed us to take all the Zoom meetings we would from home, and the pool and beach on our doorstep made occupying a busy toddler easy. Erika and Jose Luis were always very responsive and the home had everything we needed for cooking (and margaritas on the balcony 😊). Drinking water out of the tap was icing on the cake!

Wonderful and relaxing

Thankyou for sharing your lovely condo with us Erika and Jose. Everything was just as described in the listing and more. Terrific views of the pool and ocean, close to a couple of great eating spots and close enough to walk to the grocery store. The condo itself was clean and comfortable.
