Our CoHost was friendly, welcoming and informative. The space had been updated recently with new furniture, decor and carpets so it looked bright and inviting. Lovely soft towels as well as very good lighting in the bathroom. It's the little things that make you feel welcome. There was bottled water ready for us, a bonus as we did not have a vehicle. This 1-Br is the only unit with direct access to the pool area. You can BBQ, eat on your own patio yet still feel you are at the pool. With such close proximity, you have privacy as there are plants/trees that separate the space. The area is quiet in terms of people noise. We noticed once the sun moved away from the pool, everyone left so you basically have it to yourselves. There is traffic noise (escalated because of a big road project farther north) which was not an issue for us, however there is a sleep machine in the bedroom, to provide you with your choice of white noise. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. It is easy to get across the street to walk to a few restaurants as well as a convenience store, as you walk down the hill under the highway. Recommended restaurants; Fabric Sushi across the road, Mama Mia a bit farther north, with 2 for 1 happy hour from 4-6 pm ( at time of writing). We also enjoyed Blue Fish Cabo seafood @ the Shoppes of Palmilla. Need to drive there. Our CoHost checked in by phone regularly, also came by prior to check out for a post stay walk through. We really enjoyed our stay.
