Charming Retreat: 1-Bedroom Condo in Historic SJD

Our colorful, ground-floor condo is designed for comfort and ease, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The condo's open-concept design with its dining and living room areas is bathed in natural light, creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. Step through the large glass sliding doors onto your spacious patio, the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking golden hues of sunset.

Guest Access: Secure, convenient access is guaranteed with a personalized door code, provided prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth start to your vacation.

The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of San Jose del Cabo, near the bustling Hotel Zone, the condo is perfectly positioned for exploration. A short stroll will lead you to an array of shops, tantalizing restaurants, and the opportunity for golfing adventures, all within easy reach.

Getting Around: While renting a car is recommended for maximum flexibility, the condo's prime location means you're just a 15-20 minute walk or a quick 5-minute Uber/Taxi ride from the historic downtown area of San Jose del Cabo. The Hotel Zone, with its variety of shops and eateries, is also conveniently a mere 5-minute walk away.

Other Things to Note:

Entertainment options include Smart TVs with WiFi connectivity, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.
Please be aware that during August and September, the local electricity company may conduct intermittent power outages due to high summer demand. While this is beyond our control, we strive to ensure your stay remains comfortable and enjoyable.
House rules:

- Parties, gatherings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. All noise should be limited at 10:00pm.
- Visitors are not allowed as per complex rules.
- No smoking/Drug use in any area of the property.
- Keys/Access codes are to remain in the possession or knowledge of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The keys/codes should never be replicated or shared and will remain under primary guests' responsibility.
- No pets allowed.
- Breakage or damage of property must be reported immediately.
- Streaming services are not included, guests must enter their own accounts and sign them off at departure. Guests are not allowed to purchase, download, or rent any subscription or entertainment from any of the property's devices.
- Any area secured as private storage/use is strictly off limits for renting guests. Any attempts to open obviously secured areas will result in fines/eviction from property.
- If the complex where you are staying has an onsite administrator/security desk all guidelines and requests must be adhered to, failure will result in fines/eviction from the property.

** IMPORTANT: Any breach of the house rules can come with a fine, eviction notice with no refund and report of your profile for the platforms that allow.

Please note that all furniture and inventory in the house has been digitally accounted for and recorded. After your departure, we will inspect the house to make sure all items are in good condition. In case of any accident such as broken glass or plate or anything else, you must notify us to arrange replacement. If we find any items missing or broken, you may incur a charge.

Your damage deposit account will be charged if we find anything broken or stained, such as carpet stains, wall marks, duvet or bedding stains, furniture stains or damage, etc.

Evidence of partying or smoking/drug use inside the unit will also incur this charge. May be up to the same amount for an additional cleaning fee.

You will forfeit your damage deposit if a pet or evidence of its presence is found in the unit.

** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **
