Otaheiti house is a townhouse within the small upper income residential Miramar complex nestled at the foot of the Spring Gardens mountains and across from the Ocean. Spring Gardens is a lush green area extending along the Montego Bay Marine Park and Fish Sanctuary.
The Otaheiti house boast a spectular view of the triple layer infinity pool which seem to blend into the deep blue caribbean sea and Montego Bay Coastline in the distance. This secure property is quiet and tranquil with all the amenities you will need for rest, relaxation and complete peace of mind. This peaceful location is within 30 mins drive from the Airport and 15-20 minutes from several of Montego Bay's vacation spots such as the famous Doctors Cave Beach, Hard Rock Cafe and Beach, several resturants with local and international cuisine, upscale shopping centre, cinema, bars, grocery stores and a variety of shopping and personal services.

A 45 minutes drive away from Negril with its seven miles of white sand beaches and Rick's Cafe famous for watching the Jamaican sunset.

The property includes a gym, triple segment pool for kids, swimmers and Jazzucci lovers. The tree house in the park is great for reading and enjoying the breeze as they whisper gentle through the palm trees.
The entire house is available and comfortably sleeps 4 guests. One additional guest maybe accomodated at a cost of US$50 per night.
Living Space include: 1 bedroom with one King size bed and a second bedroom with One Queen size bed.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a power room downstairs.

Amenities include Air conditioning and Fans, Washer and Dryer, iron, Laptop friendly work space, Television and VCR. Several games are also available.
There the ample parking on property and private parking for Otaheiti House. Smoking is not allowed. Not suitable for pets, no parties or events. Check out by 11 am .
Cleaning Fee of US$70 is to be paid on arrival.
Security Deposit is required and if any damages to the home you will be charged.
Support Services:
Transportation: Private transportation can be arranged upon request and will include Airport pick up and drop off. He can also be available to take you on any trips / adventures around Jamaica. Information of some options are provided .
Helper/maid services can also be arranged upon request.

Lovely home

The home and pool were beautiful and very secure. Would recommend renting a car as there is nothing within walking distance and while ride services are easy to obtain they can get pricey.

Otaheiti House - Montego Bay Jamaica

First, the property is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. This was the first leg of our tour around the island, and was a great way to get it started. The pool is beautiful and the property is close enough to Montego Bay and the beach and the hip strip - a few minute's drive. Maureen is very friendly and helpful. would definitely recommend the property.

6 Nights in Unity Hall

The location was good for us since we rented a car so access to both Montego Bay and Negril was relatively easy. The house was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and very well equipped. There were a couple of irritating things, the mood lighting needed replacing, the ice maker in the freezer didn't work. The pool was a huge disappointment. Two of the 3 pools were dirty and not usable. The photos in Vrbo were very misleading. Access to the ocean across the main road, sounded good in reviews. It is not worth risking your life to cross the road! It worked as a base for us but not worth the money.

Loved it!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at this property. This was my first time in Jamaica and I’m so happy I chose Maureen’s place for my stay. First off the property is so beautiful with the pool right in front of the home. I felt very safe with the 24hr security at the gate. I loved the fact we needed to provide our names and id in order to enter. Whenever I had questions Maureen was always quick to respond. I was meeting my boyfriends mom and 2 girls for the first time so they came and stayed a couple nights with us as well. I just let Maureen know and she would send that information to security. The home was clean and beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Only thing I had to get used to was the eco AC because I never used them before and the hot water switch when the shower water got too cold. Other than that this stay was perfect! Really relaxed. If you come to Jamaica without an itinerary no worries…she has a book with many different things like beaches and restaurants and activities that will definitely make your trip one to remember. I used Ivan’s services (driver). Although I only used him for important trips like dates and activities because it was a little too much per trip… I would recommend him as well because they were fast and can be trusted. Overall I would give this 100/100 and will definitely stay here again! Not recommend for large groups but for a couple or girls trip would be perfect!!

Beautiful Home

From the moment we walked into Otaheiti House, we felt like we were walking into a home away from home. The house was clean and very organized. It was very easy to adjust to and everything you need is there. We loved how eco-friendly the house was and we felt very safe in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. My girls and I really enjoyed our stay and the host Maureen was so sweet and helpful. She gave us all the insider tips to everything we needed to make our trip to Montego Bay as easy and exciting as possible. We would highly recommend Otaheiti for anyone who is looking for a beautiful home, a wonderful host, and a great vacation in Montego Bay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was great. Gated community was a big plus. If you stay here make sure and go snorkeling at the reefs across the road. We spent many hours snorkeling and watching the fish. It was amazing. Also the swimming pool was awesome, we often had it to ourselves.

A M A Z I N G doesn’t do justice!!!

Overall my experience was so awesome! My bff and I ended up in mobay celebrating my birthday. The home was spotless, super clean well stocked, everything clear cut and concise, not to mention secure!!! Mrs Maureen was the best! She even decorated the home for my birthday arrival! Her and her staff went beyond what we could imagine! Oh and this home had THE BEST view in the country i swear. So convenient and close to everything yet very quiet upscale neighborhood and it’s gated too! Words cannot express how happy being in this home made me and I cannot wait to come back soon! Thank you for everything! ❤️

I am married to Michael and we have two beautiful daughters Milan and Mikayla. I was actually born in Montego Bay and moved to Kinsgton for high school and University. I have always kept my close ties in Montego Bay and love the resort area and the hospitality industry. I am not retired from over 30 yers of banking and looking forward to sharing my vacation home with families who would like a taste of Jamaica. I am a christian and community leader.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We purchased this property as our vacation home two years ago. As a family this is our get away on weekends and every possible public holidays. Our trips to Montego Bay always begins with a full day at the pool with Mom and Dad sipping wine while the kids and their friends swim and take selfies. The tranquility of this house is amazing and soothes my every nerve. We also love the beach so Doctors Cave and HArd Rock are o the list of activites for the day time and the movies at night. The kids aare now overseas for school and as Dad and I do not get to go as often we decided to share it with others. I look forward to sharing a little piece of my island home with you.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location is great as it is just on the ourskirts of the city and therefore not far from the enterainment that Montego Bay "tourist Meca" has to offer. Sufficient distance however to engulf you in the most tranquil atmosphere as you gaze across the ocean at the night lights of the city and hear the gentle waves lapping the beach across the street. Short day trips can take you to Negril to watch sunset at Ricks Cafe and stay to dance into the night to live music. A similar distance will take you to the Mayfield Waterfalls or Bluefield Beach which remains rustic and natural.
