A lovely and unique set of condos awaits you at Luau 6432/34, where two full units have been combined into one spectacular condo. Both units freely open up to each other, creating a spacious and almost penthouse feeling, or they can be closed off to allow privacy.

This condo is great for two families, where each family can take a unit but still easily congregate; or having a large family where the adults have one side and the kids have the other side. Any way you slice it, you'll have the best gulf views and amenities offered by a large condo rental.

Your entryway opens to a very spacious and open floor plan. Immediately your eyes are drawn to the Gulf views from the wrap around patio and large windows and glass doors. Day or night you can take in the sights of the resort and sounds of the Gulf.

The first master bedroom offers two Queen size beds and ensuite bathroom plus a kitchenette that will help you wake up in total privacy as coffee or a cold beverage are in your room! The second master bedroom also offers an ensuite bathroom and a King size bed, with immediate access to the main living area, a full kitchen with coordinated appliances, a spacious breakfast bar and a dining space.

Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. The majority of the condos in the Luau towers provide panoramic views ranging from the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.
