On the Water in a Peaceful Lagoon. The bay house is designed specifically to get away while connecting with family, friends. While avoiding the normal rush of people to Galveston. Enjoy all the activities this property has to offer while kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, boating, and much more within minutes of the house.

It offers a large deck facing the bay with great water views from both the upper and lower decks. A wall of windows overlooking the lagoon and bay. The home has spacious bedrooms and open living, dining areas, and covered decking. Come enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle and recharge your batteries with family and friends. Increased cleaning measures have been implemented.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths in a fully renovated property. (The house has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the top / main level. Jamaica beach city has recently instituted several ordinances on vacation rentals one is #2025-03. It doesn't allow bedrooms on the lower level of the house to be counted on vacation rental listing sites.., even though there is a full room with areas for "resting" and bathroom on the bottom level for your use while at the property.)

Great for multiple families

We stayed with two families (6 adults, 4 kids). The property offered plenty of space for everyone to fish, swim off the dock or just hang out. We initially had an issue with the refrigerator cooling (it was warm when we arrived). After it finally cooled overnight, it seemed to work fine. Homeowners offered use of a locked fridge to accommodate if the refrigerator continued to have cooling issues. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked very well! We didn’t find the extra/overhead fishing lights (switch is on the top deck) until our last night, but enjoyed catching the sand trout! This property was perfect for our daughter’s birthday get away. She had a blast!Not related to the actually property, but for fisherman staying on property, one of our guest was stung by a stingray while wade fishing (with boots) nearby. Be careful out there!

AMAZING VIEWS AND GREAT DECKS!

Really awesome vacation home with plenty of room inside and out. Great to have 3 full bathrooms to accommodate everyone! Wide open views to the bay and very private and quiet canal space. Enjoyed the kayaks and yard space to play games and hang out in the many choices of lounging on the 2 decks. The family thoroughly enjoyed this home!

Great location!

This is a great house for a family trip. There is a ton of space and you can't beat the views. We came during a windy, cold weekend so we couldn't try out the kayaks and water sports, but there were a lot of options. The deck has great views of the bay and the fishing was great off the dock. We will definitely come back during the summer.

Perfect Getaway

This trip was different in that there was a tropical storm and the streets were a bit flooded. We planned correctly with groceries and had a nice time fishing and watching the the bay from the porch.

Fishing and kayaking adventure

We loved the fishing and kayaking! The enclosed upper deck was great for our little ones. The green light was a great way to observe the sea life. The community pool and playground were really nice. The beach is so close too! Highly recommend!!

Vacation Time

We had a great time. The house was in a good location, clean and well stocked with everything..... even fish fry! Everyone enjoyed fishing, which was good, and kayaking. We would definitely go back again. Fyi, mosquitoes were rampant so bring bug spary.

Springbreak Fishing Spit

Had an amazing time at this house. Everything was as expected and the location could not be better. Tons of outdoor deck space and everyone loved the open lawn next to the house. The location was perfect for families that want to fish or kayak into the bay. Todd was an amazing host and super responsive to messages in a timely manner. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this house. We will most definitely be back.

Great bay home

This house was fantastic and location was perfect. The home was set up very well with tons of amenities for the family. The host was great and communicated clearly when we had any questions. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting to have a great time on the water.

Needs some attention

We chose this rental because of the excellent reviews, but we think some improvements could be made. The main door can’t be securely locked - someone could just push the door open even though it’s locked, the dishwasher is not firmly attached and kept leaning forward, only 3 windows have screens on them, there are no blinds or shades in the main family area so no privacy, rust on fixtures in the bathroom, and a shortage of flatware for meals. For the price we expected higher standards.

60th Wedding Anniversary

My family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at your house. Everything was just as described and better. We enjoyed fishing off the deck and using the crab traps. We all had comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. My parents had a wonderful 60th anniversary celebration. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you so much! We also enjoyed Shrimp NStuff food truck right down the road and had a nice dinner at West End Marina. Thanks again!

Great stay

Overall the house was great. It’s hard to find more than 3 bedrooms and more than 3 bathrooms and this one had 4 nice sized rooms Everything inside was nicely updated and clean. Plenty of outdoors space and seating.

Quick trip and good access to Jamaica Beach - play in the water, fly kites, build sandcastles...

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Great set up for 2 families to enjoy a great vacation - large side lot for volleyball, corn hole and other games. Have fun in the water with the water craft and toys. Fish right from the decking of the house, there are also great local fishing guides available. Quick drive to the beach and a great place to relax and enjoy time together with friends and family.
