Come experience a relaxing getaway at our beautiful blue Bella! Sitting on the canal on Sunset Point in Terramar Beach, the location is the perfect place for fishing, bird watching, kayaking and paddle boarding. An unobstructed view of Galveston Bay makes for gorgeous sunset viewing each night, and the beach is an easy 3 minute car ride (or 15 minute walk) away. If a break from the beach is desired, the community pool is only 1 or 2 minutes away with car and 7 to 8 minutes if walking.

Bella comfortably sleeps between 10 to 11. There are 3 full bedrooms (a Queen, a King and a Queen with an attached top bunk), and an airy loft in the living area that doubles as a playroom and sleeping area (it includes a futon, a daybed and a pullout loveseat). All three bedrooms complete with a smart TV, cable and internet for catching up on the news or relaxing with a movie or TV show after a day in the sun or fishing. The house has 2 1/2 bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower with cold and hot water for rinsing off after kayaking or a swim. Bella has a big open kitchen with dining table and island- perfect for post-beach family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking and has a range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. There’s a spacious living room (complete with 60 inch smart TV with cable and internet) for lounging or playing games. A washer and a dryer are conveniently located in the hallway between the kitchen and two of the bedrooms. The house has full Wifi coverage for connecting your devices to catch up on social media, emails, news and similar in between enjoying the outdoors.

The property has 3 outdoor lounging areas: A spacious top level deck with two big dining tables, padded lounge chairs and a gas grill; a bayside deck with cocktail table and chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset; and a shaded dockside lounging area with a stone picnic table, couch and chairs, coal fired grill and bar for mixing cold Margaritas and Piña Coladas. There are even two jet ski docks convenient for kayak launching, and a fish cleaning table. Use of the kayaks (2), paddle boards (2) and bicycles (2) is included with the rental.

Two exercise mats and dumbbells from 5 to 25 pounds are available for staying in shape while relaxing and enjoying vacation meals and beverages, for last minute efforts to achieve the desired beach body or for building strength to reel in the big fish!
