This place is awesome, small secluded cove with a tiny beach. Shallow depths for kids to swim!Great place to propose at sunset!

The house and views were amazing! The house did have an odor but property management did address that. The upstairs did get pretty warm and humid. However definitely would stay there again

Perfect location if you have younger kids. They found the small nook of the bay fun to wade and swim in. It was a fun a new adventure to catch and release so many blue crabs with a kids net and buckets. The older kids enjoyed the pier for night fishing. Us oldies loved the view of the sun setting every evening. Who can ask for anything more?

The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay! The only issues that we had is the lighting. We were not able to fish at night after the neighbors left because there is no lighting on the dock or the front of the house. The little lights on the docks did not allow you to see. The first night we were able to see because of the neighbors house lighting and their dock lights. The door was very hard to open and would get stuck. The tv in the dining area upstairs did not work. Overall the stay was nice and we would come back but the outside lighting for fishing is an issue. We did call and they had someone to come out and fish lights on the staircase and by the garage area. That was nice or we would not have been able to be outside at night. Thanks, The Walkers

Sunset Dreams

Amazing house. You cant beat the sunsets over the bay from the house balconies. The pier is perfect for fishing and crabbing.

Beautiful home great location. Front door was hard to figure out to lock. Master bed is very firm. Otherwise great stay!

I am requesting that the Executive Resolution Team take another look at my case because the resolution I received does not fairly reflect the condition of the property or the impact it had on my stay.When I booked this home, I expected what every guest reasonably expects—a clean, sanitary, and move-in-ready property. Instead, I arrived to find the home in an unacceptable condition. The property was dirty, and, most concerning, there were blood stains on the bedding. This immediately raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the home.Rather than beginning our vacation, we were forced to spend our first hours cleaning the property ourselves before we could comfortably use it. Time that should have been spent relaxing with my family was instead spent doing work that should have been completed before our arrival. This was not the experience that was advertised or that we paid for.Because the property’s condition substantially diminished the value of our stay, I requested a 60% refund. I believed this was a reasonable request considering the unsanitary conditions, the inconvenience, the disruption to our vacation, and the fact that we had to clean the home before we could enjoy it.Vrbo ultimately refunded only 365. While I appreciate that some compensation was provided, it does not adequately reflect the seriousness of the issues we encountered or the loss of the vacation experience we purchased. A partial refund of this amount falls well short.

Our stay at the property was very unpleasant.Our first experience was trying to figure out which three lockboxs to open. It took 45 minutes to get into the property. Sand n Sea after hours on call never returned our phone calls for assistance on Friday night at 7 o'clock.Upon entering the property we discovered the air conditioner for upstairs was out. Again we called the on-call service and no one answered or returned calls. 85 degrees was to hot to sleep in the upstairs rooms so the whole family sleep on the floor in the down stairs living room. Saturday morning we contacted sand n sea requesting help. The owner sent out an electrician at 2 oclock. They electrical couldn't repair due to a faulty circuit board. He's not the ac guy. The owners were aware of the problem before as the electrician said he had problems we the unit the week before. An ac repair man was called and arrived and declare he didnt have the parts. No repairs could be done until Tuesday, 5 days are ac was out.Our vacation ended early as friends had no place to sleep. The service provided by Sand n Sea and by the owner was unprofessional and very in adequate. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

It was a beautiful location with amazing views. It is a very spacious and having 3.5 baths made coming in from the beach to shower and go out for dinner great.

House had clean floors and we loved the convenience of being right next to the water. The only reason I put 3 for cleanliness is because we found roach droppings in kitchen cabinet for pots. The downstairs area had many roaches which we understand is unavoidable but may be treated with pest control. Deck lights, one of the fan lights and the lights downstairs not working (3 lights downstairs not working so a bit difficult to fish downstairs in darkness. ) . Suggest adding dock / jetty lights and pole holders fish lights.

Avid VRBO vacationers and Fishing families (7 in total) :We travel with another family and stay in VRBO houses several times a year. This house was a Great property! Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The downstairs outside area was great, but definitely needed more outdoor lights. The little beach area in the corner of the water was amazing for the kids to play in! Hermit crabs galore ! The guys fished all day and evening until it was too dark. Caught hard heads, a huge gar, 2 sting rays and smaller bait. A green light or fishing lights would definitely help and also there are no fishing rods on the dock or around the water, we brought our own. This management company is very good at communicating and super nice !ONE THING TO NOTE: and I say this informatively and not bashing the house, again a great property!you will only have the absolute minimum left for you in regards to TOILET PAPER (one role per bathroom), paper towel (1 roll), dish soap (very smallBottle), 2 trash bags. The kitchen is not stocked with Anything besides plates and utensils. So you willNeed to get all cooking stuff. The cooking-ware isn’t terrific, but it gets the job done. There is not any shampoo, conditioner or body wash/soap. There are no sand or beach itemsFor kids. The kayak in one of the photos is not for guest use. There is a community pool but you have to pay 100 cash deposit to get the key which wasn’t bad. These are things to be mindfulOf. Again it’s a great property !
