This is our family vacation home that we also use, so we are sharing it with guests — it’s not just a rental. We take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and updated, and we ask that guests treat it with the same care.

If you value a tidy, well-kept home, you’ll feel right at ease here. I’ll provide you with a spotless space and be available if you need anything during your stay. All I ask is that guests respect the house, neighbors, and simple guidelines — that way, everyone has a great experience.

House Rules (firm but fair):
* Leave the space tidy (broom-swept, furniture back in place).
* Clean up in the kitchen — no dirty pots, pans, or dishes left behind; wipe down cooktop.
* Return remotes to their holders.
* Lock all doors and return 3 keys to the lockbox at checkout.
* Take trash out — don’t leave it in the home.
* Quiet hours: 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* Children must be supervised to avoid running/jumping that disturbs downstairs neighbors.

If these expectations don’t sound like a good fit, this may not be the right home for your stay. But if you value respect and cleanliness, we will gladly welcome you to our family vacation home and provide a clean, updated space with attentive hosting.

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor in the heart of down town Ocean City on Asbury Ave. centrally located, only 3 short blocks to 9th St beach & boardwalk. We offer sleeping arrangements for 8 guests in total.

Super clean! Private, side entrance leads to bright & airy newer condo on most popular street in OCNJ. Newer furniture, mattresses, bed spreads, pillows. All bought within the last few years.

Our clean, spacious and tastefully decorated 3rd floor condo boasts an open floor plan with a living room featuring a 50" HDTV and sectional sofa. Kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Four large, modern bedrooms (with newer furniture, mattresses, bedspreads, pillows) and two full baths complete the layout.

Enjoy the large balcony with patio table and chairs overlooking Asbury Ave, centrally located to dozens of restaurants that can be easily walked to.

Our condo also includes COMCAST HD CABLE TV, ROKU with NETFLIX, HULU, HIGH SPEED INTERNET WITH WIFI AND COMCAST.

It features hardwood floor, recessed lighting, central air and ceiling fans.
SIX BEACH BADGES are included as well as beach chairs.

Park your car in either the garage or driveway and walk to everything! No need to move your car. Starbucks is across the street, Wawa, McDonald's, Acme and Dunkin Donuts are around the block. There are many fabulous dining and shopping options up and down Asbury Ave. Beach and boardwalk are 3 blocks away. An easy 5 minute walk.

Bedroom 3: 2 Twins (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 4: Queen bed (sleeps 2).

Bath 2: Hallway - toilet, shower/tub combo and sink.
Outdoor enclosed, private shower.

Separate laundry room has washer and dryer.
Guests must provide their own towels, linens, pillow cases and paper products.
