Welcome!
This is our family vacation home that we also use, so we are sharing it with guests — it’s not just a rental. We take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and updated, and we ask that guests treat it with the same care.

Please only book if you’re happy to follow these house standards:

If you value a tidy, well-kept home, you’ll feel right at ease here. I’ll provide you with a spotless space and be available if you need anything during your stay. All I ask is that guests respect the house, neighbors, and simple guidelines — that way, everyone has a great experience.

House Rules (firm but fair):
* Leave the space tidy (broom-swept, furniture back in place).
* Clean up in the kitchen — no dirty pots, pans, or dishes left behind; wipe down cooktop.
* Return remotes to their holders.
* Lock all doors and return 3 keys to the lockbox at checkout.
* Take trash out — don’t leave it in the home.
* Quiet hours: 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* Children must be supervised to avoid running/jumping that disturbs downstairs neighbors.

If these expectations don’t sound like a good fit, this may not be the right home for your stay. But if you value respect and cleanliness, we will gladly welcome you to our family vacation home and provide a clean, updated space with attentive hosting.

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor in the heart of down town Ocean City on Asbury Ave. centrally located, only 3 short blocks to 9th St beach & boardwalk. We offer sleeping arrangements for 8 guests in total.

Super clean! Private, side entrance leads to bright & airy newer condo on most popular street in OCNJ. Newer furniture, mattresses, bed spreads, pillows. All bought within the last few years.

Our clean, spacious and tastefully decorated 3rd floor condo boasts an open floor plan with a living room featuring a 50" HDTV and sectional sofa. Kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Four large, modern bedrooms (with newer furniture, mattresses, bedspreads, pillows) and two full baths complete the layout.

Enjoy the large balcony with patio table and chairs overlooking Asbury Ave, centrally located to dozens of restaurants that can be easily walked to.

Our condo also includes COMCAST HD CABLE TV, ROKU with NETFLIX, HULU, HIGH SPEED INTERNET WITH WIFI AND COMCAST.

It features hardwood floor, recessed lighting, central air and ceiling fans.
SIX BEACH BADGES are included as well as beach chairs.

Park your car in either the garage or driveway and walk to everything! No need to move your car. Starbucks is across the street, Wawa, McDonald's, Acme and Dunkin Donuts are around the block. There are many fabulous dining and shopping options up and down Asbury Ave. Beach and boardwalk are 3 blocks away. An easy 5 minute walk.

Living room features 50" HDTV, sectional sofa.
Bedroom 1: Master - Queen bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2: Twin bunk (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: 2 Twins (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 4: Queen bed (sleeps 2).

Bath 1: Master - toilet, shower/tub combo, sink.
Bath 2: Hallway - toilet, shower/tub combo and sink.
Outdoor enclosed, private shower.

Separate laundry room has washer and dryer.
Guests must provide their own towels, linens, pillow cases and paper products.

Perfect Getaway

Clean, large, comfortable condo. Close to beach, boardwalk, and Castaway Cove rides & attractions. Loved having a dedicated parking spot & access to use the beach buggy & toys. I almost want to not write this review so we can keep this gem of a condo a secret. Thanks for a great stay!

Best location!

We loved to open and airy property with updated amenities. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The teens loved being able to walk to get their own food. The outside showers were so helpful and the garage was very convenient to house the beach items.

Great family friendly rental- walking distance to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The beach buggy with umbrella and chairs was a big help for trips to the beach! Elaine was easy to communicate with, and very helpful! 10/10 would recommend this rental. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic OC Home & Location

We had a fabulous vacation! Elaine’s home is beautiful, very clean and welcoming. The layout is perfect, beds are comfortable, kitchen is modern and well equipped, the patio has fantastic views. It’s a prime location, walking distance to shopping, boardwalk and beach. Elaine provides detailed instructions and is very responsive. We are already planning to stay again next year!

Ocean City summer getaway

We consider ourselves fortunate finding this property and working with the owner, Elaine! We rented in February pre-COVID. I wanted a place with a good location so our kids ages 15 and 12 could walk to the beach with a friend and my mom would have room. This place fit the bill! Elaine was excellent at communicating and flexible while we considered whether we would stay or go. The place itself is comfortable, plenty of space, clean and can’t be beat in terms of location! Highly recommend and why go anywhere else!?

Beautiful, convenient, spacious, clean, wonderful host

This was a joy to stay in! Host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The home was very recently renovated and everything was in excellent condition. We loved three things in particular about the location: (1) A mere three blocks to the beach; (2) Close to one of the amusement parks (Castaway Cove); (3) Upstairs from stores on a downtown street, convenient for shopping and really giving a sense of being in a town and not isolated. The ice cream parlor and the bookstore, both within a block from the home, were big hits with our kids. Kitchen was fully-featured, beds were comfy, laundry W/D worked perfectly. Hosts were terrific. We loved this home - it really made our vacation. Thank you for welcoming us into it!

The 3 ‘C’s - Clean, Convenient & great Communication!

Our stay was amazing! The property was exactly as described. It was very apparent that the home was well kept and cared for. We found everything to be very clean from the bathrooms, kitchen items and even the furniture on the porch. We traveled with 6 children between 2 - 13 yrs old and the walk to & from the boards (for beach time & rides at night) was no biggie! Perfect location, quiet at night. Our double stroller fit right in the common area by the stairs so we didnt have to collapse it every time we got back. Elaine was amazing and arranged for us to have an early check-in and a later check out. This made for a less stressful trip for sure! We were slightly concerned about the parking as we traveled with another family, but our suburban fit perfectly in the garage and their pick-up truck in the driveway. During our booking and our stay questions were immediately responded to via the VRBO app messenger. We would absolutely stay here again, perfect home away from home!

Best Place in the Best Town

We found the best place, in our favorite town. The condo was imaculate from top to bottom!! We were there to attend a wedding beach party for my son, and found this GEM to stay in for 4 days. From living room to back bedroom the condo is very spacious and plenty of room for all. The front deck is great and looks over the shops on Asbury where you can enjoy the sun, eat a meal, or ppl watch any time of day. The kitchen was supplied with everything you would need for a stay, cozy living room for family night to watch a Phillies game or a movie, bedrooms were great size, and comfy. Everything about this place is GREAT!!…The host was awesome, super great with communication, went above and beyond to make our stay was as memorable as possible, any questions and messages were returned very prompt to help or answer anything we needed! The location is perfect in the downtown shopping district of OCNJ. Walk down the steps and you are surrounded by shops, boutiques, restaurants. Boardwalk and beach only a few blocks away, supermarket and wawa just a few blocks the other direction. Any and everything you need is in walking distance. We had an absolute blast from wedding party, to eating out, meeting friends on boardwalk, and doing everything OC has to offer. I could go on and on about how great the condo/rental was and how much fun we had in 4 short days!! Thank you so much for sharing your place with me and my family, we will be back!! 5 ⭐️ 10 out of 10 Thanks again, Susanne

Great place in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Whole family took advantage of the location - places to eat, walk to beach and boardwalk. Condo was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Were there for 2 weeks so great closet space in master BR and both bathrooms.

A great north side rental

Every year, we do cousins weekend. Well, this year the home we usually rent was pulled from the market due to Covid, so I started searching for other places. This unit is tastefully appointed, and right on the main drag by Starbucks, doughnuts, dinners, treats, the beach, and boards. You need to be OK with steps, as it's 3rd floor, but beyond the exercise I need anyway, we had a great time and stay. We will definitely consider this unit for our 2021 vacation next year.

Amazing Vacation!

Perfectly placed, beautiful 3rd story townhouse. Our family loved how close to the beach and boardwalk we were while being able to enjoy the stores and food in downtown OC. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We had an amazing experience!

OC condo at it’s best!

My brother and my families stayed in this condo July 27-August 3 and had a fantastic stay. The condo was the perfect size for our combined family of 10 and provided ample space to spread out yet enough seating when we were all together. The kitchen is fully stocked and the location is perfect. We loved sitting on the deck with our coffee in the morning and relaxing at the end of a long and tiring beach day. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again. Elaine is very responsive and provides proactive communication regarding the check-in/out process and tips on the condo to make our stay more comfortable.

Wonderful, clean, modern condo!

This place was perfect for a get together with my sisters and husbands for Labor Day weekend. It was spotless, and bright and spacious. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening watching the skies and passers by. The condo is stocked with everything you need in terms of kitchen items, etc. It is tastefully decorated and full of beach charm. Restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream places and delis are very close. And the beach is just three blocks away. Would recommend to anyone! Hope to stay again soon.
