Toto House, a classic family-friendly Sea Ranch home, lets you vacation in style with panoramic ocean, meadow, and sky views and beach access a short walk away. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen and large dining area are great for feeding a large group while the woodstove and private deck offer comfort in any weather. Designed by Steve Brodie, AIA, and named after an indigenous word for owl, this home and its backyard meadow are visited by wildlife including birds, deer, foxes, and more.

This house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to one of the famed hedgerows and near the scenic Bluff Trail, which offers wonderful views of the ocean and access points down to the sandy beach. Salal Creek Cove is about a five-minute walk away, Walk On Beach and Shell Beach are about 10 minutes away by bicycle, and Gualala Point Park is about 20 minutes on foot. Shared pools and tennis courts at three rec centers provide more opportunities for fun, and golf is also available on-site at the Sea Ranch Golf Links. A five-minute drive will bring you to groceries, art galleries, and restaurants in Gualala.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras to provide security for the exterior of the home and property. There are two security cameras in place at the front of the property, which are focused on the driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
