Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

EXCELLENT!

We had a total of 8 people stay throughout the week. The property was absolutely gorgeous. We had so much fun! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed, plus some. We highly recommend it!

Awesome Stay

We rented this condo from May 5th - May 11th and had an awesome time. The condo was very spacious for 6 adults. Very nice and clean and had great views of both the Gulf and Bay area. Condo is centrally located in Orange Beach and close to Gulf Shores and Floribama. Would definitely rent this place again.

Fall Getaway

The condo was in a great location. We were able to visit the Pensacola Naval Air Station within 35-40 minutes and watch the Blue Angels practice. Great variety of restaurants and choices of golf courses. There was plenty of room and being able to sit and watch the waves or watch the boats in the canal on the two decks was nice. Great trip!

Vacation with friends

As always Orange Beach never disappointments. Our first time at a Phoenix property and we were very happy with the building and our unit. I would rent at this property again. Our co do was very well appointed and VERY clean.

Orange Beach Vacation

This was our first time at The Phoenix VI. We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. However the coffee pot single serve wasn’t working properly, no big deal we brought extra options for coffee. Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen and on patio! Condo was nice and clean and well furnished. Thank you for our stay!

Beautiful property overlooked by housekeeping

We checked in on Monday 3/17/25 and checked out 3/21/25. It was a beautiful property but housekeeping overlooked a lot of issues. There was chewing gum stuck to the wall near the sliding glass door to the patio overlooking the beach, the dingo room table was sticky from food and had paint peeling off the top and lots of fibers/fur sticking g to the edges, and lots of trash under the beds. Wonderful location and close to shopping but the updates reflected in the description to match with what we found on our visit.

Wonderful place one issue

Is property was amazing, only one issue and I don't know if it can be fixed. Loved the area, the property, inside and out side pools, the beach. Almost perfect! My only issue was the metal railing on the balconies vibrate in winds. The issue with that is, that it sounds like it travels through the duct work to every room waking you up at night. That was the only thing not enjoyable about the stay, and I like my sleep especially on vacation :-/

Great Location and Roomy

The location was great and close to everything including the beach. We loved the back balcony. The condo was big and had everything you needed and was decorated nicely. The only negative thing I noticed was that it wasn’t very clean. The comforters and pillows were dirty, sandy sheets (not from me because I didn’t go to the beach the first day), dirty toilet bases, mold on shower grout, grime on cabinets and table, dirty barstool seats. The cleaning crew must come in very quickly and simply change the sheets and towels. Bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash sacks, extra dish detergent and laundry detergent, and beach towels.

Overall great experience!

The condo was very nice. The cleanliness of the condo needed some attention. There were smashed bugs on the walls, the master shower still had hair in it from the previous guest, there was mold in the master bedroom air vent, there was no Keurig as mentioned in the description, plugs were not readily available for plugging in devices, and the dining table was very sticky from it needing to be repainted. I did bring my own cleaning supplies to wipe everything down. I would also recommend putting memory foam over the master bed and the two queen beds. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I slept on the couch.Overall it was a good experience except for the things mentioned.

Excellent Condo!!!

The communication with management was amazing!!! Very quick to respond on multiple occasions! The portal with info was a great resource and easy to use. The condo is in the BEST location! Great space and layout for 2 families of 4 to enjoy! Overall, the condo was clean. It could use a deep clean - just some built up dust. We found a (clean) diaper and cup behind the nightstand. We used our own towels & sheets. We brought our own kitchen items as well. Furniture is fine, can tell wear and tear. I would suggest to throw away decorative pillows or just keep for personal use. The condo was great with a lot of amenities!! End unit with 2 balconies and 2 different views! Elevators take a while, so be prepared. We are already planning a trip back to this condo!

Best ocean and bay view from room. Huge pool with baby pool. Best condo we have stayed at so far. There were a few things wrong and were fixed very quickly. We want to stay here again.

Senior trip and concert

My son and his girlfriend wanted to see Morgan Wallen in concert. We also wanted a beach vacation so this location worked to do both. Lots of fun activities close by and the beach was family friendly and not too crowded. People were very friendly and the local seafood was great.
