Phoenix VI offers a variety of top-notch amenities, including: free WiFi, a Beachside Pool with Charcoal Grills, a Kiddie Pool, an Indoor Pool with relaxing Hot Tubs and Saunas! Stay active in our Fitness Center, Racquetball Court, or enjoy various sports facilities including Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball, and Shuffleboard. Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

The view was great. The condo was spacious. Beds were comfy. Access to the beach was good. We were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella, right there on the beach. which was great.

Clean, comfortable, easy check in. Plenty of room so we were not on top of each other. Great view!

Upscale Relaxation

We had a marvelous stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the furnishings and amenities are well appointed. The best thing about staying at Phoenix 6 is the very short walk across the boardwalk to the sugar sand private beach. Another plus is the pool complex for when you want a relaxing break from the waves. We’d love to stay there again.

Would not stay here again.

Needs lots of work, back door, outlets, dishwasher, master shower. Dishes were wet and filthy.

Great condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Definitely worth booking again. Only complaints would be there needs to be more silverware (forks, spoons & knives), bowls for mixing & serving food, Tupperware style containers for storing leftover food with lids and more space for storing non perishable groceries. We had a great trip and condo location was perfect for us! The pool and beach access were great for our families!

Perfect location

Quiet and clean. Only issues was patio door leaked badly during heavy rainstorm. Also TV in one room did not work.

Our Family Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aftering driving 3 hours, we finally got to our destination only to find a condo that was not cleaned. I got in contact with the cleaning personnel and she was very helpful. She moved us into another condo for the night and came right over to clean our condo the next morning. I thought this was going to be the vacation from ****, but thankfully it wasn't. After our condo was cleaned, we moved back in and we had a blast!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful condo, great views from gulf balcony of the beach and master bedroom view of the bay. Master bathroom shower was heavenly! Ceiling to floor windows and doors so the view from the kitchen and living room was perfect. It was so nice to drink morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony and hear the ocean waves. Perfect few days, felt spoiled. Ike's beach service was excellent as well. The refrig/freezer ice maker worked but a little slow on making ice. We just bought a bag to have enough. Bedrooms were perfect too. Also had a full size washer/dryer. They also left a bottle of wine for us. The pool and hot tubs were great too! I didn't want to leave. It was what I wanted : on the beach and the beach view.
