Immaculately clean! Spectacular 3 B/R, 5 bath home w/PRIVATE pool! 50 yds to the beach. 1st Flr has living rm, 10 seat dining rm table, bar stools & fully equipped kitchen. 2nd level has another living area, wet bar w/sink + 1/2 bath & built in bunk beds & bedroom w/king bed & full bath. 3rd level has master bedroom w/king bed, private master bathroom & another guest bedroom w/ 2 queen beds & full bathroom. Ask about renting both townhouses for extended family vacations.

If you are two families traveling together ask about renting both townhouses. We are 50 yards from the beach access. Views from master and second floor bedroom balconies. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Perfect for families attending sporting events or dance competitions.

The property is a duplex. You have full access to the house and your own PRIVATE pool. We provide all your linens to include beach towels. A wagon to pull kids or coolers. Comes with a beach chair service (two chairs and umbrella) and 4 more chairs at the house. Only a few yards from the beach access (#19).

I like to greet our guests after arrival so I can tell you about the property and the area.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Each driveway can fit up to 6 cars. There is no on street parking. Because there is no public parking near our beach access the beach NEVER gets over crowded. NO BUSY streets to cross to get to the beach. Safer for traveling with kids.

Easy to walk to a few restaurants and entertainment. A golf cart rental is just down the street for those looking for a little more adventure.

We provide all your linens to include beach towels. Your reservation includes a beach chair service that will drop off AND pick up two beach chairs and umbrella everyday on the beach. There are 4 other chairs available at the house for you to bring to the beach.

Short walk to the beach

Location was closer than expected to the beach which was wonderful and the beach was never crowded. The unit came with plenty of beach towels and the kids swam in the pool almost everyday we were there. Very pleased with our stay!

PCB Stay 2020

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this beach house! Everything was so clean and the location from the beach was just a short walk. Also loved that it had its own fenced in pool in the back yard! Will definitely be booking again!!

Vacation Bliss!

Wonderful property and location, plenty of room for 3 couples and a visiting couple. So clean and updated and a very short and pleasant walk to the beach! Jessica was incredibly helpful and so hospitable. Pool was a major plus, shaded around the late afternoon and so relaxing. Thank you Jessica for the opportunity to stay here!

Absolutely wonderful!

We’ve booked this property more than once and every single time it’s been absolutely wonderful. Location is literally walking distance to the beach, which is great with young kids and a whole bunch of beach stuff to carry. Always very clean and well maintained. Our family will definitely book again!

Perfect Vacation home

Amazing place!

We had the best time at this condo. The back patio and pool were perfect. The amount of space fit our group of 8 perfectly. The walk to the beach was right around the corner. Jessica was great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB!

Five star home away from home

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful and eveything was very nice. The host thought of all the extras with lots of towels, trash bags, even a few kcups. She was very responsive and helped us check in when we had problems with the app. We would recommend this host/house to family and friends.

Very Happy!

Beautiful, very short walk to the beach. There is a reason it has so many 5 star reviews. Very comfortable with 12 people. The host was amazing making sure we had everything we needed.

Couldn’t ask for more.

This property was as close to perfect as you can get. Short walk to the beach and restaurants, private pool, clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. Could not have been a better trip. Enjoyed spending time with friends who also rented next door. Will definitely book again.

Great townhome with great location! Literally a minute walk to the beach, spacious, clean, and most importantly, the host.... she was the best I've ever worked with! I've booked with Venmo for years, but she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you need! Highly recommend this property!!

25th Anniversary beach trip

Changes in Latitude has the perfect location in PCB. Proximity to the beach was perfect as well as the house and pool. This was the perfect place to spend our 25th Anniversary and will definitely book again. Jessica did a great job from the start and all the way through our stay. First, Jessica was simply amazing!! Very sweet and communicated with me throughout the entire process! She was super helpful, reliable, and one of the best property owners to rent from! Awesome property!

Jessica was a wonderful host. Her property was very organized and included everything we needed. Her responsiveness was awesome and her rental was in close proximity to the beach. She provided a binder with restaurant and entertainment recommendations. Jessica goes above and beyond! We will definitely be booking with her again!
