Welcome to Island Girl! Immaculately clean! 4 bedroom single family home just steps from the beach. This spectacular home has TWO master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - both with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

The pool is private and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Fenced backyard. with covered patio and table for outside dining. Gas grill is available in backyard.

We provide lots of fluffy towels in each bathroom and all bed linens.

Beach Chair and umbrella service included in rental (15 Mar to 15 Oct)! There are four additional beach chairs at the property you can bring to the beach. We provide you a wagon to help carry the load to the sand. We also provide all your beach towels.

Private parking for up to six cars and a PRIVATE pool with a sun shelf. Cable and fastest secure internet package offered in our area provided. TVs in master bedrooms and living area.

Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need - pots, pans, dishes, utensils (except spices). Keurig coffee maker and a teapot to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach. We provide a few coffee pods to get you started on your first day. Drip coffee pot can be provided upon request.

Several restaurants are within walking distance. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Uber and Lyft are available in Panama City Beach.

Walmart and Publix's supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive from your vacation paradise AND they DELIVER to your door.

TWO separate AC units keep you cool on each level.

Full size washer and dryer on property. Ironing board provided.

We rented this house for the month of January 2026. The house is beautiful and has everything you need beach towels, pool and ocean toys.The ocean is only a 2 minute very easy walk away. My 87 year old mother had no issues walking there.The hosts are very quick to answer any questions and are very nice to work with. This was our first time renting a house with private pool instead of a condo right on the beach. We loved having the pool right in the backyard no having to haul everything up and down the elevator.This was our best vacation ever and are already making plans to return.

My extended family and I decided to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday together by the beach. This beautiful home was amazing. They provided practically everything you would need from the kitchen to the bedrooms and the pool. The pool was well heated and we all enjoyed the warm water during the chilli days! I highly suggest this home and would consider it again during our next visit during the summer!

Perfect spot for families!

This home has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of space, a heated pool, steps from the beach AND daily chair service!!!! The owner is super responsive and sweet! We can’t wait to return!

Jessica was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. The location of the house was exactly what we were looking for with a short walk to nearly everywhere we wanted to go and about a minute walk to the beach. Perfect Family Spot

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 young kids and this place was perfect. Tucked from some of the noisier spots in town but close to attractions and, best of all, entrance to the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Jessica was a very responsive and communicative host. We’d come back again!

Amazing Property

Island Girl is a fabulous house just a short walk to the beach. The owner has everything that you could possibly want or need. Do not over pack. It’s truly all covered! Our family of 12 enjoyed the trip so much. The pool and bunk room were a big hit with our six grandkids. All of the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

This is the most equipped home I've ever stayed in. They had everything from beach chairs to a large cooler for our drinks, to a beach wagon and plenty in the kitchen for our group of 10. We loved the proximity to the beach. The owner, Jessica, was so accommodating and came to help clean our pool twice while we were there to help clear up the clarity. She also dropped off a brand new canopy within 24 hours of us being there b/c the one at the property had been broken when we arrived. Awesome house! Awesome owner!

Incredible Stay!

Loved every second of our stay here!! The house is so nice and is kept up so well. Everything in the house is organized and labeled for the guests’ connivence. The private pool is the perfect size and the house is such an easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. Overall incredible stay. We loved every bit of it and highly recommend this property!

12 college girls had the best time at Island girl!!! Gorgeous pool and spacious living areas, not to mention immaculate cleanliness of the property!! The property manager was a very clear communicator and super helpful throughout the entire trip! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

Absolutely amazing stay

We came down 8/23-8/28 for my bachelorette trip and the Island girl was the absolute best place to stay. The beds are super comfy and I personally slept in the bunk room and it was like sleeping on a cloud in there ! Tons of space for everyone and all our luggage. Our host was easy to contact and very attentive if you had any questions. There was enough beach towels and bath towels for everyone. All the indoor and outdoor cooking supplies you could ever need. It was a nice short walk to the beach so you can easily go to the beach and or head back up to the pool without lugging stuff around. The house is located close to so many good restaurants and things to do . I highly recommend staying here , I know I will be back ! Thank you again Jennifer for such and amazing stay and an amazing experience for such a special trip !

I'm a retire sailor who can't get away from the sea for too long. I use my vacation properties as my excuse to go the beach EVERY DAY. When on active duty, we were stationed in PCB from 2008-2011 and loved every minute of it. Our kids were at the perfect age to go swimming, scalloping and sailing right off out our back porch. And you can't beat the wonderful weather year round. This is our happy place after 28 years of active duty.
