We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

Townhome was immaculate. The only issue we had , it was very minor , the door code did not work but when I contacted the rental agency they were very responsive. The townhome had a bit of a musty smell but it was not overpowering. Great location. The beach was awesome ! We will definitely stay again .

Perfect property

This was the perfect unit for our family. Clean. Just steps to the beach! Grocery store across the street. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels. Quick/friendly response from property manager. We will definitely stay here again on our return.

Wonderful beach access

Very clean and neat, well stocked, everything was in good working order. Comfy bed. Great view, easy parking right out front door. Plenty of deck space to relax if we wanted to.

Wonderful Beachfront Property

We arrived 3 hours early, was very easy process to get in the property. The property was very clean, the cookware was great the beds and pillows were also very comfortable. We absolutely loved being right on the beach, didn’t have to use any packed elevators or once in the room you couldn’t access the beach anymore! Never again will we do a condo! We loved most of all the deck, we usually eat out most nights, but this time we only ate out twice, we ended up using the grill on the deck most of the time we just couldn’t get ourselves to leave the beach!! Townhouse is definitely the way to go thanks again for the much needed most relaxing vacation!!

Spring Break

We stayed for spring break and it was wonderful. House was clean, towels were nice and thick, across from the grocery store is a plus, and the view from the balcony & master room was beautiful. Definitely would book again. Thank you for a great house.

Great family stay!

This beachfront home is perfect for a large family! The beach location is perfect--not too busy. The front of the house sits on the busy Front Beach Road, however WinnDixie is literally a walk across the road! Very convenient! The property manager was excellent with communication and could be reached very quickly!

Summer Vacation

The rental was great! Steps away from the beach, and it’s amazing! We enjoyed walks on the beach in the morning and it seemed like we were out there with the beach to ourselves. Beautiful sunsets, and the water was blue and green, white sandy beach, could not ask for a better location.

Great Location

The property was just as described and located exactly where we love to stay. The walk to the beach isn’t very far but the path is a little overgrown and the sand and steps get extremely hot with a long way to walk before reaching the water faucet. We liked the size of the townhouse and everything provided. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and that was the only major disappointment for us.

Location

Pros: great location, comfortable beds and furniture, clean Cons: kitchen cabinets and frig not level with the floor so hard to open and close, AC unit went out, it was replaced within 48 hours, the 3 hours it took to replace were not very relxing due to noise and people, the grill was not cleaned with old food in it. Overall, we would come back.

The location was great but the townhome was a little tired from renovation. The outside front parking is difficult with a tight spot with other vehicles. Also, the trash cans are right by the door and there were definitely dead animals around there somewhere. Inside, the kids room was great. Very large and roomy. The master was not nearly as nice and the bathroom was very small. The shower was tiny and the pressure was limited. Outside, the patios are the best part of the space. It was perfect. The walk to the beach was a mess because the path was overgrown and the decking down to the walk had nails coming up which cut our feet. I put in a request to have the beach path trimmed, they responded and said they would put in a work ticket. Nobody ever showed up. Lastly, there is no beach service for local businesses anymore (something to do with city laws). I had to rent chairs and put them out myself every day which I will not be doing again.

Best location!

This location can't be beat! Directly on the beach, hose and shower to wash off before walking up the deck stairs, plenty of beds, the beach was never busy, it really has so many great things! The internet didn't work the first three days. The property management company finally got it working. We saw three cockroaches that kind of freaked us out, but they didn't do anything about that. Otherwise, we had a great experience!! I would definitely go back!!

Would have given a 5 star, except furniture in living room was filthy (dirt,blood spots,etc..)covered with a blanket for the week, so we didn’t have to sit straight on furniture, floor in living room needs repair you can feel it giving way under you, just covered with a rug. Couldn’t use grill outside, was disgustingly filthy. But.. the beach was amazing, didn’t let these negative things damper our vacation….. Beautiful views and memories made

Great location, property needs updating.

The property has a great location. Very close to premier park. Grocery store directly across the street. Beach access is perfect and not crowded. The beds are very comfortable and the AC works great. The kitchen needs some help. Lacking many items that are needed for a big group, cookie sheets, serving bowls, 9x13 casserole dishes, big pot for boiling pasta. The couch and chairs were the most uncomfortable items I’ve ever sat on. They need to be replaced. I know we are there for the beach but it would be nice to watch a movie or tv at nights with the kids. Loved the location but needs some work.

Comfortable Beach Getaway

Townhome 1 has fantastic amenities and everything one needs to have a great time at the beach! Just as advertised the Townhouse is directly on the beach, with stunning views from the living room and master suite! Upon arrival we found the inside of the house to be clean but stains and wear are present on rugs and furniture. The deck is charming with nice outdoor bright blue and red seating including an American flag. Trash littered around the exterior front and back of the townhome, the patio and grill had leftover food. A text to maintenance and a very friendly Scottie came by to clean most of the trash as well as bring 2 hairdryers to the unit. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is the construction in the front was a bit loud during the weekday mornings. This was mentioned in Panhandle but I think it still warrents a discount... If you are looking for a comfortable, practical and laid back place to stay on the beach this is your place! If you are looking for a 5 star pristine resort amenity experience this is not it but many are located with in walking distance of this townhome.

Nice older place, Bad location.

Overall, the place was clean. It’s a little dated, which is OK, and there have been upgrades done with televisions and flooring. There were no pillows on the master bed upon arrival. The back door and windows leading out to the porch are not sealed properly. Air blew in all week, and when it rained water came in, it was very easy to dry with towels, I would not call it a major problem, but you definitely need to reseal the windows and the doors at the back in the living room. Lastly, we had to get a new door code 3 times. one of the times we were locked out, we had to stand there on the porch with the whole family, waiting for a new code to be sent so we could enter. Again, nothing terrible, or over the top, just a few minor annoyances. We did not care for the location at all, but that has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the property or the service.

The overall appearance of the townhouse was nice, but if you advertise and charge for a full size kitchen then the stove working is highly important. Maintenance called; confirmed stove doesn't work. Maintenance leaves and returns without knocking to deliver a "HOT PLATE". The refrigerator did not keep drinks cold. It begins to rain and comes in through the window in the kitchen which is improperly sealed. The rain floods the kitchen floor which we had to clean up. BTW.. rains off and on for two days. Maintenance called once again. They never showed up for the remainder of our stay. Townhouse only offers basic cable; no movie channels. There was a DVD player, but without connections. We had to purchase a DVD so our 4-year old granddaughter could watch movies. If the downstairs television was not on the upstairs televisions would not change channels. This was not noted anywhere in the townhouse. The rental company Panhandle is improperly managed. I DO NOT recommend using this company. I was told during numerous conversations that I would here back from Joe. "Be Patient" I was told. I felt as though my concerns were less than what Joe was dealing with at the moment. Joe is yet to attempt to contact me to discuss the problems/concerns during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beach front access was amazing!! It was perfect proximity to restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and exactly as stated in the listing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Good stay

Could have been cleaner. I don’t believe underneath the beds had ever been touched, nor underneath the toilet seat down stairs. There was also a cockroach in the downstairs bathroom. Other than that the townhouse was nice and location was great. Could definitely use some cleaning outside around the house. Definitely going to rent again next year. Maybe it’ll be cleaner.
