1114 Stone Harbor Blvd #112 Bay Island Townhouse, three story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath corner unit with a community pool offers a relaxing and updated home stocked for a comfortable stay. Just a 10 minute walk (over the 96th bridge) to the entertainment of Stone Harbor's downtown 96th street and 15 minute walk to the beach. The first floor consists of a luxury vinyl plank entry foyer with 2 large bedrooms -one with queen bed and smart TV and one bedroom with queen bed and twin XL bed and a smart TV. Also on first floor there is a full hall bath, and laundry room. Second floor is the entertaining space with living area featuring brand new smart TV with cable and a DVD player. Large kitchen with table that seats 8. 1/2 bath on this floor. Outside covered deck has bay views with new patio furniture - couch, table, bench and chairs - seating for 8. Third floor hosts 2 en suite bedrooms each with king size bed and private decks/chairs and water views. Additional amenities include outside shower, and 2 assigned parking spaces. Use of the heated pool, which is directly across from the unit, is included (from memorial day to Labor Day). Gas grills are also available for use. No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups.
This home has been lovingly updated to make for a comfortable and classy alternative to expensive hotel stays. We hope that you will make beautiful and fun memories here in our home.

Great family vacation

The property was very nicely appointed and well equipped and met all of our needs. It was close proximity into town and a short drive to the beach. Great pool access and very close to everything that Stone Harbor has to offer with shops, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We had a wonderful stay!

Simply Perfect

Beautiful townhouse, fully equipped, tastefully decorated with every amenity. Loved the location, perfect for a nice walk into town, shopping, restaurants, Marianne was great, easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Vacation in Stone Harbor

We cannot say enough about this wonderful rental! Our family had a great week in Stone Harbor, and the hosts went above and beyond in providing all the little extras to make our stay that much more comfortable. The pictures do not do this well- appointed home justice, as it is even more lovely in person. We'll certainly be back and highly recommend Marianne and her beautiful home!!

Perfect trip!

This rental was in an awesome location right on 96th street, with an enjoyable walk over the bridge into downtown. A little farther walk to the beach or an easy park in the lot on 95th street. House was super clean and had everything you would need. Quiet and relaxing. Pool was perfect too! We loved the three outside sitting areas and personal parking spots. The owners are so easy to work with. Will be staying here again!

Amazing shore stay!

We took our family of six and couldn’t have been more pleased. Super somfortable with a great layout. Easily could accommodate more. Marianne was amazing and super responsive. We have four kids between 3 and 8 and we’re pleasantly surprised how easy the walk to 96th St and all the shops/restaurants was. They had a blast, we had a blast and look forward to next year. Thanks so much for making it a great week.

Great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We have been going to Stone Harbor for over ten years and have stayed at this development many times in various units. This unit was the best so far!

Highly Recommended Stone Harbor Property!

Many thanks to the owners for sharing their wonderful property with us! This was the most 'comfortable' rental we have ever had at any NJ beach (Stone Harbor, Cape May, Ocean City) over 25+ years. Many small touches that you don't expect (kitchen appliances, gadgets, pots/pans, spices, new furniture, the list goes on and on). Location: The location was excellent for us. Right next to the marina for convenient boating. Short walk into down or beach. Even shorter drive to the beach where (free) parking was plentiful, even on July 4th week. Community: Convenient parking, clean, newer units. Pool was a huge hit with the kids, even with some Covid changes/ restrictions. 3 newer BBQ grills included, though we didn't have a chance to use. Unit: Clean, spacious, 3 patio/balconies. Newer furniture throughout. Comfortable beds, smart tvs. Zero compliants! Thanks again, we hope to return soon!

Amazing vacation!!!!

Our family and my brothers family stayed for a week and it had everything you could possibly want or need. It looks exactly like the pictures and is decorated beautifully. The owner has the house stocked with every pot or pan you would need along with plenty of dishes and extras. There are games for kids and adults and even a small selection of books to read. The pool is right outside the front door and is great if you are bringing kids. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend to anyone!!

spacious and beautiful

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect setting for a beach vacation. We enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and restaurants and enjoyed going to the pool after the beach. The layout is really functional and comfortable and the decor is beachy and beautiful.

This was a dream purchase for our family in 2018. We lovingly redecorated and updated as we wanted to create a serene and comfy atmosphere for our family and friends. I have spent 47 years coming to the Stone Harbor/Avalon shore and spent many summers here. Often I see many fellow Penn State alumni here too. We want to make this a beautiful place for you and your family to make memories.

This house will give you the privacy and space you need when vacationing yet at the same time it offers great gathering spots in the kitchen, the family room and the outdoor deck to enjoy quality family time. Having a pool in the complex is ideal so if you want to enjoy the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon, it offers that flexibility. The downtown movie theatre and ice cream shoppes are a 10 minute walk for your teenagers/young adults.

Fully stocked with great kitchen appliances, small appliances and gadgets to allow you to prepare gourmet meals. Lobster stock pot and grill utensils. We provide dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies - one less thing to bring. We do ask you only use exactly what you need and to leave the rest for the next guest.
