Entire House for Guests. It can hold 7 people. You can use the entire house which has been well furnished has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, dining room, laundry room, long drive way, nice front yard, fenced back yard and patio.
We treat you, our guests as family so we provide everything except your personal stuff for you! You will feel at home while staying at this amazing new home! Each bedroom and living room has a new Samsung LED TV. For your convenience, we provide two different coffee maker, rice cooker, bread toaster, blender, safe, TV cable, internet, iron and board, hair dryer, coffee, cooking oil, salt, tea, cereal, oat meal and more.......Each bedroom has an additional blanket. You will love it while you take the first sight of it.

This home was very welcoming. Had comfortable furniture. All the amenities my brother and I needed for a weekend stay! Close enough to Uber into downtown Detroit. Overall great place to stay

Very scary disappointing experience

I was contacted day of check-in that this houses toilet was broken, but host had another house I could stay in. They sent me Vrbo listing with pics and I accepted the change. However the new house we not in a similar neighborhood and the house Sis not look like the pics. The house was in disrepair. I took about 10 photos showed damaged lamps, blinds, ceiling in various places. I would be happy to share pics upon request. Since they already took my money I didn’t have a way of trying to book something else and argue over getting my money back. This was a very scary and disappointing experience!

Perfect home away from home

This super cute home away from home was more then perfect for the whole families needs. It was an ideal location only 20 minutes away from great lakes outlet where our family enjoyed the experience of legoland peppa pig World and sea life which was also attached to a bass pro shop we didn't have time to check out. It was also 20 minutes away from relatives we visited. It's located in a quiet respectful neighborhood and was the perfect place to relax and prepare meals and stay caught up on laundry with the kids. The host is amazing. The home is beautiful and would highly recommend to any family planning a vacation ❤

Comfortable Home Away from Home

The property was a good size for our family of 4. It was very well stocked with all the essentials you might need. My messages were promptly answered and the owner even worked with me when we had to unexpectedly had to extend our trip. This was overall a good stay.

This house was great to stay at my 87 year old dad and I stayed here will visiting his younger sister. It was relaxing and enjoyable to stay. The house being on a Diedend Street it was quite and peaceful.

Constructive criticism

Constructive Cristism: Me and my boyfriend rented this property for 5 days. And if not for the city of Detroit and family visits this place would be less than desired. Pros: 1.) Location - definitely a good location , at least for where we needed to be . Quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. 2.) Communication and friendliness of the host started off great. We were given the option of a check in slightly early, and provided check in details easily. The codes worked and instructions were clear. Now for the cons: 1) your beds are awful. Normally the master bedroom has more than a full size bed, and the beds are comfortable. Here yes 3 rooms as advertised but ALL full sized and the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. 2) Post it notes??? Seriously??? This one set off a nerve almost immediately upon entering the home.It's a vacation house and I don't know who you rent to but a post it of 'no feminine products in toilet' and telling us what we can and can't do with the thermostat??? That's not a vacation for us!!! Typically, there is a book or similar with instructions and requests that would definitely be more palatable than a bunch of post it's everywhere. That came across very aggressive honestly. 3) All of the text messages. This was very invasive. It was unprofessional to ask us to move the outside trash cans, and the amount of texts sent during a 5 day stay definitely set a tone that was perhaps different than you intended. Which Segways into.. 4) Did you REALLY text at 4 am the day of checkout to ask what time we were checking out?? This was highly unprofessional. The agreement says check out is 10 am, yet the day we were leaving you text at 4 am? This is unacceptable and absolutely pushed my opinion of this property from neutral to negative. Please do not text your tenants that early. Overall , the home served its purpose and the host was friendly. However, for the reasons listed here, I cannot see myself renting again here. Which is a shame! My boyfriend has family here and we come often to visit. I tend to select places to be loyal to, and I just can't see myself here again.

2121 MI trip

Nice, clean, roomy home that was close to our kids & grandchildren. We had plenty of room to sit and enjoy carry out meals with everyone not to mention room to play games together. We enjoyed our stay & would have no issue with reserving this home again.

Worked well for our needs. 2 guys fishing. Dead end street so no traffic. Was a little tricky to park with a boat and trailer, but we made it work. Kitchen well stocked. Everything was fine.

Friendly, attentive host + clean house

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Diana's house- Diana was helpful and attentive, checking in with us periodically to make sure everything was going ok and to see if we needed anything. The house was clean and in a good neighborhood. Very convenient to the highway, but not so close where it's loud. Perfect for our stay!

Very cute and pictures are accurate.

The house was very cute, clean, and I felt at home. It was perfect for our needs and allowed me to tend to my family as if we were in our own home. I liked that the back bedrooms were close so I could hear my son if he needed me. Lots of tile, so bring warm socks if you travel in the winter... I loved that there was so much tile - so much cleaner. The hostess was very kind, left personalized notes and treats just for us! Problem free stay! Very quick to respond to questions too!

I am a very kind, honest, happy, simple, friendly, hard-working and nice person. I enjoy a simple and healthy life style. I love life, smiling, working, reading, writing, watching movies, traveling, music, walking, running, playing Ping Pong, cooking and any other fun stuff.
I feel that I am the Luckiest Woman in this world because I unexpectedly met my Dream Boy Joey in my Dream Country!!! He is a similar person as me. In my eyes, he is my Mr. Perfect and my Superhero. He has been serving in US Army more than 35 years and he had fought against Taliban in Afghanistan in 2003 and 2011. He has been awarded many times by US Army!!! Currently, he is an engineer and a supervisor in the auto industry. Also, he still serves in the US Army Reserve. I am sooooo proud of him!
After I immigrated to the USA, I wrote 2 books in Chinese language during my leisure time. One is “Cinderella’s American Dream” and the other one is “Look at the United States from Zero Distance”. They will be published in China in the second half of 2019. I am considering translating these two books to English then publishing them in USA.
