“Cabin In The Woods” was completed May 2018 & nestled in the trees. It sets back from street w/your own private oasis. Beautiful flowers grow wild.
It is a single level open floor plan w/large LR/DR/Kitchen. Furnished w/an artist eye. Original art work, games, books & so much more. It was designed for entertaining w/36” gourmet gas range in kitchen & a 10’ x 6’ island. Dining table seats 12. Electric Recliner in LR and a Coffee bar includes multiple coffee machines. List of kitchen appliances are:
NESPRESSO MACHINE, French Press, Keurig, Drip Coffee maker, coffee grinder, ( LOTS OF COFFEE TO PICK FROM IN CUPBOARD) blender, food processor, Instapot, mixer, toaster, panini grill, waffle iron, bamboo steamer, crock pot, deep fat fryer, bread maker, gridle for top of stove, bean pot, microwave and multiples of pans, dishes and baking pans ie: cookie sheets, muffin tins and oblong baking dishes.
NESPRESSO COFFEE MAKER...please bring “Original Size Pods” if you wish to use this machine. A few pods are furnished.
Please bring your Keurig pods.
Ground coffee for drip pot furnished.

There is A FULLY STOCKED SPICE DRAWER and shelf of OILS. There is also a pantry w/flour, sugar, cereal, crackers, oatmeal, coffee, tea, misc food items and condiments in refrigerator are plentiful.
BEDROOM 1 HAS A KING BED... w/a spacious private bath w/shower. Includes a portable handicap chair to use in shower for those who need it. This bedroom is handicap accessible.
BEDROOM 2 HAS A QUEEN BED....w/attached bath includes double sink, shower, and toilet
BEDROOM 3.... is a Day/Night room. During the day it serves as another gathering area. Great for games, sewing, puzzles, etc. At night it is a private bedroom w/a comfyQUEEN SIZE MURPHY BED. A spacious room. It has an oversized half bath.
There are 2 self inflating twin beds for additional sleepers.
If you enjoy nature & being outdoors there is a wide wrap deck across the front & side that connect to a 14’ x 42 ft covered deck in back. Half walls create privacy while open upper half leaves you feeling like you are in a tree house. Covered deck is fully furnished w/sofa & love seat plus dining table for 6 for outdoor dining ON BACK Cover Porch. Covered Back Porch includes Ping Ping Table, Cornhole & Darts. Accent lights make this a favorite evening spot to hang w/family & friends.
Wrap deck has porch swing & 2 hammock swing chairs & ample seating for outdoor gatherings.
There is a full hammock under the back porch where you can lounge & watch it rain & never get wet. Trees galore.
Long private drive into property provides ample parking for 4 cars.
Yard allows area for yard games... horseshoe game in back yard.
This is a dream cabin in a one of a kind location. High on the hill in a desirable neighborhood w/lots of elbow room. It’s just a long block from the national forest & hike down the hill to Lake O’Dell.
Cabin In The Woods is a dream come true for us. The timing was right & the perfect lot available for us to build. It has given us both great joy to share our creation with others. Cabin In The Woods is located 17 minutes south of Flagstaff, an easy 35 min drive to Sedona & 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon.
ALL HOLIDAYS REQUIRE A 3 DAY MINIMUM STAY.
