Great place and very close to downtown so you can walk. Stayed there with my three teens. Plenty of room to sprawl watching tv, although we loved the dining room for games. Thank you!

Check in was smooth. Since there was not anyone checking on our checkout day, the host allowed us a later check out time which was a huge help. The townhouse was in a great location and a short walk to the village. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Love Ocean Walk!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great condominium complex! Ocean Walk is the perfect place to stay on the south end of the island. We walked to dinner every night with so many restaurants within 1/2 mile. One thing, I wish we could have used the keypad instead of 6 adults keeping up with 2 keys.

Great spot

We had a short trip to SSI and this spot was close to everything. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our crew! We will book again.

Stayed for Georgia-Florida weekend. Great location, extremely convenient to downtown and the beaches. Comfortable and had all the amenities and many more that anyone could possibly need.

Second stay great except for a few cleanliness issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay here. We love the general layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The location suits us well for bike riding and walking. Our only disappointment was in the cleanliness upon arrival. We found crumbs in the master bed and had to switch sheets. There were also a few dirty dishes and pans in the kitchen. The condo is great, the cleanliness not so much.

Townhome was clean. Only negative was TV was difficult (for us) to work at times. Real Escapes was responsive and very friendly and customer service oriented. If you are older you may have a difficult time with steps to upstairs bedrooms.

Exceptional! Wow! Perfection! Well stocked kitchen with good quality pots, pans, bakeware etc. Very clean. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Beautifully decorated with ocean/beach vibe art!

Nice Condo and location

Comfortable well equipped condo. Beds are fine. Bathrooms small but functional. Nice kitchen and living room. We have stayed in Ocean Walk on numerous occasions and this was one of the best equipped units we have been in. Ocean Walk is perfect location for biking, close to downtown, and not far from beach.

Fulfilled all our expectations for a relaxing stay!

Great location to the village and beaches. Walking distance to nice playground and pickle ball. Complex had pool, playground, ping pong, duck pond, small gym area, and corn hole. We were told there were no beach towels or beach chairs, but did find some at the house. Comfortable spaces for our family to rest from all the activity. We love SSI and come every year. This was the best place we’ve stayed for the location. Highly recommend!

Great property

This townhouse was amazing! Located right across from the heated pool in the community. There is a dog park very close for those with furry family members. Very clean. My son has dog allergies which can make staying in rentals a problem and he had no issues at all (they have an air ionizer on the central air system). They even mailed us an item we left behind by mistake. If renting in St. Simon look no further.
