Good times in Sun River

The property was excellent, well stocked & within a short walking distance from the Sun River village.

Walking distance to village

Clean and spacious house. Hot tub was nice. Kitchen is stocked with all needed dishes, bakeware, serveware, etc. Walking distance to Starbucks, ice skating, grocery store, art studio, ice cream shop, Mexican restaurant, book store, breweries and other village stores. Sunriver Lodge and spa is a longer walk or few minutes drive. Great house, great location!

Perfect retreat house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is set up wonderfully. The three bedrooms upstairs leaves the downstairs kitchen and living room areas free from worry about disturbing others rest. The hot tub is probably the best I have experienced at a rental, the water was clean, no chemical smells and did not irritate my sensitive skin, the enclosure provided privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Winter wonderland stay!

Had a great stay! Loved the hot tub and big kitchen. House was very comfortable for our family (2 teenagers along). Would stay here again!

Super Fun, Dog Friendly Property

We always enjoy our stay at Sandcroft Beach house. This is our third or fourth time renting it for a long weekend. The house is clean and we love that it’s dog friendly. The fireplace is amazing and we’ve had some great weather in October. A few things could use upgrades - dining room chairs aren’t super comfortable but those are minor and don’t really detract from the great stay.

Great location, enjoyed the bikes, the chairs were a bonus for catching a show in Bend.

Housebound Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, there was a COVID outbreak among staff at Sunriver a couple of days before our arrival, shutting down pools and recreation centers. Additionally, during most of our stay the air quality was unhealthy, mostly confining us indoors. Fortunately, the house was comfortable.

Hello Alan - Yes, central Oregon is getting hit hard with COVID cases and August is typically always smokey. Not even us locals like the smoke. I am glad that you were comfortable at Coyote Lane 15 and hope that you might book your next vacation in the first half of the summer instead of the last part. My daughters 21st birthday

We had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and homey. It would be nice if there were directions for the t.v. it had so many remotes and it was confusing. The will be coming back for sure!!

It is very close to the center of Sun River. We had the best time and highly recommend this unit. If we come back this is where we would want to stay.

Great stay!

Great quick trip to Sunriver with the family. Nice location and very close to the village. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The couch and chairs in the main room were not very comfortable, and a lot of decor that could have been removed, but otherwise we really liked it and would stay again.

Cozy home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a cozy house that is well set for vacations. Nice master and two small rooms with queen beds. It was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. Even a very nice spice rack! Beds were comfortable. Entire home was clean - and plenty of clean supplies. The home comes with SHARK passes that we really did not use, but it would be nice in a normal year to have them and we did use them once to pull out of the marina. There is no air-conditioning which made for some hot night during 110 degree weather - which was the only negative. It does have a gas fireplace that would nice for the winter. Walkable to the store and mall - easy bike ride to the river. Village properties was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

Floors are not being washed well.
