Nestled in the heart of Sunriver, this seriously charming 3-bedroom+ Loft vacation home offers a tranquil escape for your next getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with lots if comfortable seating and a Fireplace/wood stove, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Or spend the summer afternoons on the large deck outside relaxing in the Sun.
Located at the South end of Sunriver, we are near all the BEST things Sunriver has to offer. SHARC, Village, Lodge, River, Business Park. The bike path is off in the distance of the house, making it convenient to get to without having all the crowds going right by the house. You will enjoy the large deck off the back of the house where deer are often seen in the morning and at dusk in the large open area. we provide 8 unlimited use SHARC passes and 8 cruiser bikes for your use.

Venture outside and explore the nearby Deschutes River, just a short 5-minute walk away. It's also the perfect walk in the morning with a cup of coffee or go for an evening Wine Walk. Spend an afternoon experiencing Sunriver. The house is just 10- minute bike ride to the Lodge, Village and SHARC. For a cultural experience, visit the High Desert Museum, a mere 18-minute drive from your home-away-from-home.

Amenities abound, including free Wi-Fi, 8 unlimited use SHARC passes, 8 cruiser bikes, Game Cube system and games, Large private deck with comfy furniture, gas BBQ, a washing machine and dryer, fireplace, and 2 smart TVs for your entertainment. Unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Sunriver.

Indulge in the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to entertain! You will not find a kitchen in a rental that is as well stocked as this one.
We provide Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crock Pot, Waffle Iron, Griddle, Rice Cooker, nice knives, pots and pans, serving platters and bowls, dishes, wine glasses and drinking glasses for 12. We even stock plenty of paper towels, plastic wrap, tin foil, olive oil and spices.

The bedrooms all have comfortable beds with nice bedding. There is one bedroom downstairs with a King size bed, large walk in closet and adjoining bathroom. 2 bedrooms upstairs and a large bathroom. One with a Queen size bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed as well as a separate Full-size bed. The bunk room is perfect for kids or a family. The loft has a leather sofa futon as well as a Smart TV, desk and Game Cube system.

Couldnā€™t dream of a cozier stay! So many thoughtful touches (lotion in the bathroom! Aluminum foil for my leftovers!). Not to mention the absolute joy that is Sunriver. Thanks for such an excellent stay!

Clean, well kept home with a great floor plan. Beds were comfy. The house was well stocked, just needing a few more measuring cups/spoons. Having access to the garage was handy to store our paddle boards. Great location if you are wanting to float the river.

Great place to stay in Sunriver

This property was amazing. It was the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. The location wad perfect, walkable to the village and very close to the bike path. The SHARC passes and bikes(with helmets) were an added bonus. We saw a ton of deer in our backyard. It was just beautiful. We cannot wait to return to this rental.

Perfect Family Location

Pictures donā€™t do this place justice! We had such a great stay! Perfect distance from the Sharc for biking to and from with the kids :). Nice quiet loop at nighttime. We will definitely book here again if it is available the next time we come to Sunriver!

Awesome home with everything you need

This is a great place for a family trip to Sunriver. Greatly appreciated the recreation passes which we used at the SHARC and Marina. The bicycles were a fun way to get to the Village with a size for everyone. Can't wait to come back in the winter for skiing and the woodstove.

Weekend stay

The house and location were great. We had hoped to use the hot tub more since we were there for rugby games and had sore muscles but it was cold when we got there. The hot tub service company came the next day and we were able to use it that night.

Cozy Home perfect for a family

We loved our stay. Comfortable beds. Close to the village. Nice hot tub. Plenty of bikes for a leisurely ride. Well equipped kitchen. Wood burning stove put out lots of heat and ample firewood. We would recommend this home.

Lovely rental house. Well laid out and well stocked. Lots of space for family. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the SHARC passes of course. We weren't able to open windows as usual in evening due to smoke from nearby wildfires, but plenty of shade so house never got too hot. Great stay!

Great Place for Family Vacation

We were delighted to see that the property was exactly as listed by owner. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Quiet area, hot tub worked great! The house stayed cool during the day. Would definitely stay here when we come again. We would bring our own bikes to use next time as we are used to them. We felt welcomed by all the wonderful amenities provided. Loved staying in this house!

Christmas in Sunriver

A warm, cozy, comfortable place during a cold, snowy, icy, sloppy Christmas week. Unable to use the hot tub due to weather but the unique fireplace was a definite plus. Comfortable beds and enough to have grandsons stay a night with us. Large dining table allowed room for games, art work, and family dining. Central location a Plus.

We loved staying here!

What a lovely house. It had the feel of a cabin and was very cozy. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The beds had to be the best we have had at Sunriver yet! The location was perfect, we have always stayed on the other side of Sunriver and thought that was the best but we were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved this location. We were able to float the river with ease and were close to the Shark and the shopping center. The deck is amazing and perfect for grilling and enjoying the weather. All around we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again.

Cozy and charming

It has a very rustic feel and felt homely. The living room was very spacious and we liked that the kitchen was also connected together as we can cook and also carry a conversation. The upstairs was kept very minimal but functional and the balcony in the upstairs, facing towards the living was nice for watching upstairs if the downstairs was occupied. Would like to visit in the winter to see how it would look like.

We live in Portland and spent a lot of winters skiing at Mt. Bachelor and decided that we really wanted to own a home in Sunriver. Before we bought the house, we only spent winters in Sunriver and didn't think about all the great things that the other seasons have to offer. Now that we have children, we found that Sunriver is great any time of year. The Fall is spectacular, the weather is still very warm and you don't have the summer crowds. It has been so much fun renting out the house, we have had so many great guests that get to enjoy all the things about our home that we love and Sunriver.

We spent one weekend looking at homes in Sunriver and picked our home. We loved the location because it is private yet close to everything. We wanted a house that had wood accents for a lodge like feel, without looking "dated". Once you park your car and walk on to the large wood deck, you will fall in love just like we did.

Our home is located in the perfect area of Sunriver, close to all the best things. It's an easy walk or bike ride to the river, lodge and business park. And just a 10 minute bike ride to the Village and SHARC. The bike path is off in the distance, so you don't have tons of people going by the house, makes it nice and private.
