Located in one of Puerto Vallarta's most luxurious resort-style condominiums, the Bay View Grand, in the upscale Marina Vallarta section. Tropical gardens surround a spectacular infinity swimming pool which stretches the length of 3 football fields, overlooking Bay View Grand's expansive private beach -- one of the best beaches in the entire area.

A short stroll takes you to the vibrant marina, which docks over 400 yachts, and is surrounded by an eclectic mix of outstanding restaurants and shops. This is the perfect beach vacation spot to unwind and indulge yourself, and still be only a 10 minute taxi-ride from the bustle of downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Yes the room was clean and the view absolutely amazing. The grounds and premises are extremely well cared for. A bit difficult to unlock and main door and screen door.

A beautiful condo at a beautiful location. Owner and property manager were wonderful to deal with. Could not have asked for a better place with better amenities than this condo and its location. Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay there and enjoy it!!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time and the owners gave great information about the area. The only thing was no hot tub on the balcony as in the pictures. We would definitely stay there again!

Top-notched Facility and Location

This condo at the Bay View Grand is in the Marina area which is a wonderful location. The development is superior in every way. Although the description says, sleeps 6, I would elaborate and say 4 adults and 2 children as the hide-a-bed in the living room is not adequate for 2 adults. The condo is well-stocked and has a fabulous view.. The furnishings and decorating are pretty minimal but sufficient. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Winter Getaway

My husband and I spent a week here in December and it was fantastic -- everything we could have hoped for and more! Meri and Tom were SO kind and helpful before, during, and after our trip. Their property manager Fernando was also outstanding. We LOVED the Bay View Grand and will most certainly be back. The view was outstanding - especially from the tub on the balcony :) The pool area was wonderful: clean, never crowded, and ALWAYS sunny. We also enjoyed the food, drinks, and service at the poolside bar. The condo itself was well-appointed and we had everything we could need in regards to kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The Marina (with shops and restaurants) was easily walkable (less than 15 minutes) and taxi or bus transportation elsewhere was easy and inexpensive. Tom and Meri's restaurant recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed several of them. We also used both bus and taxi transportation to get downtown to the Malecon, Romantic Zone, etc. Twice we walked to the grocery store (about 20 minutes on foot) and took a taxi back. The internet was fast and reliable. We did not use the TV, but there is one in both the living room and the master bedroom. The air conditioning worked well, but was not necessary. The sea breeze and ceiling fans were more than sufficient 90% of the time. Honestly, we can't say enough good things about this property. We had a fantastic vacation with perfect weather (temps in the low-mid 80's, no bugs, no humidity, and no rain). We look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Sunny Warm and a great view

Morning coffee on the patio fresh fresh/shrimp dinner and a glass of wine watching the sunset over Banderras Bay. Counting the days till we return.

Very nice place with updated kitchen. Pool was incredible. Location very nice, walking distance to marina for restaurants etc. Tom and Meri were very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful anniversary getaway

Recently spent 10 wonderful, relaxing days at Tom and Meri's Bay View Grand apartment. From the first moment of walking in the door on the 9th floor with Fernando the property manager we were impressed. They thought of everything you could need in the kitchen and throughout the place. Location was great and we mainly just enjoyed the wonderful pool everyday. We did get a taxi quite often to go to the grocery store or downtown Puerto Vallarta. Never had to wait and price was very reasonable. Met so many nice people in the pool and even had one nice couple take us to their favorite taco place and music club We had a couple of tiny problems, like the toaster not working and this was fixed immediately by Hugo or Fernando. Felt very safe here and able to walk to the marina to eat. Loved Fajita Bananas and Buenos Aries grill. On Thursday evenings they have a farmers market at the marina which was fun. We wished we could of stayed longer. Maybe next year.

A REAL FIND IN AN EXCEPTIONAL COMPLEX

Having stayed in Marina Vallarta a number of times and at Bay View Grand twice before we were looking for a repeat of our positive experiences. How fortunate to have found this unit. From the initial contacts with Meri and Tom, to our welcome and orientation from Fernando, on to the excellent support from Hugo; we had a team that worked at making our stay a success...and it was. The unit itself is well positioned for view and sun as well as being well furnished and very comfortable. The renovated kitchen is just great and such an improvement over the original BVG design. All of this within the fabulous setting which is Bay View Grand. We will be back and look forward to another stay in this unit.

We flew from Calgary and were in the pools by 4 PM. Fernando the prop. mngr was there to meet us and run us through the condo as planned. Meri was wonderful to work with while planning our trip. Rapid response to emails etc and the communication was ongoing! The condo on the 9th floor was more than expected. Beautiful views out of all windows, and a nice relaxing atmosphere in the condo. Everything was supplied as advertised in the condo. Fernando even had 3 loungers on the deck ready to go ! Ate most of our meals on the deck listening to the waves! The condo was nice and quiet (cement walls between units) and the deck was nice and private. I have never been to a condo unit before with such lovely and large pools. Beautiful warm and clean water and the pool staff were wonderful. The fitness club was well tooled and always empty ! Pools were virtually empty as well although we were there in Oct. We always felt very safe both in and out of the complex. We were able to walk to church on Sunday which was a nice bonus. It is about a 20 min. walk to a large local grocery mart and the bus stops right in front of the complex. 65 cents anywhere in PV for a fun Mexican bus ride. Nice walk down the beach to the Marriott hotel for early morning coffee and pastries. This hotel also has a turtle release program into the ocean on most nights at sundown ! If you want a nice restful quiet holiday this is definitely the place to stay! thx Meri + Tom we will be back !
