The 10th floor of Phoenix East awaits for you right in the heart of Orange Beach in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo unit, with crystal-clear views of the Gulf of Mexico.

o Sleep up to 8 guests in this modern condo with gorgeous grey walls and blue water views.

o Kitchen features tile flooring, stainless sinks and appliances, and counter seating.

o Indoor dining seating for four, plus table seating for four outdoors on the private balcony.

o Full-sized washer and dryer available.

o Living room features sofa queen sleeper, flat-screen TV and balcony access.

o Master bedroom has flat-screen TV, DVD player, balcony access, two bedside tables with lamps and access to master bathroom.

o Master bath has separate vanity/shower area.

o Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, with separate bathroom with tub/shower combo.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We love Phoenix East. We’ve stayed there multiple times. This unit could use some TLC (paint, kitchen counters are peeling up, dryer did not work quickly) but it served its purpose. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were clean. The dishes were not. Lots of food on them, lip prints on glasses, even a bowl with cigarette ashes. I know it was from whoever stayed there before us but it was gross.

This was our second stay at Phoenix East. Love the location and staff. However the unit we were in did not have working water in the refrigerator. Also, we experienced one of the three elevators being down for a couple of days.

Pretty Good

Overall, the condo was great. The location was perfect and the furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. It could use a little TLC, a good deep clean and some small updates. Also, it would be nice to have a few garbage bags and dish washing tabs. The management said they left a starter kit, which was one of each. Pay it forward a little.

I will start off saying for the most part this was a wonderful stay, there were a few minor things i will mention at the end of this, but it wouldnt stop me from staying again. The room was the perfect size. My children loved all the amenities on the property. The beach was beautiful and a short walk to the pass which was a great spot for taking photos. Pools were always clean, walkways were clean, elevators were fast. Loved that they had carts and also shopping carts to easy moving of your luggage. My only negatives were... 1.Almost all the dishes were dirty when arrived, most of the ones in the cabinet still had food in them. 2.The sliding door in the master was very very hard to open, making it almost unusable 3.Needs some electrical work, lots of plugs sizzled when in use, some worked, some didn't 4.There was no kitchen towels to dry dishes with. 5. We did see a couple roaches in the kitchen one night, but pest control came out and sprayed the next day. 6. Very noisy, but maybe the people above and beside us were moving furniture all hours of the day and night.

Great condo!

We had an excellent stay; the condo was clean and very quiet. Hope to stay there again in the future. We had issues with the door lock and only used the dead-bolt during our stay. Enjoyed it!!

Great unit

We had a great stay in unit 1003. The kitchen is well stocked with just about every tool, utensil, and appliance you might need, and the decor is up to date— “beachy” but sophisticated. Our only complaint: the very dirty floors and sandy beds (sand both on top of the comforter and in the sheets when we arrived). The floors really need a good scrubbing — they were sticky throughout the unit, and there was visible dirt built up in the master bathroom near the sink. Had the floors been cleaned, it would have been a perfect stay! Otherwise we had a great time. Thanks!

Bad mattresses

Overall this was a great vacation and the room was accurately described. Our only request would be for mattresses on all beds to be replaced. All guests in each room complained that beds were very uncomfortable and worn out. 7/6/2019.

Great Stay!

Condo was exactly as pictured. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Always felt safe on the property. Everything is close to this location. We were never more than a 10 minute drive from anything we wanted to do. The view of the gulf is breathtaking from the balcony! Loved our stay and we will definitely book Phoenix East again!
