Perfect weekend retreat

Spring Break in Tampa

We had a wonderful time during our one week in Tampa. The home was very clean and we had plenty of space. Pete and K was very accommodating and allow for an early check in. The home was perfect for our vacation and it was closed to the beach and Busch Garden. Highly Recommend. Will be back.

Great Townhouse, Great Location

I have stayed here a couple times now and each visit has been great. The check in process was smooth and simple, the house is decorated well, and appointed well. I will stay again next time I am in the area.

Great Location and Value

I really enjoyed my stay here. The home was as described, well appointed, clean, and in a great area not far from all the places I wanted to be. I will be staying here again in January and look forward to my next stay.

Five star accommodations!!

We cannot say enough about this home! It was beautifully decorated and so relaxing! The owners checked in with us after we arrived to make sure all was well! And the neighbors were very friendly.

Springbreak/ College tour in Tampa

The property was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, surrounded by other townhomes and residential setting. It was centrally located to all parts of the Tampa area we needed to visit. We visited USF, University of Tampa, Clearwater Beach, St Petersburg and Seminole. Our family of 4 had ample room to relax while there. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of nice touches provided to help make our stay pleasant. The microwave was not working during our stay but it didn’t effect our enjoyment there. All in all we would stay here again on our next trip to Tampa.

Nice, clean condo

We stayed here for three nights in February to take the Bar exam in Tampa. Townhome was just as listed, and was clean. It was very convenient to everything in downtown Tampa and very close to the airport. The communication with the owners/managers was very timely and helpful. We would stay there again if the need arose.

Great place!

We traveled here from Houston, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely nice, including the outlying neighborhood. The exterior was clean, and the interior was even better. The living room had plenty of space, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were lovely. The bathrooms and showers worked well and were very modern. Check-in and check-out processes were very easy, and communication with management was clear and quick. Would recommend!

Tough to rate.

When we arrived we found a very nicely decorated and clean condo. The major issue was the stairs. We knew there were stairs but there were no handrails. We did not feel safe going up and down, especially when carrying something. You are expected to replace any paper products you use such as toilet paper. Lastly, we paid a cleaning fee but were expected to leave the premises as it was when we arrived, including washing all the towels. Make sure you read the book of house rules as there are many. Bill

This home is just as beautiful and in great condition as the photos. I really enjoyed having the space and not being cooped up in a hotel room. The owners were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this home!

Excellent location, beautifully decorated and well equipped.

Everything is great about this property. We loved our stay and we really enjoyed the comfort that the house offers. The owner was in contact with us at all times and the house was in pristine conditions when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is spacious and very comfortable. All was as accurately displayed in ad. Although we had a busy schedule outside of property, it served us well for a safe and secure place to sleep. Comfortable bed. Lighting slightly dark. Three flights of stairs: would not recommend for elderly guests (no handrail) Nice to have private garage. Amenities complete. Recommend other guests to read checkout instructions early, in order to plan ahead for tasks required (especially washing towels). Thank you Pete and K. for providing this safe and attractive home away from home.
