This home gives you the great indoor and outdoor feel whether you're soaking on the private deck with a hot tub, or barbecuing your favorite dish on the deck among the Pine Trees.

MAIN FLOOR | This single level home has two living areas, two dining areas, and a large deck perfect for the whole family. The large Front room offers views of the Pine trees while sitting in front of a large Stone Fireplace. The open Family room has plenty of comfortable seating, a game/dining table, and a breakfast bar with stools. This is the perfect gathering place with the hot tub right out the back door. There is larger Dining area off the Front room with easy access between the back deck and the kitchen. Perfect for those warm summer family BBQs. The kitchen is filled with light from the wall-to-wall windows and has lots of open space. The breakfast bar opens to the Family room making it perfect for mornings with the family. This half of the home also has a bunk room, half bathroom, laundry room and the garage. The opposite side of the home has three large bedrooms. The Queen Bedroom and a bedroom with 2-Twin beds share the Full bathroom in the hallway. The large King bedroom has an Ensuite bathroom with a lot of light and a great view of the Pine forest. This home is easy to find, has a large parking area, and is on the corner a lot surrounded by forest.

INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.

PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.

BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.

LENGTH OF STAY | This property requires a minimum stay of 2 and 3 nights. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.

VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 14 business days of your departure.

BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities.

CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four (4) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend in Black Butte ! Being so close to the clubhouse / golf course was also a huge bonus ! We loved it !

Functional house in great neighborhood

This house is in a great location. It's quiet and great to be near the golf course. The fact that they allow a dog was the main selling point for us. We loved the wood burning fireplace and jacuzzi. And so nice to have kleenex available in almost every room! The kitchen is a little dated with the drawers a little hard to open, but it was totally functional. We'd definitely go again in the summer given it's closeness to paths, etc.

Nice location

The house is in a quiet area near the golf course. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The house was not as clean as I would have hoped for. Dusty and back bedroom had stuff on the carpet, there was some dried food on the stove, and it did not look like the 1/2 bath had been cleaned, but we vacuumed and cleaned a bit and it worked fine for our needs. It had all the necessities we needed. I would suggest updating the cushions on the patio furniture, as they are quite thin and hard.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though the house was in a great location and accommodated our 2 families very, the house was not clean when we arrived. You could literally draw your name in the dust under one of the couches. We needed to take the time to clean all of the surfaces (tables, book shelves, etc) which was not something we expected that we would need to do. I reached out to Black Butte Realty regarding what accommodation they would provide to us for the time we needed to take to clean the house and we never heard back from them. It's beyond ridiculous that we would have to pay a cleaning fee when the house wasn't clean when we arrived.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was extremely disappointing. The deck is old, dirty and desperately needs to be sealed and refinished. The outdoor furniture is basically unusable and should be replaced. It is all very old and dirty. Several chairs were broken. There were dead bugs in the window sills and some were found in one of the beds. A USED tampon was found underneath a bed. The table had dried on food stuck to it. The comforter on the queen bed had a large stain on one side. All the bedding was old and worn and should be replaced. The king bed was very very uncomfortable. We paid a premium price for this property and it was worth about half that price. The cabinets look like they're original and they don't function well. I asked for a partial refund but apparently there's no communication between the owner and property manager. We paid a Four Seasons price and got a Motel 6. Do not rent unless it's priced appropriately.

I really appreciate that they have kleenex everywhere- key during the winter months! And I also appreciate that they don't use smell detergent for the laundry :-). My only negative on the house is that the kitchen is a bit dated in that the drawers are all a little wonky and falling apart.

The location can't be beat for access to the Glaze Meadow course (just across the road). We had six, each in their own beds, with plenty of living and dining space. The house was clean and mostly felt contemporary. Bits here and there felt dated, but the furniture was in great shape. Hot tub was clean and private. The stove worked fine, but was dated. The pots and pans were plentiful but not so organized. There were too many of the same type. All in all, a nice find.

Reviewer Comments: The house is in a good location, a block from GM golf course and easy access to the bike trails. The house is bigger than it looks from the outside and the layout is good. The house was not very clean as our crawling baby had dirty knees and tops of her feet immediately upon arrival and we all wondered if the bed linen had been changed or just spritzed. For the amount of money, you shouldn't have to wonder. The furniture and cupboards are a bit worn, as is the paint. It's a nice house just needs a little TLC and a better house cleaner. An extra fridge in the garage would be great!

Beautiful home, perfect for a large group. My son and his family plus two cousins and my dog stayed at GM235. Loved the layout of the home. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub. Well maintained by BBRG.
