Enjoy your own little piece of paradise in this newly renovated three-bedroom cottage on the South Shore in Hampton, Prince Edward Island. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the spacious deck as you watch the spectacular sunrises and sunsets that PEI has to offer. The cottage has a water view and seconds to the beach. Walk the red sand beach for miles at low tide, try your hand at clam digging or enjoy a swim in the warm south side waters at high tide. Your children will love searching for snails, hermit crabs, starfish, sand dollars, shells, or just spending time building sand castles.

You are a two-minute drive to picturesque Victoria-by -the -Sea where you have your choice of restaurants, quaint shops, kayak & bike rentals, Victoria Playhouse, art galleries, or enjoy a coffee at the Chocolate Factory.

You are centrally located with Charlottetown, Summerside, and Cavendish within a thirty-minute drive.

The 830 sq. ft. cottage features two large decks with propane barbecue, and patio furniture.

Inside you will find three bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom, full kitchen(fridge, stove ,microwave, dishwasher), coffee pot, toaster, washer and dryer, living room, Internet, and Cable TV.
Crib, highchair, and booster seat available upon request and availability.

All pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, paper products, laundry/dish supplies, linens/towels are provided.

The cottage has all the amenities, you just need to bring your food and personal items and you are all set to start your holiday.

The cottage also has air conditioning and heat, so we have your personal comfort covered whether it be spring, summer or fall, depending on your vacation preferences.

Booking Fees and Damage Deposit ($300) added at time of booking.

Wonderful owners, checked in on us, responsive. The location is secluded enough that you’re not drowned with potential tourists but near a PEI landmark so you can have a tourist experience.

Beautiful place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mary's Place! Chris and Karen run a very clean and well appointed cottage, with tasteful decor. It is very modern and the air conditioning was a definite bonus when we stayed there. The Gaudets are very kind and thoughtful hosts and have supplied everything you will need for a great beach vacation. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage had everything you could need. We loved eating our brunch on the patio every morning. Karen was very kind and made sure we knew we could let her know if we needed anything. Karen and Chris were great hosts and the property was lovely!

Wonderful Seaside Cottage

Mary’s Place is a lovely, cozy cottage located in a quiet private community. Our hosts Karen and Chris could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed evening walks when the tide was low, and it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in PEI.

Mary’s Place is fantastic!

This cottage by the sea is fantastic. The cottage was nicely decorated and clean. Very cozy and everything you need for a nice stay. Hosts, Karen and Chris, are very welcoming and friendly. Lovely place with beautiful beach a min walk. I enjoyed the deck at night and early morning. Close proximity to everything. Such a comfortable stay and I loved that it’s so close to Victoria by the sea and the shops, eatery there. A close stroll. Our family will definitely return to Karen and Chris’s place.

PEI vacation

We were very impressed with the cottage and the fact that everything was right there for us. It felt like home and was very comfortable. Having the beach nearby, within a one minute walk, was fabulous and it was such a pleasure to be able to go out and walk for quite a bit in either direction as long as the tide was out. Very peaceful. Going out to see island attractions was great as we were centrally located. All-in-all a great place to spend a week. Thank you Karen and Chris for giving us the chance to rent this cottage.

We needed a place to land near New Orleans City Park while helping family move. This property was perfect for us, walkable to where we needed to be & caffeine at The Bean Gallery (great food too) a few blocks away. Loved the art, comfy beds, as well as easy communication with owner. We missed connecting with on site manager although we heard him a few times & were happy to know help was nearby. White noise machines were a nice touch in both bedrooms. Gladly made use of the full sized washer & dryer as moving can be a dusty & dirty endeavor. This shotgun is in a great neighborhood and we felt comfortable parking our U-Haul & small convoy in the street for an early departure. Would happily stay again.

Wegen Hurrican Fiona nur 1/2 Tag alles super.

Vermieter wunderbar freundlich u.Hilfsbereit, Wohnung top, lieblich eingerichtet, mehr als alles da! Leider kam am 1.Abend der Hurrican, nach 2 Tagen ohne Elektrizität und Wasser ging es nicht mehr. Leider mussten wir die Insel verlassen.

Beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful time! We were so close to the beach and the beds were very comfortable. The cottage was super clean with all you need. It was also located in a very convenient spot, just a 30 min drive to many great PEI destinations. We also loved how close it was to Victoria By The Sea and all of the great restaurants it has to offer. Thank you, Karen and Chris, for the wonderful stay! We enjoyed our vacation greatly!

It was extremely well kitted out!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mary's Place! It was just steps to the beach, a short drive to Victoria by the sea and only a 1/2 hour to Charlottetown, Summerside or Cavendish. The air conditioner was well appreciated and QUIET! Everything was newly done and very comfortable (OMG the beds were comfortable!)

A lovely cottage, great location, and wonderful hosts.

We stayed for one week with our four year old and baby. The cottage has everything you could ask for with updated appliances. It was a short walk to the beach. A half hourish drive to Cavendish, Summerside and Charlottetown. Karen and Chris were great perfect hosts and gave us great recommendations for things to do with the kids.
