Settle in and get comfortable with all the conveniences of home. Your condo features an open floor plan that offers the ultimate in both airiness and privacy. Enjoy the great room with a cozy gas fireplace, flat screen TV, blue tooth speaker; an open kitchen and formal dining area with plenty of seating (the fully equipped kitchen's southern exposure provides bright, cheerful mornings and afternoons that can be tempered with plantation shutters). For privacy, the master suite and guest suite are separated by the open great room / dining / kitchen areas. The master suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV and master bath with dual vanity and large soaking tub. The guest suite offers a queen bed and open access to the guest bathroom. For alfresco dining, the patio accommodates seating for 4, and includes 2 chaise lounges and a natural gas grill. The 2-car garage, driveway and street parking easily accommodate you and your guests. Great location

Enjoyed our stay here very much, beautiful location adjacent to the mountains. The unit was clean and comfortable and had a lot of cleaning and associated products that so often have to be purchased & then not completely used.

Great value in La Quinta

Quiet and spacious accommodation in PGA West with updated bathrooms and lot's of things you normally have at home but not in rental accommodation.

Beautiful Property

My husband and I always love staying in PGA West. The area is beautiful with all the flowers and landscaping. Our landlady, Mary Beth, was the most wonderful hostess. Johnny on the spot with her responses to us when needed. The unit was the most well stocked that we have ever seen. We have been renting every Winter for the last 11 years dividing our stays between Fl. Az and California and this one we found to be the best. Hopefully we can do it again next year. Thank you Mary Beth.

Beautiful location and very comfortable home.

Very comfortable and clean location. Beautiful view of Santa Rosa mtns from home and patio. Pool and water falls could be viewed and heard from patio. Everything we needed for a memorable stay was available to us and Mary Beth, the owner, was easily accessible. Would definitely vacation there again.

Wonderful experience

Our family had a wonderful two-week stay in this beautiful condo. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, we enjoyed walking around every day before sunset. Ralphs, Target, and Costco are minutes away. We wish we could stay longer. :-)

Fabulous Desert Oasis!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Mary Beth’s property! From beginning to end all the arrangements went very smoothly. The condo was immaculately clean and was very well appointed with all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in a few years.

La Quinta getaway

Mary Beth was so very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The layout of the unit is great for more than one couple given that the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo. The pool is just steps away from the patio. We were here for a month and had a wonderful time.

Beautiful stay!

The home is on a beautiful, quiet street, close to the swimming pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is a quiet area and contributed greatly to our relaxation. The owner was fabulous to work with, and went over the top to make our stay perfect. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and had all the cooking utensils, cooking items, dishes, etc that I needed for the stay. The bedding and towels were great, and overall fabulous. I highly recommend this home for a perfect vacation.

La Quinta Paradise

From the moment of booking to receiving our refunded damage deposit, it was a breeze dealing with Mary Beth. She was quick to answer any questions, offer any assistance if needed and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The condo was very clean, more than adequately supplied with anything you need (we stayed a week and cooked almost every meal and everything needed was there), beds were comfortable and the pool/hot tub were literally steps from the patio...closest unit to the pool deck!! This truly is a gem to stay in and will be back again!!

We use VRBO quite a bit and Mary Beth made her condo the perfect rest and reboot spot for two busy people. Quiet, spotless, steps from the very well maintained pool and hot tub, excellent wi-fi, good showerheads, easy to manage TVs, comfortable and quiet AC, spacious garage, no issues with check-in at the Security Gate, plenty of pool and bath towels, and everything you'd need in a kitchen....if you're planning on LaQuinta, this is a good value with a very nice and helpful owner. Palms, pools, and pleasures

I so enjoyed staying with my three friends at Mary Beth's La Quinta condo for a week. We had every amenity needed to relax, entertain, and refresh ourselves one could want to have. The condo was located in a beautiful golf course gated community, convenient to Palm Springs and other communities, attractions, shopping, and parks. At the condo we cooked, barbequed, swam, went jogging, and relaxed. We visited a nearby art museaum, attended a street festival, and visited fashionable stores. Highly recommended for those wanting a special get-away with plenty of options.

Nice spot at a fair price

A buddy and I were in town for the half Ironman Triathlon and used this townhome as our base. Very clean and convienent for us. Also quiet and quite comfy. Mary Beth, the owner, assisted with all details and made us feel very welcome. The welcoming card and bottle of wine were much appreciated!

Wonderful Property!!

My husband and I spent a week in Palm Springs in a wonderful home away from home. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes from Highway 111 and from downtown La Quinta. The backyard had a beautiful deck area to relax and just steps away from the pool and hot tub. The rooms were lovely, the bathrooms were very clean and the bed was cozy, and all the amenities were available at our fingertips. Our host Mary Beth was extremely helpful and a pleasure to communicate with, any questions I had emailed about, were answered expediently. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone!!

unbelievable value

So if there were a reality tv show for who had the best rental in the desert...after 8 boring weeks...this home would win in hands down. Just so cute and welcoming. The pool is something that you would see in travel books. Great location within the resort. You will have the best vacation staying here. Believe me , I rarely give 5 stars to anything. I loved it.
