Step inside to find a light-filled space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and master bedroom, offering direct balcony access and incredible views of the bay, lazy river, and kiddie pool.
The kitchen is a showstopper, with all-new custom cabinetry, sleek stainless steel appliances, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. A Keurig and regular coffee maker are provided for your morning routine. There’s also a separate wet bar with an ice maker and sink—perfect for entertaining.
The dining area includes a gorgeous chandelier over a table that seats six. The living room features a large sectional, two recliners, and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water.
The master suite is a retreat of its own, with a king bed, flat-screen TV, private recliner, and a completely updated bathroom with a double vanity and large tile walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms include flat-screen TVs and access to fully remodeled bathrooms with beautiful tub/shower combos.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.
Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

The kids loved the lazy river. It was minutes away from the beach and it was a wonderful experience all around!

Needs a deep cleaning….
The condo was filthy…. We found a broom and mop and mopped the floor because my baby could not even crawl on the floor. He was filthy and his feet, knees, and hands were BLACK! The balcony had something sticky all over it and I had to mop it too. The coffee pot, single pod side, did not work! The lazy river security was rude and obnoxious. He was so ugly someone tried to get out the pool to get after him. The way he was talking to children I told my kids to find me if he spoke to them like that. Also, there was a pull out bed but no sheets for it. The rug and chairs in the living room were also really nasty. I do have to say the beds were very comfortable. I never review but I paid a lot of money and it was just nasty and I’m really disappointed….
