This newly renovated condo is clean and modern. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. Bedrooms are spacious and stylish, comfortably sleeping five. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, secondary bedroom has a bunk, consisting of a lower full-sized bed and upper twin-sized bed. The living room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The screened in porch provides relaxing, private moments, with a view of the tennis courts.
Amenities include ROKU televisions, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and games to help you play. Location, location, location- 5 minute walk to the beach and pools, with marsh influences, family oriented and a fisherman's dream. You're in Hilton Head, golf courses are nearby. Amenities include swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds for the little ones. Trails provide access to long walks and bike rides. This well-lit, gated community provides 24 hour security. There is a 3-night minimum stay for this great location. Come on up/down and enjoy!

This was the perfect location for our college kid who had clinicals at the hospital and in Bluffton. It's very quiet and comfortable. The host was responsive and quick to respond to our questions.

We had a wonderful stay. We were visiting relatives at Sun City and location was great for access to Sun City, HH island, restaurants, shops and the nearby beach. The condo layout was perfect for our family of 4 and way better than a hotel. Everything was super clean. Decor was great with a lovely coastal sophisticated vibe. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for the stay. Appliances were all new and everything worked great for us. We didn't use the compex pool, gym, or tennis courts, but those amenities are all available too. The init even had board games and card games for those rainy days.

Secluded Beach location

Nice, clean and updated condo. Stocked with much needed supplies from basic amenities to cleaning products. Beachfront location. Great for couples or family getaway. Gated community and close to everything. Great communication with the owner, but lack of communication from the onsite property manager via phone.

Beach for a month

We stayed for a month at this rental and the host is wonderful and prompt with all interactions. The outside of the building is worn, but the inside has been nicely updated.

Winter stay

The condo is nicely decorated. Kitchen has basic needs. It is advertised as 3 pools; however the two outside ones are closed until April which is disappointing. Fast response from the site manager to needs. Owner is great! If you have any questions, don’t ask the office; they are strictly for owners.

Relaxing on the point

My husband and I brought our son to Hilton Head for his spring break. I chose this condo for its affordability and its location on the point. The condo was as advertised and though the outside showed its age, the interior appears newly remodeled. We didn’t catch any fish off the point but did enjoy trying to and the sandbar at low tide! Screened porch was not as clean as the inside of the condo which may be a factor of recent weather.

Great Stay

A very clean and updated rental. Perfect for myself and 2 daughters. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be to leave instructions on how to work the tv in den for us technology challenged folks.

Hilton Head!

Started off on the wrong foot when we had no hot water and the stove eyes didn’t work-owner handle that after calling! ITS NOT ON THE BEACH, it’s on the SOUND…..major difference! Quiet place to stay and clean place!

Perfect for us

We enjoyed our stay and were we to return to Hilton Head we’d surely stay here again! Pros: Location. It’s in a more remote, quiet end of the island. It is pleasantly away from the hustle and bustle of the more tourist-oriented neighborhoods. The beach. Maybe not the most swimmable but naturally beautiful. The accommodations. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The management/owner. In business as in all life, it’s not whether problems arise (they inevitably do) but how they are dealt with. Specifics unimportant, but what few ‘bumps-in-the-road’ there were, (including that which was by my own doing) were addressed with regard to us, the tenants’ satisfaction and comfort first and foremost. For that I say thank you. Cons (maybe): Mostly none But…. The location is, depending on wind direction, near the departure end of the Island’s airport. At given times there might be air traffic and associated noise. Personally, I love airplanes so for me this was a big Pro and not a Con! For most, probably not worth mentioning…

Beautiful escape

We really enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance to the beach. We could cook our own food or eat out. Our kids loved the sleeping arrangements with the bunk bed. The condo is nicely situated at the back of the development which was quiet and the screened in porch was lovely for sitting outside and enjoying the lovely weather.

Great location for quick getaway

The home was clean and beautifully decorated and was just right for us. The home smelled amazing and was very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the great beach about 5 minutes away on the other end of the property. The beach is private, only accessible by guests at the Spa at Port Royal. It’s a great location to bird watch, sunbathe or swim. We definitely recommend.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was clean and very modern. The amenities were amazing and my only issue was the listing on Vrbo when you filter your preferences listed this property as beach front/ocean view. The condo is actually not on the beach and the view is the tennis courts. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the owners were very easy to communicate with.

SC Stay

Although an older property, the condo was remodeled and up to date; however the screened in balcony needed some repair (screens ripped, door difficult to open). The grounds were very beautiful with the location on the water just magnificent. Not an area that is near restaurants and shopping, but very quiet and relaxing if that is what you are looking for. A few issues with check-in and access to the condo itself. The guard shack where you access the property, did not have our reservation so I had to call the property manager. She had left a "message" with security but it did not get passed on to that shift I guess. We also struggled with access to the condo itself which had a digital door lock. It took multiple tries each time to access the condo - the door frame looked cracked around the lock and the lock plate was not screwed in completely.

Great Spot

Great location and newly remodeled looking unit! Owner was very easy to contact. I loved that there’s a gated entrance with security at the front at all times. The location was so nice and we would definitely stay again!
