Cute tiny cottage perfect for one or two people. New queen bed purchased May 2023, tiny fridge, keurig, full 3 piece bath. Nice deck with chairs for relaxing after a day at the beach.
We are located only 3 miles from the lovely downtown Swansboro area and only 8.4 miles to the beautiful beaches of Emerald Isle. Located in a rural area on 8 acres of land with only two other tiny homes on the property.
Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect getaway.
Hammocks beach state park is only a few miles away also. You can take the ferry across and enjoy the beach.
Lots of great restaurants and cute/quaint shops around too.
Huge outdoor pavilion with Edison and twinkle lights hung throughout just for the lil sweet guest. . Fire pit, rocking chairs, hammock and so much more. Charcoal grill, flat top grill and gas grill for your preference.

Lovely cottage

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and attractive. The “tin roof” is huge and a great place to eat or hang out in the evening. We can recommend this place.

Birthday Trip to Swansboro

I booked this visit to surprise my partner with a weekend getaway for his birthday. It was a lovely area with loads of outdoor space to spend evening by the fire.

Great place!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Corkys beautiful tiny house. It had everything we needed and more! The inside was clean, gorgeous and perfect for a romantic getaway. We both greatly enjoyed the outdoor area as well and spent our evenings and morning sitting out there. The location was perfect, not right downtown but not terribly far either. We again very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again sometime!

Beautiful “little” vacation

Exactly as pictures showed ! Super clean and a beautiful property! Super close to Emerald Isle, grocery stores and literally everything you can imagine in between. Super clean and tucked away in a secluded area but not out of the way! Would love to come back and stay again maybe in one of her bigger places and get family to rent the other house on the property!

It was a special visit and I would like to return. There are two other units on property as well that we would like to try. Would appreciate it if the gas tanks for the grills and fireplaces could be filled.

Fantastic Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here! It was relaxing, quiet, clean, and close to a lot including the beach. The tin roof was great especially at night with the lights on! Overall this was the perfect place for a getaway! Definitely recommend!

A quaint retreat

We fell in love with Lil` Sweet and the Tin Roof. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. There were several seating areas in the Tin Roof which were great for curling up with a book. The trees, shrubbery and flower areas were well maintained creating a serene setting. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful!

Loved the Lil’ Sweet! Decor was beautiful. Very clean. Well stocked. We enjoyed the Tin Roof which was beautiful with all the lights. It also has a heater, fire table, and citronella candles. We would definitely stay again!

Highly Recommend

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The hosts are responsive and easy to work with. The "Little Sweet" was just enough space for a weekend fishing trip and we really enjoyed grilling out and eating dinners at the outside covered bar in the Tin Roof. Everything was clean, amazingly decorated, and quiet. Close to everything but we felt like we were out away from it all. We've already recommended to friends and family.

Wonderful place

Lil sweet was the perfect little room for my vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor pavilion, even on the cold nights. It was the perfect location for us, being between shopping and the base. Thank you Corky and Audra for marking the space available!

The Lil House was exactly as portrayed. Very cute cottage that has everything you need for your stay. The entire cottage is very well thought out and makes you feel welcome. We would definitely stay there again!
