We invite you to relax in our home in Kissimmee at Sunset Lakes Community, a serene gated complex of exclusive lakefront homes. This sleepy neighborhood surrounds Sunset Lake and is secluded from the hustle and bustle yet is within four miles of Disney, numerous restaurants, and all the conveniences you may desire. Our neighborhood is one of the most desired communities near Disney. Our spacious, comfortably furnished, lakefront, five -bedroom / four -bathroom house is ideally suited for your family and accommodates up to 12 adults.
We provide everything you will need to unwind, relax and enjoy your vacation. The living room overlooks your private pool and beyond that the communities private lake. Unwind from a long day, watching the sunset while the kids enjoy the sparking clear heated (* optional) pool.

A special feature of our home is the two Master Suites with respective private en suite baths. Both master suites have king size beds; overlook our private pool and lake. One is on the ground floor with convenient access to the pool and kitchen, while the more private upstairs master suite is has its own private lanai overlooking the same beautiful view. Enjoy a morning coffee or tea here, or share an evening cocktail while experiencing a sunset over the lake. Both master suites enjoy dedicated oversized tubs, independent standalone showers and an expansive floor space. All five of our bedrooms enjoy their own televisions.
Professionaly decorated themed rooms, including Alice in Wonderland kids bedroom, Vintage Mickey Mouse kids bedroom and awesome Star Wars space ship game room with PS console and other fun games and desing experience for all kids and adults to have fun!!

With over 2600 square feet of indoor room, everyone will enjoy privacy and room to stretch out. From the private reading room with TV, to the eat-in kitchen or large den everyone will find their place. The Den has its own flat panel TV for a total of seven TVs in the house. With complementary cable TV, wireless internet, and playstation 2, no one will be bored. Enjoy nationwide calling from our home phone.

The kitchen offers ample seating at the table and bar has everything for creating your own meals, simple heat n' eat, or takeout. We offer microwave, stove, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, pots and pans. A convenient powder room and toilet is located off the family room as is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board. Our screened in pool offers ceiling fans, outdoor pool shower, and outdoor kitchen with stainless grill (*optional) and outdoor sink.

The magnificent pool overlooks the private lake while the front of the house overlooks the street to a “Forever Wild” Conservation area. There are NO NEIGHBORS across the street; it is strictly a conservation area. With the conservation area to the front, the lake to the back and the added security of our gated community you will enjoy a very quiet and private setting.

This superb private and serene location enjoys the benefits of being 4 miles to the gates of Disney and numerous popular restaurants within two miles offering dining and carryout. For all of you Golfers we have numerous Golf courses within the Kissimmee and Orlando area try out nearby is Mystic Dunes.
