Lazy Days is a lovely home located in the popular community of Gulf Trace at Grayton Beach. It comfortably sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms- one king, two queens and a twin. This property has a great open floor plan that makes spending time with family in the kitchen, eating area and large living room easy. The balconies off the home have expansive and breathtaking views of the surrounding areas that submerge you into the wildlife. The white sandy beaches are only 200 yards away.

Cook in the large, updated kitchen or take in the scenery while grilling outside. The covered, screened in porches have plenty of patio furniture and lots of outside seating. The Master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, balcony right off the bedroom and large private bathroom with a full shower. A second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen and a Twin. There is an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and another half bathroom as well. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV in the living room makes entertaining the whole crowd fun.
